                <text>Insertion and deletion are information that reflect evolutional potency of species or population, that nowadays, are central topics in conservation genetics. This research aims to reveal the proportion of insertion and deletion on RDP1of species Megapodes in Indonesia. Whole blood DNA was extracted according to the protocol of Qiamp DNA Blood Mini Kit (Qiagen), and used as template for PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) which was conducted according the protocol of Takara Ex TaqTM PCR Kit in a Perkin-Elmer Thermal Cycler 9600. PCR products were purified using a Qiaquick PCR Purification Kit (Qiagen, USA). The sequencing reaction for RDP1 was performed using BigDye v.3.1. Cycle Sequencing Kit (Applied Biosystems,USA) followed the protocol of ABI Prism 3100-Avant Genetic Analyzer (Applied Biosystems, USA). Alignment of RDP1 nucleotide sequences of megapodes and that are obtained from international DNA data base (DDBJ-DNA Data Bank of Japan) with accession number AF 394649 (RDP1) were conducted by using Clustal-X. Characteristics of RDP1 were analyzed by employing the DNA Sequence Polymorphism (DnaSP) version 3.51 and Program MEGA version 4. The analysis result demonstrated there were insertion and deletion on RDP1 of species of Megapodes in Indonesia, which resulting in a gap of 1-10 bp and was concentrated in nucleotide 407-568. Alignments between species of Megapodes  and two species of Galliformes showed more gaps, which were concentrated on nucleotides 480-708.</text>

                <text>Abstract: Academic supervision carried out due to low student achievement in the study of chemistry, as a result of poor performance and lack of chemistry teacher motivation and guidance of the principal. Important academic supervision to be carried out by the principal of SMAN 1 Teunom to be able to improve the performance of a chemistry teacher who will have an impact on increasing student learning outcomes in the study of chemistry. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. Subjects were headmaster and chemistry teacher. Based on the results of the study showed that: (1). Academic supervision program designed by the principal based on the needs of a chemistry teacher, improve the situation of learning, curriculum development and evaluation (2). Supervision techniques used are individualized supervision techniques, namely classroom visits, classroom observations and personal conversations, as well as engineering group, namely the meeting during the board meeting of teachers, (3). Follow-up of academic supervision, namely the implementation of learning workshops, clinical supervision and subject teachers conduct discussions. Conclusion: The program provides academic supervision of activities designed to help chemistry teachers to improve their performance, academic supervision techniques are used to directly observe the appearance and abilities of teachers, as well as activities and student learning directly, follow-up carried out in three ways, namely guidance to teachers either directly and indirectly, strengthening supervision and reporting of the results of the instruments academic supervision. Keywords: Academic Supervision and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Supervisi akademik dilaksanakan karena rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa pada bidang studi kimia, yang diakibatkan dari rendahnya kinerja guru kimia serta kurangnya pemberian motivasi dan bimbingan dari kepala sekolah. Supervisi akademik penting untuk dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah SMAN 1 Teunom untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari guru kimia yang akan berdampak pada meningkatnya hasil belajar siswa pada bidang studi kimia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru kimia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1).Program supervisi akademik dirancang oleh kepala sekolah berdasarkan kebutuhan guru kimia. memperbaiki situasi pembelajaran, pengembangan kurikulum serta evaluasi, (2).Teknik supervisi yang digunakan adalah teknik supervisi individual, yaitu kunjungan kelas, observasi kelas dan percakapan pribadi, serta teknik kelompok, yaitu pertemuan pada saat rapat dewan guru, (3). Tindak lanjut supervisi akademik, yaitu workshop pelaksanaan pembelajaran, supervisi klinis dan kegiatan MGMP. Kesimpulan: Program supervisi akademik berisi rancangan kegiatan untuk membantu guru kimia meningkatkan kinerjanya, teknik supervisi akademik digunakan untuk melihat langsung penampilan dan kemampuan guru, serta aktivitas dan cara belajar siswa secara langsung, tindak lanjut dilaksanakan dengan tiga cara, yaitu pembinaan terhadap guru baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung, pemantapan instrumen supervisi dan pelaporan hasil supervisi akademik. Kata kunci: Supervisi Akademik dan Kinerja Guru </text>

                <text>Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas daun Datura metel Linn. dalam mengurangi cekaman transportasi pada domba. Penelitian dilakukan 3 tahap. Tahap pertama adalah menentukan dosis yang tepat dengan perlakuan 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25%, dan pekat pada hamster melalui kemampuan berputar pada roda berputar selama 1 menit, yang diobservasi pada waktu 10, 20, 30, 60, 120, dan 180 menit pascapemberian ekstrak daun Datura metel Linn. Tahap kedua menguji efek sediaan ekstrak daun Datura metel Linn. yang diberikan pada domba pratransportasi. Tahap 3, mempelajari bentuk penyajian dengan teknik celup. Lima ukuran partikel tepung daun Datura metel Linn. yaitu &gt;60, 60-40, 40-30, 30-20, dan &lt;20 mesh diuji kelarutannya dalam air selama 10 menit. Data diolah dengan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian daun Datura metel Linn. untuk semua perlakuan memberikan sensasi tenang dan bertahan sampai 180 menit. Domba yang diberi ekstrak daun Datura metel Linn. memiliki derajat stres transportasi yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tanpa pemberian ekstrak Datura metel Linn. Ukuran mesh &lt;20 memberikan kelarutan yang paling tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak daun Datura metel Linn. dapat mengurangi stres transportasi pada domba.</text>

                <text>Rumah sakit termasuk dalam kelompok rentan terhadap bencana maka, dipandang perlu untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah sikap tentang regulasi, pengetahuan dan sikap perawat berhubungan dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan sikap tentang regulasi, pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana di Badan Layanan Umum Daerah Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan metode cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di BLUD Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 74 orang.  Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa nilai x2 hitung untuk sikap tentang regulasi adalah 8.644, pengetahuan 10,014 dan sikap perawat 13.682 &gt; dari x2 tabel (3,841) sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara sikap tentang regulasi, pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi di BLUD Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh. Suatu kebijakan atau regulasi, peningkatan pengetahuan petugas kesehatan terkait kesiapsiagaan dan sikap kepedulian yang tinggi dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi dengan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pelatihan bencana gempa di BLUD Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Pemerintah Aceh bekerja sama dengan lembaga bencana untuk memberikan informasi dan pelatihan secara berkala.Kata kunci : regulasi, pengetahuan, sikap,  kesiapsiagaan,  gempa bumi</text>
