Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung komposisi, keragaman dan fluktuasi serangga tanah pada lahan jagung yang diberi biochar dan kombinasi pupuk kompos dan urea; serta membandingkan jumlah genus dan jumlah individu serangga tanah pada masing masing perlakuan. Pengkoleksian serangga tanah selama dua minggu menggunakan metode pit fall trap (perangkap barber). Pemberian kombinasi residu biochar, kompos dan urea tidak mempengaruhi jumlah genus serangga tanah pada setiap pengamatan, begitu juga dengan jumlah individu kecuali pada pengamatan kedua dan keempat. Nilai indeks keragaman serangga tanah selama enam kali pengamatan, yang tertinggi terdapat pada pengamatan keempat (1.752), sedangkan yang terendah terdapat pada pengamatan keenam (0.700).Investigation of insects diversity in corn (Zea mays L.) farm with the combination of compost, urea fertilizer and biochar residues was examined since April to July 2013. The aim of this research is to calculate the composition, diversity and fluctuations of soil insects in corn farm that given biochar and the combination of compost and urea fertilizer; and compare the number of genera and individual soil insects for each treatment. The process of collecting soil insects was conducted by using pit fall trap method (barber trap). The result showed that there were nine genera; Melanoplus, Aphaenogaster, Camponotus, Anisodactylus, Cosmodela, Discantus, Gryllus, Pycnoscelus and Syccanus. Giving a combination of residual biochar, compost and urea did not affect the amount of soil on the surface of the insect genus of each observation, as well as the number of individuals except in the second and fourth observations. The highest diversity index values of land insects for six weeks of observation was in the fourth week of observation (1,752), while the lowest was in the sixth week of observation (0,700). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perubahan sifat mekanika dan fisika tanah akibat pengaruh lintasan traktor dengan menggunakan bajak rotari terhadap pemadatan tanah.Penelitian ini menggunakan perancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang diteliti pada penelitian ini adalah : faktor pertama adalah pengaruh lintasan roda setelah pengolahan tanah yang terdiri atas 3 level yaitu : 1 kali lintasan (L1), 3 kali lintasan (L2), dan 5 kali lintasan (L3). Faktor kedua adalah pengaruh pengolahan tanah terdiri dari 2 level, yaitu : Pemadatan tanah pada bagian bajak rotari (P1) dan pemadatan tanah pada bagian roda (P2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan tanah dengan menggunakan traktor berpengaruh terhadap sifat mekanika tanah sampai batas kedalaman tanah 0-30 cm, sedangkan pengolahan tanah dengan menggunakan beban rotavator pada tiga kali lintasan dapat mempengaruhi sifat fisika tanah seperti bobot isi tanah sebesar 1,245 g/cm3, porositas tanah 46,698%, permeabilitas tanah sebesar 1,640 cm/jam, dan kadar air tanah sebesar 24,082%. Early diagnosis of non-cancerous breast disease could be enforced by any assessment approach which has high accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity, that is fine needle aspiration biopsy, so that the treatment would provide better results. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of non-cancerous breast disease by fine needle aspiration biopsy diagnosis in anatomical pathology laboratory of RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in period July 2008-July 2011. The type of this research was a descriptive review with retrospective approaching. The population in this study were all of non-cancerous breast disease which were diagnosed by fine needle aspiration biopsy in anatomical pathology laboratory of RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh and the sample was determined based on total population by the numberof 186 cases. The result of this study based on FNAB cytological diagnosis was found that most cases of non-cancerous breast disease were fibroadenoma as many as 77 cases (37,6%) and the most frequently found in age group 11-20 years, and by age group the most frequently cases found a total of 61 cases (32,8%) in age group 21-30 years. Creator An entity primarily responsible for making the resource Cia Mei Yen Description An account of the resource Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh efisiensi operasional, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010, 2011, dan 2012. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian verifikatif dengan metode sensus. Populasi sasaran penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang terdaftar selama tiga tahun berturut-turut dan memiliki laba positif. Setelah diseleksi terdapat 84 perusahaan perbankan yang menjadi populasi sasaran selama tahun 2010-2012. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan untuk tahun buku berakhir per 31 Desember yang dipublikasikan oleh pusat referensi pasar modal yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regeresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi operasional, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Secara parsial efisiensi operasional dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sementara itu, likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.Kata kunci : Kinerja keuangan perusahaan, efisiensi operasional, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan.
