                <text>Abstract - This paper reviews some of the central concerns and findings of writings on forests as they related to the theoretical ambitions of commons scholars, and to efforts to govern forests more sustainably and equitably in Aceh. The review is especially important in the context of unfolding efforts to govern forests in new ways over the past three decades cause conflict between Government Republic of Indonesia and Free of Aceh Movement. However, as important as the review is an assessment of the achievements of this literature, existing blind spots, and potential new areas of exciting research and investigation. The review suggests specific areas in relation to methods, data, and theories of common property that will advance the field further. It would be no exaggeration to say that the study of forests as commons has been central to the development of scholarship on common property. Equally certainly, the interest in forests has generated a vast corpus of research outside the field of common property.                 <text>Abstract: Lecturer has a crucial position in the process of education, lack of lecturers’ performance in carrying out the assignment will result in the quality of graduates, and the development of lecturer performance to increase the high-quality graduates is absolute to be prioritized. This study aims to find out program, the implementation and the supporting of developing lecturer performance, in “Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi”. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. Subject of the study is Dean, Assistant Dean and chairman of department. The technique of data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The study result: (a). Sector of education and teaching further education maintain lecturer rank, revise syllabus, cooperate with other universities, and doing monthly discussion, (b). Sector of research conducted lecturer training and scientific writing competition, (c). Sector of Community Service: founding model village, religious speaker, khatib of Friday prayers, supervisor of community service activity. The implementation of the lecturer development program of the Ushuluddin Faculty in the case of education and teaching run asprogrammed, as well as the research. While in the case of community service institutionally is not maximal yet, even that individually lecturer at the Ushuluddin Faculty performs community service. The factors developing lecturer performance both master and bachelor and office infrastructure, facilitation, classroom and Ushuluddin Faculty also have its own publishing house, they are: Publishing and two scientific journals; Substantia and Al-Mu'asirah, in which it support the lecturers in developing the performance.Keywords : Development of lecturers’ performance</text>

                <text>Abstract: Unit Level Education Curriculum (KTSP) curriculum constitutes one of constituent in teaching and learning process. This research intent to inspect, observe and describe the implementation Unit Level Education Curriculum in particular area Social study at MTs Swasta Al Furqan Bambi Pidie Regency, as follows: (1) Program developmental activities syllabi, RPP and SKL; (2) Material preparations for teaching; (3) Learning performings; and (4) Estimation perfor-ming/evaluations. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive method. Data collecting tech that is utilized is observation, interview and documents study. Subjects in this observational were principal, vice principal, and social study teachers. Result observational to point out that KTSP's implementation on that social study can be seen of: (1) Syllabus makings performing and RPP which made by Social study teacher done by personaland groups in MGMP, but they experience interference in determine indicator in point; (2) Material preparations teach that did by Social study teacher as LKS and module, really help student in completes each competences; (3) Learning performing that did by teacher utilizing close to get center on child (child centered) through active learning, creative, effective, and rejoicing by use of infrastucture media and medium whatever available; (4) Evaluate learningthat did by Social study teacher in forms process estimation as dry run of daily, common dry run or final examination, and task estimation as application of task that performed by individual or group.Key word: Social Study and KTSP</text>

                <text>Abstract: Academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers to develop their ability in managing learning process in order to achieve the learning goals. This study aimed to find out the description of academic supervision implemented by principal in State Junior High School 1 Lhoknga. This study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. The subjects of this study were principal, vice principals, and teacher. The results of this study showed that: (1) the principal involved all school personnel in designing academic supervision program. The designing process was conducted at the beginning of school year and the program was applied for two semesters. (2) The principal’s strategies in implementing academic supervision were preparing academic supervision instrument, providing socialization about the program plans to all teachers, carrying out a direct academic supervision to all teachers, and delegating the supervisor’s responsibility to all vice principals and some senior teachers that have been supervised. (3) The principal conducted follow-up academic supervision by giving guidance and trainings or Teacher Education Consensus Points to unprofessional teachers. The follow-up included the follow-up program of academic supervision, learning situation and factors that influence the students’ achievement, and some improvement that should be done. (4) The obstacle factors were the teachers who were unable to attend the supervision because of the reason they were sick and asked permission to follow training, the teachers who were not ready when the supervision was conducted. Keywords: Academic Supervision and PrincipalAbstrak: Supervisi akademik merupakan serangkaian kegiatan membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuannya mengelola proses pembelajaran demi pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimanakah  kepala sekolah SMP 1 Lhoknga dalam melaksanakan supervisi akademik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan dewan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepala sekolah dalam menyusun program kerja supervisi akademik dengan melibatkan peran serta seluruh personel sekolah, penyusunan program supervisi dilakukan pada awal tahun ajaran untuk dua semester. (2) strategi kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan implementasi supervisi akademik yaitu: mempersiapkan instrumen supervisi akademik, dengan dilakukan teknik yang secara individual dan kelompok baik secara langsung, tidak langsung maupun kolaboratif. (3) melaksanakan tindak lanjut supervisi akademik kepala sekolah dengan memberikan pembinaan, mengikuti kursus-kursus maupun MGMP kepada guru yang belum profesional. (4) faktor hambatan, guru yang berhalangan hadir waktu pelaksanaan supervisi yang disebabkan karena sakit, izin dan mengikuti pelatihan.Kata Kunci: Supervisi Akademik dan kepala sekolah</text>

