This study aimed to determine the effect of indigenous mycorrhizalinoculation on organic osmotic adjusment in different soybean varities. This study used Split Plot Design with two plots. The main plot was soybean varieties consist of non-selected Grobogan variety (salt-sensitive variety) and F5 selected Grobogan variety (salt-tolerant variety). Split plot was mycorrhizal inoculumconsists of 7 types of mycorrhizal inoculum namely without inoculum, Glomus sp-1, Glomus sp-2, Glomus sp-3, Glomus sp-4, Glomus sp-5, and combined of all mycorrhizal inoculum. The parameters observed were leaf proline content, reducing sugar and soluble protein. The results showed that leaf proline content,reducing sugar content and soluble protein were significantly different in soybean varieties, mycorrhizal significantly affected leaf proline content, reducing sugar and soluble protein, while the soybean varieties and mycorrhizal interaction significantly affected soluble protein content in leaves. The result showed that heating caused a decrease of DPPH scavenging activity of lauric acid but did not affected on ABTS scavenging activity of both lauric acid and virgin coconut oil. However, ABTS scavenging activity of p-hydroxycinnamic acid and the paste extract in both lauric acid and virgin coconut oil systems increased after thermal processing. In the system of lauric acid, peroxide value (PV) of almost mixtures was increased (p<0.05) by heating. Thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) of the mixtures were not significantly different (p<0.05) after thermal processing while p-anisidine value (AV) of only lauric acid-gallic was enhanced after heating. The results showed that PV of virgin coconut oil added with all tested antioxidant was not changed after heating. TBARS of virgin coconut oil added with antioxidant samples seemed to slightly increase after heating. Sebagaimana telah diketahui, penggunaan bahan kimia secara terus menerus dapat berdampak buruk terhadap lingkungan dan menyebabkan resistensi.  Ozon telah dianjurkan oleh para ahli  sebagai alternatif pengendalian penggunaan bahan sintetik pada pengawetan bahan makanan karena ozon tidak meninggalkan residu pada bahan simpanan sehingga lebih aman untuk dikonsumsi.           Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh ozon pada konsentrasi rendah (180 ppb) terhadap perkembangan koloni dan spora yang dihasilkan oleh Botrytis aclada secara in vitro. Dua tipe inokulum digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah miselia dan spora.  Keduanya merupakan penyebab kerusakan pada bahan simpanan. Jamur yang diuji disimpan di dalam kotak yang dialiri ozon dengan suhu 7-8oC selama 14 hari. Pengamatan terhadap perkembangan koloni dilakukan dengan mengukur diameter koloni, sementara spora yang dihasilkan diamati pada hari ke 14 masa inkubasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemaparan ozon pada konsentrasi 180 ppb selama 14 hari tidak menurunkan perkembangan koloni  B. aclada, tetapi efektif mengurangi jumlah spora yang dihasilkan. The effect of MHD in a fluid flow has the potential in controlling the separation of flow, optimizing the heat transfer involved or manipulate the velocity of fluidflow. In this paper, the separation times and flow characteristics of a viscous fluid flow past a sphere are investigated in the presence of magnetic field. In order to solve this problem, the dimensional equations that govern the fluid flow and heat transfer are transformed into dimensionless equations by usingappropriate dimensionless variables. The stream functions are introduced to connect and thus having a function that can represent both velocity u and v. Similarity variables are used to deduce the dimensionless governing equations into a system of nonlinear partial differential equations.
