Result of this study show that the first and the second factor were not significant to all parameters. Intensitas cahaya rendah menjadi salah satu kendala utama dalam pengembangan kacang tanah sebagai tanaman sela pada lahan perkebunan, sehingga sangat dibutuhkan varietas kacang tanah toleran naungan. Pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap proses yang terlibat pada adaptasi tanaman terhadap naungan dapat membantu dalam perakitan. varietas-varietas kacang tanah toleran naungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi akumulasi bahan kering, komponen hasil dan serapan kalsium (Ca) serta keterkaitannya dengan penurunan hasil pada kondisi naungan. Perlakuan disusun secara faktorial dalam rancangan acak kelompok dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama berupa naungan dengan dua taraf, yaitu 0% dan 50%, sedangkan faktor kedua berupa varietas kacang tanah yang terdiri dari Gajah, Jerapah, Mahesa, Panter dan Sima. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa penurunan akumulasi bahan kering akibat naungan 50% paling besar terjadi pada akar, sedangkan penurunan akumulasi bahan kering terkecil terjadi pada batang kacang tanah. Varietas sima pada naungan 50% menunjukkan penurunan produksi bahan kering, hasil biji dan kandungan kalsium (Ca) yang relative kecil dibandingkan varietas Gajah. Penurunan serapan Ca pada kondisi naungan mungkin dimediasi oleh peningkatan kelembaban relative (RH). Tampaknya ada keterkaitan antara kepekaan terhadap naungan dengan tingkat serapan kalsium (Ca) kacang tanah. Produksi kentang ini di Indonesia masih sangat rendah karena rendahnya mutu benih yang digunankan. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu faktor media dan ZPT. Parameter penelitian terdiri dari jumlah akar, jumlah tunas dan jumlah daun. This study aims to determine the effect of N and P fertilizers and growing media on the growth and yield of peanut plants. There are 2 factors studied were N and P fertilizer consists of 4 levels : no fertilizer , 0.21 + 0.21 , 0.26 + 0.32 and 0.32 + 0.42 g / pot. Factors planting medium consisting of 3 levels: Entisol uncontaminated soil without bacterial isolates, entisols contaminated soil without bacterial isolates and soil contaminated Entisol given bacterial isolates. Parameters observed that the plant height, stem diameter, number of pods , pod weight and number of pods pithy planting, wet and dry weight of shoots, wet and dry weight of roots. The results showed that the best peanut plant growth observed in the treatment of N and P fertilizer dose of 0.32 + 0.42 g / pot ( 90 kg urea + 120 kg SP36/ha). Furthermore, growth and yield of peanut plants best observed in growing media entisols uncontaminated soil without bacterial isolates. Growth and yield of hydrocarbon contaminated peanuts given bacterial isolates better when compared with hydrocarbon contaminated soil without bacterial isolates.