                <text>Abstract: Organizational climate and job satisfaction is one of the factors that affect the performance of the teacher. The level of teacher performance related to organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers in performing their duties. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate on teacher performance, to determine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance and to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers. The method used in this study are correlational survey, while data collection used questionnaires to variable organizational climate, job satisfaction and performance of teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Lhokseumawe. The sampling technique is stratified random sampling of 51 respondents. The results of this study it can be concluded that the organizational climate is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of direct influence of organizational climate on teacher performance is (0.7401&amp;gt; 0.2759) = 55%. Job satisfaction is directly significant effect on the level of teacher performance. The amount of job satisfaction directly influences the performance of teachers is (0.7192&amp;gt; 2.759) = 51.73%. Organizational climate and job satisfaction jointly direct and significant impact on the level of teacher performance. The magnitude of the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction together with the teacher's performance in school is (0.7994&amp;gt; 0.2759) = 63.9% theoretical The model developed in this study turned out to have been tested empirically on a junior secondary school in Lhokseumawe at significant level, meaning an empirical model of organizational climate and job satisfaction can be received as a model teacher performance.Keywords: Organizational Climate, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengruhi kinerja guru. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru berhubungan dengan iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei korelasional, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya dipergunakan kuisioner terhadap variabel iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di madrasah tsanawiyah se Kota Lhokseumawe. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratifietrandom sampling terhadap 51 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa iklim organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7401 &amp;gt; 0,2759) = 55 %.Kepuasan kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh kepuasan kerja secara langsung terhadap kinerja guru adalah (0,7192 &amp;gt; 2,759) = 51,73%.Iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di sekolah adalah (0,7994 &amp;gt; 0,2759) = 63,9%.Model teoritik yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini ternyata telah teruji secara empiris pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kota Lhokseumawe pada taraf signifikan, berarti model empiris iklim organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dapat terima sebagai model kinerja guru.Kata Kunci:Iklim Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru</text>

                <text>AbstractProblem solving skills and communication skills is one of the mathematical achievement of the curriculum that must be owned by students in learning mathematics. For that, it needs the right learning model in improving communication skills and mathematical problem solving of students, one model that can improve this ability is a cooperative model of Think-Pair-Share. The aim of this research is to examine differences in mathematical problem solving skills and communication skills among students who obtain mathematical models of cooperative learning Think-Pair-Share and students who receive conventional learning. This research is an experimental study with the study design pre-test post-test control group design. With a population of all eighth grade students of MTsN Darul Ulum Banda Aceh by taking samples of the two classes of experimental class and control class through purposive sampling of four parallel classes available. The data was collected using a test instrument that tests problem solving skills and test students' mathematical communication skills. To see the difference in the ability of students between classes and grade control experiment used the t-test at significance level 0.05. Of the data and results of statistical tests were analyzed with SPSS 16.0 For Windows and Microsoft Excel 2007 to interpret the mathematical problem solving skills and communication skills of the students' mathematical model of cooperative learning with Think-Pair-Share, Overall cooperative models use Think - Pair - Share can improve mathematical problem solving and mathematical communication skills of students.     Keywords: Cooperative learning Think-Pair - Share, mathematical problem solving , mathematical communication</text>

