                <text>Abstract. The ability of communication is one of the mathematical ability to be mastered by students in learning mathematics. Students who have good mathematical communication skills will be able to create a diverse representation in solving problem. This will facilitate the students in making a variety of alternative settlement so as to enhance the students' ability in solving mathematical problems. One of approach to learning that is likely to improve mathematical communication skills and self-efficacy students is discursive approach. This research is experimental research with quantitative approach. The aim is to obtain an increase in mathematical communication skills and self-efficacy of students by using a discursive approach is reviewed by the entire student and student grouping. This study used a pretest - posttest  the control group. The data of mathematical communication ability collecting using test and the data of student self-efficacy collecting by questionnaire. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills are taught using a discursive approach is better than the improvement of students' mathematical communication skills are taught using the conventional approach based on the students' overall well-reviewed and reviewed based on level students. For self-efficacy concluded that there are differences increase in self-efficacy between students taught with the discursive approach better than students who were taught using the conventional approach. Based on the analysis concluded that there is an interaction between the factors of teaching approach and leveling students with.The improvement of students' mathematical communication skills while learning approach to factors and level of students to self-efficacy of students there is no interaction. Keywords: Mathematical Communication Ability, Self-Efficacy, Discursive Approach</text>

                <text>Abstrack. The use of cooperative learning model type of Think-Pair-Share  is needed in order  to helps students of  learning to communicate mathematically as stated ideas, ask questions and respond question, and to developed students' mathematical disposition. This study aims to find out about increasing the ability of communication and mathematical disposition among students taught through cooperative learning model Think-Pair-Share with the students taught conventionally. This study uses a quantitative approach to the experimental method. The population in this study were all students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Bireuen and take samples of the two classes (class experimental and control) with the selection of the sample through purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this study using two different tests and instrument the nontes. Instrument tests the ability of mathematical communication and mathematical disposition nontes include scale and observation sheets. To look at the differences increased communication ability and mathematical disposition on the experimental and control classes using the Mann Whitney test with a significance level of 0.05, and to see the interaction between learning models and the grouping of students to increase communication ability and dispositions mathematically using ANOVA two lanes. Statistical test results were analyzed using SPSS 17.0. Based on the results: (1) Increase the ability of mathematical communication between students taught through cooperative learning model TPS better than students taught conventionally based on: 1) The whole student, and 2) grouping of students. (2) There is a model of the interaction between learning and grouping of students to increase mathematical communication ability. (3) Improved mathematical dispositions among students taught through cooperative learning model TPS better than students taught conventionally based on: 1) The whole student, and 2) grouping of students. (4) There is a model of the interaction between learning and grouping of students to increase mathematical disposition. The low ability of students' mathematical understanding and communication as well as the importance of both the enhanced capabilities require a learning model that provides the opportunity for students to construct their own knowledge, one of models is generative learning model. For this reason, researchers interested in conducting research on the application of generative learning model in mathematics learning activities. This study was an experimental study with quantitative approach aimed to obtain the increase in the ability of students' mathematical understanding and communication in mathematical learning using generative learning model reviewed based on the overall student and the student level. This study used a pretest-posttest design with control group. Data collecting by using a test to determine the gain of ability students' mathematical understanding and communication. Based on analysis of the data concluded that (1) the increase of students mathematical understanding abilities which learning obtain by generative models better than the increase of students' mathematical understanding abilities taught by conventional learning reviewed by overall student or student level, (2) the increase of students mathematical communication abilities taught by learning generative models better than the increase of students' mathematical communication abilities which taught conventional learning reviewed based on the overall student and the student level,    (3) there is no interaction between the factors of the learning approach with the level of mathematical ability and the increase of students 'mathematical understanding, and (4) there is no interaction between factors learning aproach and the level of students to the improvement of students' mathematical communication abilites.Keywords: mathematical understanding abilities, mathematical communication abilities, generative learning model, conventional learning.</text>

                <text>Abstract: This study aims to determine the mechanism, consideration, implementation, and dissemination of the principal decision-making through strategic management at Bandar Baru SMPN 1. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach, data collection techniques were interviews, observation and documentation study. Subjects were principals, vice-principals, and teachers. The results showed that: (1) The mechanism of decision-making is done by identifying activities problems, formulate goals, determine alternatives, determine solutions, and decision-making, (2) consideration in decision-making is done by consensus paths between teachers and employees, (3) Implementation of decision-making implemented through legalization, operational plans, and communication, and action, monitoring, review and evaluation, and (4) socialization of decisions implemented through an open explanation to the vice principal and carried out according to plan.Keywords : strategic management, and decision makingAbstrak:Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme, pertimbangan, implementasi, dan sosialisasi keputusan pengambilan keputusan kepala sekolah melalui manajemen strategik pada SMPN 1 Bandar Baru. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Mekanisme pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan kegiatan identifikasi permasalahan, merumuskan tujuan, menentukan alternatif, menentukan solusi, dan menentukan keputusan; (2) Pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan alur musyawarah antara guru dan karyawan; (3) Implementasi pengambilan keputusan dilaksanakan melalui legalisasi keputusan, rancangan operasional, sosialisasi dan komunikasi, aksi dan tindakan, pengawasan, review dan evaluasi; dan (4) Sosialisasi keputusan diterapkan melalui penjelasan secara terbuka dengan wakil kepala sekolah dan dilaksanakan sesuai rencana.Kata kunci : Manajemen strategik, dan pengambilan keputusan</text>

