Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei deskriptif dan observasi lapangan berdasarkan Satuan Peta Lahan (SPL). Penetapan kelas kesesuaian lahan dilakukan berdasarkan metode FAO (1976) dan kriteria kesesuaian lahan berdasarkan DEPTAN (1997). Hasil analisis kesesuaian lahan aktual untuk beberapa jenis tanaman perkebunan yaitu kelas S2 seluas 1881,49 ha dan S3 seluas 907,87 ha untuk tanaman kelapa dan kemiri, sedangkan untuk kakao yaitu kelas S3 dengan luas 2789,44 ha. Untuk jenis tanaman hortikultura yaitu S3 seluas 2889,65 ha untuk tanaman cabai, sedangkan untuk mangga dan sawo kelas S1 seluas 439,4 ha, S2 seluas 1.442,09 ha dan S3 seluas 907,87 ha. Pada kesesuaian lahan potensial, jenis tanaman perkebunan seperti kelapa berada pada kelas S2 dengan luas 2789,44 ha, tanaman kemiri berada pada kelas S1 dengan luas 439,48 ha dan S2 seluas 2.349,96 ha, tanaman kakao pada kelas S3 dengan luas 2789,44 ha. Untuk jenis tanaman hortikultura, cabai berada pada kelas S1 seluas 539,68 ha, S2 seluas 1442,09 ha dan S3 seluas 907,87 ha. Sedangkan tanaman mangga dan sawo berada pada kelas S1 seluas 439,48 ha, S2 seluas 2.057,5 ha dan S3 seluas 292,46 ha. Faktor pembatas yang menyebabkan lahan berada pada kelas S3 dan S2 antara lain ketersediaan air (wa), media perakaran (rc), retensi hara (nr), bahaya erosi (eh) dan bahaya banjir (fh), dari faktor pembatas tersebut diberikan arahan pengelolaan dengan masukan berbagai input agar dapat meningkatkan kelas kesesuaian lahan untuk dikembangkan berbagai jenis komoditi tertentu. Pengujian aktivitas sitotoksik dilakukan terhadap semua ekstrak dan fraksi gabungan dari hasil fraksinasi ekstrak etil asetat. Hasil ekstraksi kulit akar tumbuhan biduri(5,3 kg) menggunakan pelarut metanol menghasilkan ekstrak metanol sebanyak 73,04 g. Hasil partisi menggunakan pelarut n-heksan dan etil asetat menghasilkan ekstrak pekat n-heksan dan etil asetat masing-masing sebanyak 19,2 g dan 27,73 g, sedangkan ekstrak pekat metanol diperoleh sebanyak 24,67 g. Hasil uji fitokimia akar segar, ekstrak dan fraksi gabungan positif mengandung metabolit sekundersaponin, kumarin dan terpenoid. Hasil uji aktivitas sitotoksik terhadap larva Artemia salina menghasilkan nilai LC50 sebesar63,82 ppm untuk ekstrak metanol, 36,79ppm untuk ekstrak etil asetat dan 72,84ppm untuk ekstrak n-heksan. Nilai LC50 fraksi gabungan A-F masing-masing yaitu 593,82ppm, 595,88ppm, 20,29ppm, 18,94ppm, 31,61ppm dan 94,35ppm. From the phytochemical test of fresh root, extract and combined fractions, we obtained positive results of secondary metabolites such as saponins, coumarins and terpenoids. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan yang mencakup buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai resistivitas semu bawah permukaan dan pemodelan 2D resistivitas bawah permukaan, serta melakukan interpretasi data pola struktur perlapisan bawah permukaan di Krueng Raya -Lampanah, Aceh Besar. Akuisisi data pada penelitian ini di olah menggunakan ARES dengan 3 (tiga) lintasan dengan panjang lintasan nya 200 meter dengan 5 meter spasi elektroda. Hasil interpretasi menunjukkan bahwa pada lokasi penelitian terdeteksi beberapa litologi. Struktur bawah permukaan yang terdapat pada kawasan tersebut terdiri dari lempung dan lempungpasiran yang menyebar secara lateral.Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan interpretasi data pada daerah tersebut, bidang gelincir terdapat pada lintasan KR 1 pada ketinggian di posisi 100 meter pada kedalaman 15 meter dengan resistivitas mencapai 20-40 ?m.