                <text>Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of critical thinking skills and students mathematical dispositions, as well as the interaction between learning factors and grouping of students to the critical thinking skills and the improvement of student mathematical dispositions. This study is an experimental study with a quantitative approach that describes an increase in critical thinking skills and dispositions of students overall mathematical and grouping students. The population inthis study were students of SMP Negeri 3 Peusangan, where in the sample is a class VIII student as much as 2 classes with 47 students enrolled. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling design with pretest-posttest control group. Based on the results of the study concluded that the improvement of students critical thinking skills mathematical significantly higher in grade PBM than conventional class as a whole with a value of t = 4.373. However, the grouping of students simply an increase in the high group and medle group only, namely the value of t = 4.064 and t = 2,554. The study also concluded that there was an interaction between learning factors and grouping of students to the mathematical ability of students to think critically. In addition, the results of a study of students mathematical dispositions that get higher problem-based learning than students who received conventional teaching overall with a value of t= 4.214. While the grouping of students is only an increase in the high group with a value of t = 2.428 and the low group with a value of t = 3.439. But in the process of interaction, there is no interaction between factors of learning and grouping of student to an increase students mathematical dispositions.  Keywords: Model problem-based learning, critical thinking skills, students mathematical   dispositions.</text>

                <text>Abstrak: Manajemen berbasis sekolah merupakan salah satu usaha untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses penyusunan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, partisipasi masyarakat dan faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan dalam penerapan manajemen berbasis sekolah meliputi penetapan, visi missi, tujuan dan sasaran yang ingin dicapai dengan melakukan asesmen tentang kekuatan, hambatan, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie.Pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolahpada Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie menyusun RAPBS, Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan, mengikutsertakan komite sekolah. Partisipasi masyarakat atau komite sekolah mempunyai tugas dan fungsi untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada satuan pendidikan. Komite sekolah mendukung, memberi masukan, motivasi dan mengawasi kinerja guru serta mengadakan hubungan kerja sama dengan pihak lain dalam mencari dana dan ekstrakurikuler.Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sakti Pidie. Warga sekolah, wali siswa dan komite sekolah ikut mendukung kemajuan sekolah. Hal ini terbukti komite sekolah selalu memberi masukan dan membantu program sekolah, warga sekolah dan komite sekolah selalu ikutserta dalam penyusunan program sekolah dan pelaksanaannya.Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah. </text>

                <text>Abstract: Leadership is the principal determining school progress in implementing various school programs. In order to improve the performance of teachers, principals, guidance teachers can malakukan systematically. With the expected performance of good teachers has implications for the improvement of student achievement shown in the learning process effectively. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Subjects were principals and teachers on Meureudu Islamic junior high school Pidie Jaya. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The head of the school in improving labor discipline teacher at Meureudu Islamic junior high school of Pidie Jaya, 2) principal in improving teachers' work commitment on Meureudu Pidie Jaya district, 3) principal responsibility in improving the work of teachers in Meureudu Islamic junior high school Pidie Jaya. The results showed: 1) The head of the school in improving labor discipline teacher at Meureudu to conduct training either individually or in groups via pengaraha, held a picket through daily oversight and take action for the breach of discipline. The school principal also doing by providing an appeal, reprimand, conduct classroom observations and motivate teachers to perform their duties properly. 2) The head of the school in improving teachers' work commitment on Meureudu Islamic junior high school Pidie Jaya district to include teachers in a variety of activities including, involving teachers in upgrading, involving teachers in Congress Subject Teacher (MGMP). 3) The principal responsibility of teachers in improving the Meureudu Islamic junior high school by developing performance of teachers in various teaching programs and motivate teachers to enable MGMP activities.Keywords: Principal Leadership and Teacher PerformanceAbstrak: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangatlah menentukan kemajuan sekolah dalam menjalankan berbagai program sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru pada MTsN Meureudu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru pada MTsN Meureudu dengan melakukan pembinaan baik secara individual maupun kelompok melalui pengaraha, mengadakan pengawasan melalui piket harian dan melakukan tindakan bagi yang melanggar disiplin. Kepala sekolah juga melakukan dengan cara memberikan himbauan, teguran, melakukan observasi kelas serta memotivasi guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya sebagaimana mestinya. 2) Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen kerja guru pada MTsN Meureudu Kabupaten Pidie Jaya dengan mengikutsertakan guru dalam berbagai kegiatan meliputi, mengikutsertakan guru dalam penataran, melibatkan guru dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). 3) Kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru pada MTsN Meureudu dengan melakukan pengembangan kinerja guru dalam malaksanakan berbagai program pengajaran dan memotivasi guru agar mengaktifkan kegiatan MGMP.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru</text>
