Penelitian ini menggunakan enam ekor kambing kacang berumur 2-3 tahun, pernah melahirkan, dan bersiklus reproduksi normal. Pengamatan ovarium dilakukan dengan menggunakan USG selama 7 hari sebelum penyuntikan hormon prostaglandin sampai dengan ovulasi. Pengamatan ovarium dilakukan setiap hari dan diintensifkan setiap 12 jam menjelang ovulasi. Pengamatan ovarium terdiri atas folikel dan korpus luteum (CL). Pengamatan visualisasi respons berahi dilakukan sebelum dan setelah penyuntikan hormon prostaglandin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ovarium memperlihatkan dinamika folikel dan CL. Dinamika folikel dikarakteristikkan dengan gelombang folikel. Interval antara penyuntikan hormon prostaglandin sampai dengan ovulasi ialah 52,8±6,6 jam dengan nilai rataan diameter folikel ovulasi 5,7±0,7 mm. Visualisasi respons berahi pada kambing kacang tidak bermakna baik sebelum dan setelah penyuntikan hormon prostaglandin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa arang aktif berpengaruh nyata terhadap N-Total tanah, C-organik tanah, total mikroorganisme tanah, azotobacter dan hasil tanaman padi. Pemupukan urea berpengaruh nyata terhadap N-Total tanaman,N-total tanah, C-organik tanah, total mikroorganisme, azotobacter, mikroorganisme pelarut fosfat, respirasi, berat 1000 butir gabah, dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu alat yang dapat merotasi solar kolektor cekung linier mengikuti arah sinar datang cahaya matahari. Pada perancangan ini digunakan dua buah LDR sebagai sensor cahaya, yang berfungsi untuk mendapatkan besarnya intensitas radiasi matahari. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan bahwa solar kolektor tidak akan berotasi jika kedua sensor cahaya menerima intensitas yang sama dan berotasi jika intensitas yang diperoleh kedua sensor cahaya berbeda satu sama lain. The research purpose is to design an instrument that can rotate solar collectors linear concave following the direction of the incident ray of sunlight. This design uses two LDRs as a light sensor to get intensity of solar radiation. The results show that solar collector are not rotated if both of light sensors receive the same intensity and solar collector are rotated if intensity obtaine by both of light sensors are different each others. Under the influence of insulin the germinal vesicle (GV) of the oocyte migrated towards the animal pole (GVM), reached the micropyle, and then dissolved (GVBD). By using different concentrations of insulin aspart i.e., 0 U/ml, 0.01 U/ml, 0.1 U/ml, 1 U/ml and 10 U/ml, optimum amount required was found to be 1U/ml. The number of oocytes incubated for 24 hours with insulin aspartic treatment that undergo meiotic re-initiation can reach the percentage of meiotic resumption oocytes was 82%. The results suggest that catfish oocytes have responsive to sensitive adenylatecyclase and also an active phosphodiesterase system. Addition of the maturation-inducing steroid, a progesterone, stimulated (P<0.01) GVBD of catfish oocytes and its combination with insulin aspart showed an additive effect. This information will be important in hormonal manipulation during induced breeding of Indonesian commercial catfish.
