The objective of the present study was to evaluate mouth character and tooth structure variations of Bagridae. The sampling was conducted on February to July 2012 at Serayu River Banyumas, the sampling was done four times with two week intervals using casting nets and gill nets. A total of three species Bagridae, namely Mystus gulio, Mystus nigriceps and Hemibagrus nemurus were recorded during the study. The results showed that there were no variation on mouth and dental structure among species. Thus, theese characters could not be used to discriminate species among these species.Keywords. Salmonella typhi is the bacteria included in enterobacteriaceae tribe that are pathogenic. This study aims to determine the inhibition of lime juice (Citrus aurantifolia) on the growth of Salmonella typhi in vitro condition. The study was conducted with laboratory experimental methods. Susceptibility testing performed on the Salmonella typhi group using disc diffusion method. The result of the ANOVA test showed that there is an influence of lime juice against Salmonella typhi growth. The results of data processing based on LSD at the level ? = 5% indicates that the lime juice on all treatments to inhibit the growth of Salmonella typhi. This suggests that the impact of each lime juice has a distinct inhibition zone diameter on the growth of Salmonella typhi. Keywords: Inhibition test, The Lime Juice, Salmonella typhi. ABSTRAK Jeruk nipis (Citrus aurantifolia) adalah tanaman yang tumbuh subur di daerah tropis dan sering digunakan sebagai obat herbal. Salmonella typhi adalah bakteri yang termasuk dalam suku enterobacteriaceae yang bersifat patogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya hambat perasan jeruk nipis terhadap pertumbuhan Salmonella typhi yang diuji secara in vitro. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen laboratorik. Uji kepekaan dilakukan pada kelompok bakteri Salmonella typhi terhadap perasan jeruk nipis dengan menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Hasil dari Uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari perasan jeruk nipis terhadap diameter zona hambat pertumbuhan Salmonella typhi. Hasil pengolahan data berdasarkan BNT pada taraf ? = 5% menunjukkan bahwa perasan jeruk nipis pada semua perlakuan dapat menghambat pertumbuhan Salmonella typhi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing dampak dari perasan jeruk nipis memiliki diameter zona hambat yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan Salmonella typhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Pengolahan Susu Jurusan Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian pada tanggal 09 September sampai dengan 30 November 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial. Faktor A adalah jenis susu, a1 = susu sapi, a2 = susu kambing dan a3 = susu bubuk. Faktor B merupakan lama penyimpanan, b1 = 0 hari, b2 = 7 hari dan b3 = 14 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis susu berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap nilai pH.
