Sampel penelitian ini adalah daging burger dari 5 penjual burger kaki lima di Desa Kopelma Darussalam dan daging burger dari 5 restoran cepat saji di Banda Aceh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan tiga kali dengan interval waktu 1 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pengambilan pertama didapatkan cemaran E. coli pada 40% sampel daging burger penjual kaki lima dan 60% sampel daging burger restoran cepat saji. Pada pengambilan kedua diperoleh 100% sampel daging burger penjual kaki lima dan sampel daging burger restoran cepat saji tercemar E. coli. Pada pengambilan ketiga didapatkan 100% sampel daging burger penjual kaki lima dan 80% sampel daging burger restoran cepat saji tercemar E. coli. Hasil positif pada sampel yang diperoleh tidak memenuhi syarat berdasarkan Kepmenkes RI No. 1098/Menkes/SK/VII/2003. Eaten style is raw then there is high risk to face with some disease as oyster is filter feeder. Physical, chemical, microbiological and sensory qualities after the oyster meat treated with the garlic juice at 0, 2 and 3 ml, respectively were monitored. Though initial pH of the control, untreated with garlic juice, was higher compared with the sample treated with 3 ml garlic juice, pH of it (control) was significantly lower (p<0.05) than the sample treated with the juice during storage. The total volatile base (TVB), chemical quality, values of all samples increased when increased storage time but not over 35 mg/100 g sample. During chilled storage, lactic acid content of all samples increased as storage time increased but the sample treated with the juice was higher compared with the control. A thiobarbituric acid reactive substance (TBARS), rancidity indicator, of the control was higher than the sample treated with the juice. K-value (%) of all oyster meats increased however; the lowest value was found in the control at end of storage, 12 days. Ammonia content of all samplesslightly increased during storage. Lactic acid content of the treated sample was higher than control after stored for 12 days. Both mesophilic and lactic acid bacteria of all samples tended to increase during storage. Mesophilic ofcontrol, sample-injected with garlic juice 2 ml and 3 ml increased from 3.89± 0.04 to 6.2±0.04, 3.62±0.18 to 5.89±0.06 and 3.57±0.02 to 6.04±0.10 log CFU/g, respectively at end of storage. Lactic acid bacteria of control andsample-injected with garlic juice 2 ml and 3 ml changed from 1.71±0.02 to 2.94±0.04, 1.79±0.09 to 4.63±0.08 and 1.84±0.04 to 4.82±0.10 log CFU/g, respectively. However, psychrophilic, coliforms, fecal coliforms, Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella spp. and Vibrio spp. were low throughout the storage. In order to improve the project productivity, the construction labors are expected to provide a maximum performance in their activities. The labor productivity on construction project is strongly related to the activity that been implemented by the labors which associated to: effective, contributory, and ineffective. The researches on labor productivity has been widely applied, and one of them are carried out by Wibowo and Prasetya (2004) which executed in Surabaya to two mall projects, while in Banda Aceh was applied on the development of Central Drainage office’s Project and Classroom of Faculty of Syariah IAIN Ar-Raniry’s Project. The aim of this researched is to see the effectiveness of the labors on the development of the first floor column in those two projects. The labor effectiveness is clarified in Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). The work sampling method is used in data collecting activity by classify the labors into three different types which are effective, contributory, and ineffective. Based on the researched, the LUR on the first project on normal hours on concrete work were 58.85%, 54.08%, and 63.30%. While on the second project, the LUR were 55.33%, 59.97%, and 59.05%. Those percentages showed the effectiveness of the labors on those construction works.  The LUR over 50% indicate that the labors were working effectively.Keywords: Productivity, labor, Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) Abstrak: Kesuksesan sebuah proyek konstruksi bergantung kepada efektifitas penataan sumber daya, salah satunya sumber daya manusia sebagai tenaga kerja proyek. Tenaga kerja konstruksi dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya dituntut untuk menghasilkan produksi yang yang maksimal sehingga produktivitas proyek menjadi meningkat. Produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek konstruksi berkaitan dengan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja yang terbagi kepada effective, contributory, dan ineffective.  Penelitian mengenai produktivitas tenaga kerja telah banyak dilakukan, salah satunya dilakukan oleh Wibowo dan Prasetya (2004) yang dilaksanakan di Surabaya pada dua proyek mall, sedangkan di Banda Aceh  dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Central Drainage Office  dan Proyek Pembangunan Classroom of Faculty of  Syariah IAIN Ar-Raniry. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar efektifitas tenaga kerja pembuatan kolom lantai I di kedua proyek tersebut., sedangkan tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengkaji dan membandingkan beasrnya nilai efektivitas tenaga kerja pada keua proyek tersebut. Efektifitas tenaga kerja ini dinyatakan dalam nilai Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode work sampling dengan melakukan pencatatan terhadap aktivitas tenaga kerja dengan menggolongkannya ke dalam tiga jenis aktifitas yaitu effective, contributory, dan ineffective. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai LUR pada proyek pertama pada jam normal pada pekerjaan pembesian, bekisting, dan pengecoran berturut-turut adalah 58,85%, 54,08%, dan 63,30%. Sedangkan pada proyek kedua nilai LURnya adalah 55,33%, 59,97%, dan 59,05%. Nilai-nilai persentase di atas menunjukkan besarnya efektifitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan tersebut. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna untuk memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad pemberian pinjaman gadai emas dilakukan setelah adanya calon rahin yang ingin menggadaikan emasnya pada Pegadaian Syariah Sigli yaitu dengan proses yang sangat cepat tanpa mempertimbangkan rahin akan sanggup melunasi atau tidak, dan pada tahun 2012 terdapat 4 (empat) rahin yang melakukan wanprestasi. wanprestasi ini menyebabkan penjualan barang jaminan, penjualan barang jaminan rahin dilalukan dengan sistem lelang syariah dengan ketentuan sebagaimana yang diatur dalam Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Nomor 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 tentang penjualan marhun, apabila rahin tidak dapat melunasi utangnya, maka marhun dijual paksa/dieksekusi melalui lelang sesuai dengan syariah, hasil penjualan marhun digunakan untuk melunasi utang, biaya pemeliharaan dan penyimpanan yang belum dibayar serta biaya penjualan, kelebihan nilai hasil penjualan menjadi hak rahin dan kekurangan menjadi kewajiban rahin, pada tahun 2012 terdapat 4 rahin yang tidak dikembalikan kelebihan dari nilai lelang pada Pegadain Syariah Sigli dengan alasan barang jaminan tersebut telah di ayd-kan (aktiva yang dialihkan).
