Citicoline can provide cholinergic andneuroprotective effects. Citicoline can also improve the structural and functionalintegrity of nerve cell membranes and helps repair cell membranes during cellinjury. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of citicoline on functionalstatus pascacedera sciaticus nerve. This study is an experimental laboratory studyusing 40 male white rats (Rattus norvegicus.). Rats were divided into 4 experimentalgroups: the group I as a positive control group, group II as a negative control group,while group III, IV as a treatment group. Positive control group is a group that iscovered with gelatin sponge soaked with 0.4 cc of saline solution 0.9%, the negativecontrol group was not given the treatment while the treatment group is the groupthat was wrapped with a gelatin sponge soaked with citicoline 0.4 cc and 0.8 ccciticoline. Assessment of functional status can be done by the method of walkingtrack. This method is done by letting the animals walk on the white paper along the100 m with a given compartment is dark. From the analysis of walking tracks andfollowed by a graphic analysis found that citicoline role in the improvement offunctional status. The purpose of this study was to examine the Acriflavine doses and immersion time on the sex ratio and survival rate of Bagrid catfish (Hemibagrus nemurus. The completely randomized design of factorial was applied in this research (4x2) with 3 replications. The tested doses were 0 mg/L, 2.5 mg/L, 5 mg/L, and 7.5 mg/L and immersion times were 6 hours and 12 hours.  The Anova test showed that Acriflavine doses and immersion times were not influence significantly on survival rate and sex ratio of Hemibagrus nemurus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dosis akriflavin dan lama perendaman terhadap keberhasilan pembentukan kelamin jantan dan sintasan benih ikan baung yang terbaik. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial (4x2) dengan tiga kali ulangan. Variabel bebas yang diukur adalah kombinasi antara dosis akriflavin (0 mg/L, 2,5 mg/L, 5 mg/L, dan 7,5 mg/L) pada lama perendaman (6 jam dan 12 jam. Hasil uji Anova menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan dosis akriflavin dan lama perendaman tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap sintasan dan rasio kelamin ikan baung. F.) terhadap proses spermatogenesis pada mencit jantan galur Balb C. Parameter yang diamati adalah jumlah sel spermatosit, spermatid dan spermatozoa yang memiliki tudung akrosom utuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan eksperimental (True experimental research) yakni rancangan post test dengan kelompok kontrol (Post test group with control). Subjek dibagi dalam satu kelompok kontrol (dosis 0 g / kg bb) dan tiga kelompok perlakuan (dosis 2 g / kg bb, dosis 4 g / kg bb dan dosis 6 g / kg bb). Perlakuan diberikan selama 14 hari dengan volume ekstrak sebanyak 0,12 ml / 10 g bb. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun gandarusa (Justicia gendarussa Burm. F.) efektif mereduksi jumlah sel spermatosit, sel spermatid serta spermatozoa yang memiliki tudung akrosom utuh.Kata kunci:ekstrak daun gandarusa (Justicia gendarussa Burm.
