Hal ini menyebabkan perubahan fisik yang dapat menimbulkan perubahan pada body image dan membuat perasaan malu untuk bersosialisasi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Sehingga pada pasien tersebut harus dapat menyesuaikan diri secara emosional dan mental sebagai individu dan hubungannya dengan orang lain yang dikenal dengan adaptasi psikosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi adaptasi psikososial pada pasien dengan ulkus diabetik di Poliklinik Endokrin RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara yang terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala gutmen. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi psikososial berada dalam kategori baik (53,5%) dimensi konsep diri (60%) dengan kategori baik, dimensi fungsi peran (51,1%) dengan kategori kurang dan dimensi hubungan interdependen (60%) dengan kategori kurang. These things cause physical change for patient with diabetic ulucer and incure the change of body image which resulting the feeling of shame to socialize with their surrounding, therefore the patient should adopt themselves emotionally and mentally as an individu and his/her relationship with others which called psychosocial adaptation. The aim of the research is to identify psychosocial adaptation for patient with diabetic ulcer in polyclinic endocrine in Zainoel Abidin general hospital Banda Aceh 2013. The research used explorative descriptive with by using cross sectional study with 45 samples. Data collection used questionnaire (30 statements) through interview. Data analysis method used univariat analysis. The result of the research showed that psychosocial adaptation was in good category (53,5%), self concept dimension (60%) was also in good category, role function dimension (51,1%) with less good category and interdepence relationship (60%) with less good category. The result of the research recommends nursing staff to give support, great caring and service i.e well implementation of wound care so that not causing odor which affects discomfort for patient and his/her surrounding. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi adaptasi psikososial pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi di ruang Mamplam III Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif eksploratif melalui pendekatan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 pasien. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dengan pedoman kuesioner yang terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan dalam skala Likert. Analisis data dengan menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adaptasi psikososial pasien kanker secara umum pada kategori baik (53,2%),untuk konsep diri pada kategori baik (61,7%),untuk fungsi peran pada kategori baik (51,1%) dan interdependensi pada kategori baik yaitu (53,2%).Diharapkan kepada perawat pelaksana rumah sakit hendaknya memberikan support mental dan semangat dalam pelayanan, serta memberikan motivasi kepada perawat untuk memberikan dukungan yang positif terhadap citra tubuh pada pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi dan kepada manajer rumah sakit agar tetap mempertahankan pelayanan sesuai standar operasional rumah sakit. This study was therefore conducted to assess the acceptable thermal comfort for the local people in the tropical Aceh using the measurement based on ISO 7730 and with adaptive thermal comfort method by questionnaires. In this research, Aceh Tsunami Museum building, located in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, was in an open designed layout to be assessed as a case study. This study was conducted onsite using mechanical equipment and involving 138 respondents. The result shows that the comfort temperature calculated by mechanical equipment based on ISO 7730 is 23.140C. This is in contrast with the result of the questionnaires that showed people in an open building design rate the air temperature up to 320C as slightly cool. This condition is influenced by the mean air speed of 2.34 m/s and the mean relative humidity of 66.25%.
