Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai higiene susu dan hubungannya dengan higiene pemerah. Sampel susu kambing dan usap tangan pemerah digunakan untuk mendeteksi jumlah E.coli. Tingkat higiene pemerah diketahui dengan melakukan wawancara. Jumlah E.coli dihitung dengan metode Total Plate Count (TPC). Sampel dipupuk dalam media Eosin Methylen Blue Agar (EMBA), diinkubasi 24 jam pada suhu 37?C. Data dianalisis dengan uji korelasi pearson untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jumlah E.coli pada susu dan higiene pemerah. Jumlah E.coli pada susu dan pada tangan pemerah ditampilkan secara deskriptif. Cemaran E.coli pada susu rata-rata adalah 8,7 x 104 cfu/ml pada pagi hari dan 7,3 x 104 cfu/ml pada sore hari. Jumlah E.coli pada tangan pemerah rata-rata adalah 8,4 x 104 cfu/cm2 pada pagi hari dan 6,6 x104 cfu/cm2 pada sore hari. Hasil analisa data diperoleh adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara jumlah E.coli pada susu dengan higiene pemerah (p = 0,001). Berdasarkan hasil wawancara higiene pemerah tergolong dalam kriteria kurang. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh iklim organisasi, komunikasi dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja serta dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan Lembaga Penyiaran Publik (LPP) Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Stasiun Aceh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 136 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi, komunikasi dan kompensasi secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kemudian iklim organisasi, komunikasi, kompensasi dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan LPP Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) Stasiun Aceh. Namun iklim organisasi, komunikasi dan kompensasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan LPP TVRI Stasiun Aceh. Terdapat pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sehingga motivasi memediasi iklim organisasi, komunikasi dan kompensasi secara penuh atau full mediating terhadap kinerja karyawan LPP TVRI Stasiun Aceh. Banyaknya faktor risiko menyebabkan penyakit ini sukar untuk diprediksi kejadiannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari hubungan antara beberapa faktor risiko preeklampsia, yaitu usia dan paritas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak (RSIA) Banda Aceh dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 182 pasien yang terbagi dalam kelompok kasus dan kontrol. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analitik retrospektif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari dari rekam medik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara usia dan paritas terhadap kejadian preeklampsia. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa usia ibu (p= 0,002 OR 3,10) mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan preeklampsia dan paritas (p= 0,501 OR 1,25) mempunyai hubungan yang tidak bermakna dengan preeklampsia.Kata kunci: preeklampsia, usia, paritas.
