Akibatnya volume lalu lintas pada persimpangan Lamreung mengalami kemacetan pada jam-jam sibuk. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, maka Pemerintah Propinsi Aceh mengambil kebijakan penyambungan median pada ruas Jalan T. Nyak Arief tepatnya di Simpang Lamgugob sampai bundaran Jembatan Lamnyong yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi konflik yang terjadi di Simpang Lamreung. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui berapa Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) dan Niai Waktu Perjalanan berdasarkan jumlah/arus lalu lintas, tepatnya berada di Simpang Lamreung menuju Jalan T. Nyak Arief dan memutar pada manuver di depan kawasan Pustaka Wilayah sampai Bundaran Jembatan Lamnyong. Pengolahan data kinerja jalan menggunakan metode MKJI 1997 dan metode yang digunakan dalam menghitung biaya operasional kendaraan adalah Pacific Consultant International (PCI), nilai waktu yang dihitung pada penelitian ini mencakup nilai waktu orang dan kendaraan. Hasil analisis data, volume lalu lintas Jalan Simpang Lamreung menuju Bundaran Jembatan Lamnyong adalah 56.915 kend/hari untuk 2 arah. Waktu tempuh bergerak kondisi pada arah Simpang lamreung menuju kota adalah 1,92 menit dan arah kota menuju Bundaran Darussalam 3,38 menit. Pada perolehan kecepatan tempuh di peroleh untuk arah Simpang lamreung menuju kota adalah 41,95 km/jam dan arah kota menuju Bundaran Darussalam 49,56 km/jam. Berdasarkan hasil survey pencacahan volume lalu lintas yang telah dilakukan, didapat total BOK Keseluruhan pada jam puncak sebesar Rp 7.786.846.890 /Tahun. (Coleoptera: Crhysomelidae) in LaboratoryABSTRACT. Pleisispa reichi is a mein pest of coconut in Indonesia. This beetle attacked the young leaves. The objective of this research id to know the biological aspect of this beetle on coconut leaves. This studies were conducted in Laboratory of plant pest and disease, Faculty of Agriculture, North Sumatera level. The result showed that female produced 43.40±9.86 eggs with hatching 80.77±6.95%. Larvae had 3 instars with duration 22.80±0.79 days. The age of pupae 5.30±0.71 days. While the age of female and male, 70.90±4.55 and 73.90±4.55 days, respectively. Copulation occurred when imagoes age 13-14 days. The length and wide size of eggs were 5.90±0.56 and 1.95±0.20 mm. The length larvae of instar 1, 2, and 3 were 4.05±0.37, 6.00±0.53, and 9.05±0.55 mm. While the width were 0.95±0.16, 1.35±0.24, and 1.85±0.24 mm. The measure of length and width of pupa were 8.75±0.49 and 1.80±0.26 mm. While the length and width size of male was 8.35±0.58 mm and 1.90±0.21 mm and the female was 9.75±0.54 mm and 2.20±0.26 mm. In life table showed that the net of reproduction rate (Ro) = 11.02. While the intrincic rate of reproduction (r) was 0.070 and Tc was 34.30. It means that the beetle had survival rate was 34.30%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dengan terjadinya sibling rivalry pada anak usia 3-5 tahun di TK FKIP UNSYIAH.Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah ibu/orang tua yang anaknya sekolah di TK FKIP UNSYIAH,Banda Aceh dengan umur 3-5 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan rancangan accidental sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner pada tanggal 26 Agustus-7 September 2013.Analisis : Analisa data menggunakan Chi Square pada interval kepercayaan 95%. Previous studies have been done to break seed dormancy in rice (Oryza sativa L.). However, since the behavior of seed dormancy are different for different varieties, there is a need to find effective methods for breaking dormancy in four most important cultivars of low land rice. Low land rice seeds were harvested at 95 days after planting (cv. Kalimutu and cv. Gajah Mungkur), 105 dap (cv. Way Rarem) or 115 dap (cv. Jatiluhur), and dried to 13% moisture content. The seeds were stored in an envelope paper at ambient temperature and relative humidity (28-310C, RH 81-89%) for up to 9 weeks with 1 week interval. Persistency of seed dormancy in each cultivar was determined based on the time needed to reach a minimum of 85% germination capacity. Various methods of breaking dormancy were applied: untreated control, soaking in water for 24 h, soaking in water for 48 h, soaking in 1% KN03 for 24 h, soaking in 1% KN03 for 48 h, soaking in 120 ppm GA3 for 24 h, soaking in 120 ppm GA3 for 48 h, heating 500C for 72 h, heating 500C for 48 h + heating in water for 24 h, heating 500C for 48 h + heating in water for 48 h, heating 500C for 48 h + heating in 1% KN03 for 24 h, heating 500C for 48 h + heating in 1% KN03 for 24 h, soaking in water for 24 h + in damp cloth for 24 h, mantriconditioning using sawdust and