Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial 2x4. Faktor pertama adalah penambahan jumlah tepung daun jaloh dalam pakan yaitu: 0% (P1), 5% (P2), 10% (P3), dan 15% (P4) dari berat pakan dan faktor kedua adalah suhu air dalam akuarium yaitu 29±1 C (S1) dan 35±1 C (S2), sehingga didapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan yaitu: P1S1, P2S1, P3S1, P4S1, P1S2, P2S2, P3S2, dan P4S2 dengan ulangan 10 ekor ikan per perlakuan. Sebanyak 80 ekor ikan nila dengan bobot badan 40-50 g secara acak dibagi ke dalam 8 perlakuan. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 30 hari. Pada hari ke 31 dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah dan uji tantang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi pakan dengan TDJ pada konsentrasi 5-15% tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai diferensial leukosit ikan nila yang dipelihara pada suhu lingkungan yang berbeda. Suplementasi TDJ dalam pakan sebanyak 5-10% dapat mengurangi kematian ikan akibat infeksi Aeromonas hydrophila terutama pada suhu 35±1 C. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ikan nila yang dipelihara pada akuarium dengan suhu air 35±1 C dan diberi pakan yang disuplementasi TDJ 5-10% dapat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh ikan nila. The research was aimed to determine strike direction of the fault system using magnetotelluric transfer function data. We used Phoenix Geophysics MTU-5A equipment in range frequency 5A equipment in range frequency 0.86-320 Hz for data measurement. Collection of data was performed along two profiles with spacing between stations vary from 7 to 80 Km. The first profile started 94.5 Km from Aceh Jaya District and ended at Pidie District. The second profile started 16.5 Km from Aceh Jaya District and ended at Bireuen District.The data were analyzed by using Zhang et al. (1989) method to calculate Swift's skew and strike direction. Based on the calculation, we found that the Swift's skew values were generally less than 0.1, which were usually the overall structure of local and regional and they could be viewed as a 1D or 2D, and the values above 0.1 were considered as 3D effects or noises. Furthermore, the average strike has 0º or 90º angle. The data showed that geoelectrical strikes of both profiles were in agreement with the geological structure of the fault system. In order to get image of the 2D resistivity model of the area, we had inverted the magnetotelluric data showed that geoelctrical strikes of both profiles were in agreement with the geological structure of the fault system. In order to get image of the 2D resistivity model of the area, we had inverted the magnetotelluric data using MT2DinvMatlab (Lee et al., 2009). The Port of Cirebon is one of the largest port in West Java Province. The main problem in the Port of Cirebon is shallowing of the shipping channel due to sedimentation. The objective of this research was to assess the dynamics of the the bathymetry of shipping channel in Cirebon Port. The data used in this research are bathymetric survey data and ocean current data in the year 2006 and 2007 that was measured by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II. Bathymetric map was created using Surfer program version 8.0. Research results showed that the shipping channel depth of Cirebon Port varies in the range of 0.36 m to 6.97 m in 2006 and 0.79 m to 6.87 m in 2007. During the period of the year 2006 to the year 2007 sedimentation was occurred that marked by the increase of the volume of the sediment surface reached 6,818 m3. The ocean current around the Port of Cirebon is dominated by the tidal current with the direction to the northwest and to the southwest parallel to the shoreline which transported sediment into the shipping channel of Cirebon Port. Permasalahan utama dari Pelabuhan Cirebon yaitu terjadinya pendangkalan alur kapal sebagai akibat dari adanya sedimentasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika batimetri perairan Pelabuhan Cirebon. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari data pengukuran batimetri dan arus laut yang dilakukan oleh PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II di daerah perairan Pelabuhan Cirebon pada tahun 2006 dan tahun 2007. Pembuatan peta batimetri menggunakan program Surfer versi 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedalaman alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Cirebon sangat bervariasi dengan kisaran sebesar 0,36 m sampai 6,97 m pada tahun 2006 dan 0,79 m sampai 6,87 m tahun 2007. Selama periode tahun 2006 sampai tahun 2007 terjadi sedimentasi di alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Cirebon dengan penambahan volume sedimen permukaan sebesar 6.818 m3. Arus laut disekitar perairan Pelabuhan Cirebon didominasi oleh arus pasang surut dengan arah yang bergerak ke arah Barat Laut dan Tenggara yang membentuk arah yang sejajar dengan garis pantai yang dapat memuat sedimen masuk ke dalam alur pelayaran Pelabuhan Cirebon.Kata kunci: Pelabuhan Cirebon; Batimetri; Sedimentasi; Arus laut.
