Meningkatnya prevalensi obesitas berhubungan dengan meningkatnya risiko menderita OSA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara obesitas dengan risiko menderita Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) di RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 29 Agustus-29 Oktober 2013. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 orang yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode consecutive sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner Berlin dan pengukuran Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Analisis data dilakukan secara bertahap meliputi analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi-square. Kebanyakan responden yang berisiko OSA adalah usia 18-29 tahun (36,6%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, risiko menderita OSA banyak ditemukan pada laki-laki, yaitu 49,5%. Sedangkan berdasarkan IMT, risiko menderita OSA banyak ditemukan pada IMT ?25 kg/m2.Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik untuk variabel obesitas menunjukkan nilai probabilitas p-value = 0,000 (p < 0,005) dan nilai chi-square hitung (X2) sebesar 56,4. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara obesitas dengan risiko menderita Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) di RSUD dr. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka panjang, PDB, konsumsi listrik sektor industri, dan harga listrik sektor industri mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan pada tingkat keyakinan 95 persen. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek, hanya konsumsi listrik sektor industri dan harga listrik sektor industri yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada tingkat keyakinan 95 persen, sedangkan PDB tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Selanjutnya, kecepatan penyesuaian keseimbangan dari jangka pendek menuju jangka panjang hanya terjadi pada konsumsi listrik sektor industri. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional studydengan metode deskriptif korelatif dan tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakanadalah non random sampling yaitu secara total sampling. Pengumpulan datadilakukan dari tanggal 18 s/d 24 Juni 2015 terhadap 44 responden perawatpelaksanana yang bekerja di ruang instalasi bedah sentral, pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan tehnik angket. Metode analisis data mengunakan uji statistikChi Square. Hasil chi square test menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuanperawat dengan pelaksanaan patient safety (p-value = 0,000), identifikasi pasiendengan pelaksanaan patient safety (p-value = 0,014), peningkatan komunikasiefektif perawat dengan pelaksanaan patient safety (p-value = 0,011), peningkatankeamanan obat yang diwaspadai dengan pelaksanaan patient safety (p-value =0,002), kepastian tepat-lokasi, tepat-prosedur, dan tepat-pasien operasi denganpelaksanaan patient safety (p-value = 0,020), pengurangan risiko infeksi denganpelaksanaan patient safety (p-value = 0,001) dan pengurangan risiko jatuh denganpelaksanaan patient safety (p-value = 0,000). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelimpahan dan komposisi fitoplankton di Teluk Kodek Pemenang Lombok Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey pada 4 stasiun di perairan Teluk Kodek pada Bulan Agustus 2012 dan analisa fitoplankton dilakukan di Laboratorium Perikanan Program Studi Budidaya Perairan Universitas Mataram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelimpahan fitoplankton di perairan Teluk Kodek pada bulan Agustus 2012 adalah 6557 ind/l.  Tercatat 20 spesies  fitoplankton yang ditemukan yang dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok besar yaitu diatom dan dinoflagelata. Kelompok diatom terdiri 11 spesies, yaitu; Guinardia flaccida, Rhizosolenia setigera, Navicula sp., Chaetoceros sp., Thalassionema nitzschioides, Pleurosigma normanii, Planktoniella sol, Pseudo-nitzchia brasiliana, Lauderia annulata, Socphanopysis palmeriana, Oscillatoria sp., sedangkan dari kelompok dinoflagelata terdiri dari 9 spesies, yaitu; Pyrocytis noutiluca, Dinophysis cudate., Prorocentrum lima, Alexandrium tamarence, Ceratium fusus, C. incisum, C. boehmii, Torodium teredo and Odontella sinensis.  Indeks keragaman phytoplankton Teluk Kodek adalah 0,1307 dan masuk kategori keanekaragaman rendah, sedangkan indek keseragaman diperoleh nilai 0,207 dan masuk kategori keseragaman rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 usus halus ayam kampung yang didapat dari Pasar di Banda Aceh. Usus diukur dan dibagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu duodenum, jejenum, dan ileum. Pada masing-masing bagian dipotong 2 cm, ditempel di kertas karton, usus halus di buka dan dihitung jumlah cacing Ascaridia galli, dicuci dengan formalin 5%,difiksasi dengan formalin 10%, dan dibuat preparat histopatologi dan diwarnai dengan hematoksilin dan eosin. Parameter dalam Penelitian ini adalah jumlah sel Goblet pada setiap 1000 sel absortif duodenum, jejenum, dan ileum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada setiap 1000 sel absorbtif usus halus yang terinfeksi Ascaridia galli dengan infeksi ringan (jumlah sel Goblet 465), dengan infeksi sedang (jumlah sel Goblet 480), dan dengan infeksi berat (jumlah sel Goblet 484). Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak jumlah infeksi Ascaridia galli di duodenum, jejenum, dan ileum maka makin meningkat proliferasi sel Goblet. A total of six sampling stations were selected for this study. The discharge and hidrological data were obtained from Perum Jasa Tirta II Jatiluhur. The results showed that the hydrological regime in the reservoir Jatiluhur was affected by global phenomenon La Nina events in 2010 and early in 2011. Stream flows were determined during sampling to range from 78  to 482.5 m3/s. The water quality findings were as follows: pH (6.93-8.81), temperature (26.37-30.6°C), dissolved oxygen (0.733-5.2 mg/l), conductivity (2.45-233µmhos/cm), COD (7.36-96.9 mg/l), turbidity (4.063-65.6 NTU), total phosphate (0.002-0.324 mg/l), total nitrogen (0.99-5.96 mg/l), chlorophyl (2.237-43.37 mg/m3), visibility (30-160 cm). The eutrophication was pronounced at Jatiluhur reservoir. Canonical Correspendence Analysis found that some water quality parameters correlated positively with the discharge and the water level. To asses the relationship, data were colleced  from 87 enterprises in service.            The result of this research indicate that the intensity of market competition is a determinant of the use of the information MAS which, in turn, is a determinant plays a mediating role in the relationship between the intensity of market competition and business unit performance.
