Propranolol merupakan golongan yang paling tinggi kelarutannya dalam lemak dan lebih mudah masuk ke dalam otak sehingga efek yang timbul dari penggunaan propranolol seperti rasa lelah, gangguan tidur dan depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan propranolol pada penderita hipertiroid terhadap tingkat depresi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien hipertiroid di Poli Endokrinologi Metabolik dan Diabetes BLUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 33 orang penderita hipertiroid yang menggunakan propranolol. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 18 orang tidak depresi, 8 orang depresi ringan dan 7 orang depresi sedang. Data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan uji alternatif correlation spearman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan penggunaan propranolol pada penderita hipertiroid terhadap tingkat depresi yaitu dengan nilai ? hitung < ? tabel ( 0,09< 0,345). Maka disimpulkan tidak terdapat hubungan penggunaan propranolol pada penderita hipertiroid terhadap tingkat depresi di Poli Endokrinologi Metabolik dan Diabetes BLUD dr. Nyak Arief Road specifically at in front of Zainal Abidin General Hospital which is median opening exist. Studies were conducted during three days a week including morning and evening peak hours. The diagnostic tools used in this work were oblique cumulativ plots and breakdown event fuction methods. Both methods are time series treatment between cumulative vehicles arrival versus time contracted from data recorded by video tape. It is clearly shown that in certain time during an hour observation bottleneck becomes active then breakdown occurs on average 39 minutes within an hour on u-turn section. Finding from this work on average capacity drops in median opening approximately in the range 8-9 percent controlled by capacity in immediately before breakdown. Nyak Arief tepatnya di depan RSU. Zainal Abidin dimana merupakan lokasi bukaan median. Peneli­tian dilakukan selama 3 (tiga) hari dalam seminggu termasuk pada jam puncak pagi dan sore. Oblique cumulative plots dan breakdown event function methods digunakan sebagai alat pen­diagnosa mekanisasi aliran lalu lintas di lokasi penelitian. Kedua metode ini adalah kurva hubun­gan antara jumlah kumulatif kedatangan kendaraan terhadap waktu kedatangan yang diban­gun dari hasil ekstrak data yang terekam dengan alat video kamera. Hasil memperli­hatkan bahwa selama pengamatan jam puncak hambatan puncak (kemacetan) terjadi rata-rata se­lama 39 menit selama 1 (jam) pengamatan yang diakibatkan oleh keberadaan bukaan median. Pe­nurunan kapasitas yang terjadi pada aliran utama akibat bukaan median berkisar 8-9 persen dikon­trol dari kondisi sebelum terjadinya gangguan yang berarti (kemacetan). Method of operation of the reservoir system optimization is accomplished using the Solver in Microsoft Excel. Calculation of discharge was calculated for the probability of occurrence of 20% (wet period), 50% (normal period) and 80% (dry period). As for the water needs taken into account for purposes of irrigation, water supply, and maintenance needs. Metode optimasi sistem pengoperasian waduk dilakukan dengan menggunakan program Solver pada Microsoft Excel. Perhitungan debit dihitung untuk probabilitas kejadian 20% (debit tahun basah), 50% (debit tahun normal) serta 80% (debit tahun kering). Sedangkan untuk kebutuhan air diperhitungkan untuk keperluan irigasi, air bersih, dan kebutuhan maintenance sebagai tetap menjaga ekosistem sungai. Proyeksi kebutuhan air irigasi kecamatan Tiro dilakukan dalam 4 tahap yaitu tahun 2011, tahun 2016, tahun 2026 dan tahun 2036. Hasil yang diperoleh dari proses optimasi pengoperasian Waduk Tiro dengan menggunakan program non linier adalah besarnya release air tiap bulan serta besarnya total energi tahunan. Besarnya release air berdasarkan jenis tahun basah, normal dan kering. Release air dan total energi tahunan optimum yang dapat dihasilkan, dilakukan untuk tahun 2011, jangka pendek (2016), jangka menengah (2026) dan jangka panjang (2036).
