Efforts to improve tsunami land using organic ingredients, to create a land that is good for plant growth is by maintaining a balanced plant nutrient availability. This can be done by the way of inorganic fertilizer. Most needed nutrients plants in large numbers and balanced is the elements nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) how far the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth of lettuce and elemental content of NPK in soil and plant remains problems that need to be tested. The experimental design used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD) 4 x 2 factorial with three replications. There were two factors studied, namely manure doses (K) and NPK fertilizer doses Pearl (M). Increased plant growth and nutrient content of lettuce N, P, and K in soil and plants due to organic and inorganic fertilizer application is highly dependent on the those administered. Fertilizer combinations that produce the best growth of lettuce plant was obtained in combination with organic fertilizer 30 ton ha-1 with the addition of inorganic NPK fertilizer 1000 kg ha-1, particularly in the first planting, and has decreased in the second planting. Residues of organic and inorganic fertilizer application also affected growth and nutrient uptake, but the effect is lower than the effect at the beginning of giving fertilizer. This study aimed to observe the effect of supplementation of ENERVON-C and SANTA-e in feed on sperm motility of local cocks. The research was conducted at Reproduction Laboratory, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. The research used 12 local cocks divided into 4 treatment groups : P0 (feed of 521), P1 (feed of 521 + 200 mg ENERVON-C/kg of feed), P2 (feed of 521 + 200 mg SANTA-e/kg feed) and P3 (feed of 521 + 100 mg ENERVON-C/kg of feed and 100 mg SANTA-e/kg of feed). During the research, all cocks were given 100 g of 521 feed/day. Feed with ENERVON-C and SANTA-e was given for 2 weeks before semen collections. Drink was given ad libitum. Data were analysed with analysis of variance and if there are effects among the treatments, analysis will be continued with Duncan Test. Results shows that supplementation of ENERVON-C or SANTA-e and their combination in feed can increase the percentage of sperm motility. There are significant differences (p<0,05) between control and treatment groups. To sum up, supplementation of ENERVON-C or SANTA-e in feed can improve the quality of sperm (motility) of local cocks. The sperm quality is better after giving of ENERVON-C and SANTA-e together than single supplementation. Recently, the use of bio-pesticides significantly increases to control some plant diseases due to the drawback of chemical pesticides to environment. Some experiment have been done to evaluate the effectiveness of some vegetable oil as bio-pesticides to inhibit the colony growth of pepper seed born pathogens in vitro. Various concentrations of vegetable oil were added onto potato dextrose agar medium (PDA), afterward, the growth of pathogen colony in treatment was compared to control (medium without vegetable oil). Evaluation was done in certain period time depend on the growth of every pathogen colony Among the vegetable soil tested, clove oil and Andropogon nardus oil showed a very high inhibitory effect to colony growth of P. capsici, C. capsici, F. oxyporum, R solani, and S. rolfsii. Concentration 0.01% of those oil already inhibited the colony growth of all pathogens more than 75%, with the exception of A. nardus oil which required 0.03% to inhibit C. capsici colony. Concentration of clove and A. nardus oil above 0.01% completely inhibited growth of all pathogens colonies, except for F. oxyporum. Meanwhile, others vegetable oil like Curcuma xanthorrhiza, Kaempferia galangal, Kaempferia pandurata, and Curcuma domestica oil have a low inhibitory effect on growth of all pathogens colonies. To get inhibitory effect more than 75% on the growth of colonies, those vegetable oil needed concentration higher than 0.02%. Bakteri tersebut bersifat bakteremia serta sebagai faktor risiko penyakit sistemik seperti endokarditis, strok hemoragik, Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK), pneumonia, dan diabetes melitus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan ekstrak whole cell S. mutans dalam menghambat pertumbuhan S. mutans isolat darah pada suhu dan pH. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kultur bakteri setelah diberikan ekstrak whole cell S. mutans pada suhu 37 0C dan 40 0C serta pH 5, 6 dan 8, penghitungan jumlah koloni yang tumbuh setelah perlakuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer. Memperbanyak jaringan jalan dan membuatnya terintegrasi juga merupakan salah satu pertimbangan yang membuat perjalanan menjadi lebih efisien dan lebih efektif, sehingga diperoleh penghematan waktu tempuh dalam pergerakan trayek angkutan umum penumpang dan barang. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang telah dipaparkan di atas, maka dilakukan studi yang bertujuan untuk menentukan jalur terbaik berdasarkan waktu dan rute terpendek dalam sistem jaringan jalan dari Simpang Lima menuju Terminal Batoh Kota Banda Aceh dengan tiga rute alternatif. Pengumpulan data jarak tempuh dan waktu tempuh perjalanan, dilakukan pada jaringan jalan tersebut dengan menggunakan odometer dan stopwatch. Data tersebut kemudian dilakukan perhitungan dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel. Pemodelan menggunakan metode Graf, kemudian dilakukan analisis siklus Hamilton. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan analisis interaksi kegiatan jaringan pergerakan adalah apabila rute 1 yang beroperasi, maka jumlah pergerakan lalu lintas yang terjadi, yaitu sebesar 5.219 kendaraan/jam dengan waktu tempuh 23,67 menit. Apabila rute 2 yang beroperasi, maka jumlah pergerakan lalu lintas yang terjadi, yaitu sebesar 4.240 kendaraan/jam dengan waktu tempuh 29,14 menit. Apabila rute 3 yang beroperasi, maka jumlah pergerakan lalu lintas yang terjadi, yaitu sebesar 5.598 kendaraan/jam dengan waktu tempuh 22,07 menit. Apabila rute 1 dan rute 2 sama-sama beroperasi, maka jumlah total pergerakan lalu lintas adalah 6.795 kendaraan/jam dengan waktu tempuh 18,18 menit. Apabila rute 1, 2 dan 3 sama-sama beroperasi, maka jumlah total pergerakan lalu lintas adalah 43.895 kendaraan/jam dengan waktu tempuh 2,81 menit. Maka rute kombinasi 1, 2 dan 3 yang efektifitas beroperasi sekaligus, karena semakin banyak pilihan rute atau alternatif jaringan, maka semakin besar pergerakan yang dapat dilakukan dan waktu tempuh yang dihasilkan semakin kecil.