mantriconditioning using rice hull ash. Soon after the treatment the seeds were germinated, and seed viability and vigor were observed. Results of experiment showed the viability and vigor of low land rice seeds were increased after storage. Persistence of seed dormancy was different in each cultivar i.e. 3 weeks in Kalimutu (germination capacity 90%), 4 weeks in Way Rarem (87%), 6 weeks in Gajah Mungkur (92%), and 9 weeks in Jatiluhur (85%). Soaking the seeds in 1% KN03 for 48 h was the most effective method for breaking dormancy of Kalimutu, Gajah Mungkur and Way Rarem at harvest (0 weeks). Heating the seeds in a 500C oven for 48 h followed by soaking in water 24 h was the only effective method to break dormancy in cv. Jatiluhur at 2 weeks after harvest, while the time of harvest none of the method was effective. Arus lalu lintas yang terdiri dari bermacam jenis kendaraan, seperti mobil penumpang, bus, truk dan sepeda motor dikonversikan menjadi satu satuan arus lalu lintas yaitu smp/jam dengan menganggap bahwa satu kendaraan, selain jenis kendaraan penumpang, diganti oleh satu kendaraan penumpang dikali dengan emp. Setiap jenis kendaraan memiliki nilai emp yang berbeda dengan jenis kendaraan yang lain, tergantung pada pengaruh keberadaannya didalam suatu arus lalu lintas. Penelitian dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Tgk. Daud Beureueh yang termasuk jalan enam lajur dua arah terbagi (6/2 D), lokasi penelitian ini merupakan penggunaan lahan campuran yaitu area rumah sakit umum, perkantoran serta pendidikan sehingga banyak masyarakat yang mengakses jalan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghitung ulang nilai ekivalen mobil penumpang pada ruas jalan perkotaan dan membandingkan dengan nilai ekivalen mobil penumpang MKJI 1997. Penentuan nilai emp menggunakan metode analisis regresi. Analisis diperoleh emp dengan interval 5 menit pada Senin pagi yaitu: Sepeda motor = 0,10 dan Kendaraan Berat = 1,2. Pada Senin sore yaitu: Sepeda motor = 2,6 dan Kendaraan Berat = 0,25. Pada hari Rabu Pagi yaitu: Sepeda motor = 1,9 dan Kendaraan Berat = 0,12. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, telah dilakukan penelitian pemupukan an-organik dan pupuk organik dengan tujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh pupuk N, P, K dan bahan organik Beta dan Tithoganic terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman dan hasil kedelai di lahan sulfat masam bergambut. Perlakuan yang dicoba adalah penambahan bahan organik Beta dan Tithoorganic setelah dipupuk dengan N, P, dan K. Percobaan dilaksanakan di lokasi pertain di desa Lamunti, Kabupaten Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah pada MK 2009 yang menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dengan 3 ulangan. Peubah yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, jumlah buku subur, komponen hasil, dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan pupuk organik dengan perlakuan pemupukan NPK, terjadi peningkatan baik pada pertumbuhan vegetatif dan pertumbuhan generative dilihat dari jumlah buku subur, jumlah polong/tanaman, jumlah biji/tanaman, berat biji/tanaman, dan berat seratus biji serta hasil. Dosis ½ NPK tambah bahan organik Beta meningkatkan jumlah biji per tanaman sebesar 58.10%, dan berat biji/tanaman meningkat 46.32% sedangkan dosis ½ NPK tambah bahan organik Tithoganic meningkatkan jumlah biji/tanaman 59.29% dan berat biji/tanaman 40.33%. The utilization of land without awareness to soil bearing capacity can cause the declination of productivity and land degradation. The application of organic and inorganic fertilizers can improve soil and crop productivity. The object of research was to evaluate the influence of N, P, and K fertilizer and Beta and Tithoganic organic matter on growth and yield of soybean on peaty acid sulphate land. The experiment was conducted on farmer land at Lamunti village, Kapuas, Central Kalimantan in dry season 2009. This experiment was arranged in RCBD design with 3 replications. Observed variables were plant height, number of branches, number of fertile nodules, yield component and yield. The results showed that the application of organic fertilizer with NPK fertilizer treatment increased vegetative and generative growth that could be shown from the number of fertile nodules, number of pods/plant, seed number/plant, seed weight/plant and 100 seed weight and the result. Treatment of an half NPK + Beta organic matter increased the number of seeds/plant as 58.10% and the weight of seed/crops as 46.32% whereas treatment of an half NPK + ½ Tithoganic organic matter increased the number of seeds/plant and weight of seed/crops as 59.29% and 40.33% respectively.
