In this experiment two different detectors were used to prove the reciprocity law using an exposure meter detector and a screen-film system. Four different valuesof kVps were used in this experiment which were 40 kVp, 50 kVp, 60 kVp, and 70 kVp. Different values of mAs were used from 1 mAs up to 50 mAs. Other factors used in this experiment were maintained constant such as the distance from focal spot to detector 100 cm and collimator opening 15 cm x 10 cm to make sure all contributions from the surroundings were approximately the same. In this experiment, acceptability range of the reciprocity law used for the screen-film OD was ±5% and acceptability range of the absorbed dose using the exposure meter was ±10%. Pengeprasan manual memerlukan 10-14 orang dan menghasilkan hasil keprasan yang tidak seragam dan kualitas yang cenderung rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain mesin pengepras tebu dengan sumber tenaga traktor roda dua untuk memperoleh hasil kepras yang utuh serta mendapatkan kecepatan putar mesin yang optimal.Tahapan penelitian dimulai dari pembuatan gambar kerja untuk mendapatkan fungsi struktural dan fungsionalnya. Setelah itu dilakukan pembuatan prototipe mesin kepras dan pengujian fungsional untuk menentukan kecepatan putaran pisau dari kecepatan putaran mesin dan pemeriksaan fungsi struktural dari mesin kepras tebu tersebut. Kecepatan putar pisau yang diinginkan dan fungsi mesin berjalan serta dilakukan pengambilan data dilahan.Mesin kepras tebu terdiri dari beberapa bagian penting yaitu, rangka utama yang terbuat besi UNP 80 mm x 45 mm x 5 mm sebagai tempat meletakkan komponen lain. Coulter berjumlah 2 buah yang berfungsi sebagai pemotong akar dan guludan, diameter coulter 40 cm dengan tebal 8 mm. Sistem penyaluran daya pada mesin kepras menggunakan rantai dan sproket. Sedangkan untuk pengubah arah putaran dilakukan oleh gearbox. Unit pisau pengepras terdiri dari 2 yaitu, pisau pengepras dan penutup pisau pengepras. Pisau pengepras memiliki 8 buah mata pisau yang terbuat dari material baja dengan tebal 8 mm, lalu pisau ditutup oleh penutup pisau sebagai safety untuk operator. Modifikasi dilakukan pada gearbox dengan memperbesar rasio dari 1:10 menjadi 11:16 sehingga mendapatkan putaran pisau diatas 500 rpm. Hasil pengujian mesin kepras tebu dilakukan pada kecepatan putar mesin 1200 rpm, 1500 rpm, dan 1800 rpm, kinerja yang lebih baik yaitu pada kecepatan putar mesin 1500 rpm atau pada kecepatan putar pisau 1295,5 rpm. Efesiensi lapang terbesar pada kecepatan putaran mesin 1200 rpm dengan 72,41%, sementara untuk hasil keprasan terbaik pada kecepatan putar mesin 1500 rpm atau 1295,5 rpm untuk putaran pisau dengan jumlah tunggul tebu terkepras utuh sebanyak 137 tunggul atau 51,89% dari total jumlah 264 tunggul. While the actuator to be controlled is the position of burner openings, so that the heat can be adjusted to meet a predetermined set-point. The results of this study show that performance of the urban drainage still not yet to overcome that puddle flood. Factors of construction that influence the puddle flood are bottle necks at inlet of culvert, concave channel, and there are fresh water pipes in channel. As social factor, community participation to maintain urban drainage is low. It is showed that still occur hoarding of rubbish and sedimentation that cause channel capacity to be smaller and the finally cause puddle flood. The results of t test show that insight of community about urban drainage (W) and trust of community about performance of urban drainage (K) significantly influence community participation to maintain urban drainage (P). Relation of W, K, and P is showed in this formula P = 15,7 + 0,2W + 0,3K, with determination coefficient, R2=0,67. The formula concludes that community participation can be increased by increasing community insight and community trust of urban drainage performance.Keywords : urban drainage, performance, community participationAbstrak: Kelurahan Keuramat, Kecamatan Kuta Alam merupakan wilayah Kota Banda Aceh yang masih sering mengalami banjir genangan akibat hujan meskipun drainasenya sudah dilakukan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor fisik yang mempengaruhi terjadinya banjir genangan tersebut adalah penyempitan gorong-gorong, cekungan dasar saluran, dan saluran menjadi jalur pipa air minum. Faktor sosial yang mempengaruhi terjadinya banjir genangan tersebut adalah partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan drainase masih rendah sehingga masih terjadi penumpukan sampah, dan endapan sedimen yang mengakibatkan kapasitas saluran mengecil dan akhirnya menimbulkan banjir genangan. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa wawasan masyarakat tentang drainase (W) dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kinerja drainase (K) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam pemeliharaan drainase (P). Hubungan wawasan dan kepercayaan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat tersebut diperlihatkan oleh rumus P = 15,7 + 0,2W + 0,3K, dengan koefisien diterminasi R2 = 0,67. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbandingan status gizi bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang mendapat ASI eksklusif dan yang mendapat ASI non eksklusif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi perbandingan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama bulan Februari 2012. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terhadap responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan penimbangan berat badan serta pengukuran tinggi badan. Didapatkan 50 orang bayi usia 6-12 bulan. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan ada perbedaan (p < 0,05) status gizi antara bayi yang mendapat ASI eksklusif dan yang mendapat ASI non eksklusif (p = 0,000). Uji rasio prevalensi pemberian ASI terhadap status gizi malnutrisi didapatkan nilai 16,000. Salah satu modalitas pengobatan kanker payudara adalah kemoterapi dimana kondisi sakit dan efek samping dari kemoterapi dapat mempengaruhi konsep diri dan menimbulkan stres. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan konsep diri dengan tingkat stres pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dengan 56 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 35 item pernyataan dalam skala likert. Metode analisis data dengan Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan konsep diri (p-value 0,008), citra tubuh (p-value 0,040), ideal diri (p-value 0,036), harga diri (p-value 0,003), peran (p-value 0,019), identitas diri (p-value 0,021) dengan tingkat stres. Direkomendasikan kepada perawat di ruangan agar lebih meningkatkan konsep diri pada pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi.