                <text>Abstrak. Kompetensi guru yang memberikan memotivasi siswa dapat meningkatkan sikap, minat dan tabiat peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru dalam mempersiapkan perencanaan motivasi belajar siswa, kompetensi guru dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan kompetensi guru dalam mengevaluasi dan menindak lanjuti hasil motivasi dalam meningktakan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Untuk Keabsahan data penelitian ini dilakukan uji kredibilitas. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara: reduksi, display dan verifikasi data. Subjek penelitian adalah guru SMPN 1 Syamtalira Bayu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Menyusun perencanaan pembelajaran untuk membangun minat belajar siswa yang secara intrinsik dalam proses belajar mengajar,2) membangun minat belajar siswa yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi secara ekstrinsik siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar dan 3) hambatan guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa karena guru ada yang tidak mampu dalam pengembangan diri serta masih menganggap siswa anak buah bukan sahabat sehingga ada kesenjangan pendekantan antara guru dangan siswanya. Kata Kunci : Profesional Guru dan Motivasi Siswa Belajar. </text>

                <text>BCH (Bose-Chaudhuri-Hocquenghem) codes are used extensively in numerous applications in order to achieve reliable data transfer. In this paper, the parameters of BCH codes are introduced and used to investigate its applications, characteristics and performance when employed as inner and outer code in decoding method. To evaluate the parameters, three types of BCH codes: (7,4,3), (15,11,3) and (31,26,3); are applied. In addition, the implementation of BCJR (Bahl, Cocke, Jelinek and Raviv) algorithm is discussed by applying APP-SISO (a posteriori probabilities – Soft Input Soft Output) decoding for BCH codes. The proposed cheme employing inner and outer decoding of BCH codes is analyzed and compared by using EXIT characteristic of BCH decoders. The channel capacity measurements for different rates inner BCH codes are described by using BPSK modulation over AWGN channel. Lastly, the BER performances of BCH codes are observed for different types, in order to obtain better performance of BER plot indeed.</text>

                <text>The stability of the telecommunications system infrastructure, particularly in the area experienced disastrous, should be restored as soon as possible to recover communication services. One solution for the recovery is by implementing a mobile Base Transceiver Station (BTS), which can be installed easily. In this work, an analysis of Arrow type Combat mobile BTS is conducted in the area of Terbanggi Agung, Central Lampung. The performance measurement and data analysis are performed on the three sectors of the cell coverage. The Received Total Wideband Power (RTWP), Call Completion Success Rate-Packet Switched (CCSR-PS) and Call Completion Success RateCircuit Switched (CCSR-CS) are taken at regular intervals (per hour for 24 hours), based on the standard Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The results showed that the average value of RTWP on each sector is 105 dB, while the value of CCSR-PS and CCSR-CS are above 95%. Moreover, the measured value of RTWP are less than the standard, which is assumed due to interference from neighbour BTS uplink frequency, despite the possibility of interference was small.                 <text>Abstract - The purpose of this study is to observe how the business network, adaptability on business environment, and innovation creativity simply affect the competitive advantage and business performance of Batik SME in Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia. This study uses Structural Equation Modelling as multivariate analyses tool. AMOS software 16 was used as the aid tool to solve the problem in Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) application. Respondents in this study were the owner and manager of Small to Medium Sized Enterprises of batik industry in Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia. The testing result showed that innovation creativity has insignificant influence on competitive advantage; the adaptability of business environment has insignificant influence on competitive advantage; business network significantly affected competitive advantage; competitive advantage significantly influenced the SME business performance. The ability of entrepreneurs to build business network has eased an information exchange and also to make a social relatedness in order to improve the competitive advantage.                 <text>Anomalous Amplitude Attenuation (AAA) is a method to process seismic data with multilevel processing (multi step flow). AAA is indicated for identifying anomalous seismic amplitude (amplitude noise) such as: spike noise, noise and noised trace. AAA is a filter applied to the data in the frequency domain, range, both in CMP/CDP, offset or gather shot. Processing of the data depends on how the sensor (the geophone) receives seismic waves, and then set the data back into the format demultiplex (SEG-Y) and then processed according to the rules (flowchart) seismic reflection processing.This method has been applied to improve the old seismic data of an exploration company in prospecting the unseen structure in prospecting the hydrocarbon trapped within sedimentary rock subsurface.</text>
