This study aims to determine the influence of growing media and watering frequency on growth and yield of lettuce using verticulture system and the interaction between the two factors. The design used was randomized block design (RBD) with factorial pattern. 4x3 and 3 replications, so there were 36 experimental units. Adapun permasalahan yang ditinjau pada pesimpangan Darma adalah simpang berlengan empat yang tidak diatur oleh lampu lalu lintas maupun bundaran. Persimpangan ini merupakan salah satu titik pertemuan arus lalu lintas alternatif yang sering dilalui oleh pengguna transportasi dari Kota menuju Lampriet, Darussalam dan sekitarnya maupun sebaliknya. Kondisi arus puncak pagi, siang, sore persimpangan ini kerap terjadi konflik akibat tidak ada pengaturan lalu lintas. Oleh sebab itu, Penelitian ini direncanakan pengaturan persimpangan dengan lampu lalu lintas maupun manajemen lalu lintas. Data yang diambil pada penelitian ini adalah data geometrik simpang, populasi penduduk, volume lalu-lintas yaitu pada hari Senin, Kamis dan Sabtu pada jam pagi pukul 07.00-09.00 WIB, siang 12.00-14.00 WIB dan sore 17.00-19.00 WIB. Pada perhitungan ini dilakukan manajemen pengaturan lalu lintas yang terdiri dari perhitungan eksisting simpang tak bersinyal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komposisi media tanam dan konsentrasi pupuk organik super bionik serta kedua interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan anthurium . Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok bifaktorial 3x3 dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Faktor komposisi media tanam yang perbandingannya berdasarkan volume yaitu: sekam bakar + pakis (1:1): sekam bakar + serbuk gergaji (1:1): pakis + serbuk gergaji (1:1), sedangkan faktor konsentrasi pupuk terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: 0: 2: dan 4 ml L-1 air. Peubah yang diamati adalah: panjang daun, lebar daun pada 30, 60, dan 90 HST, dan bobot segar per tanaman pada 90 HST. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pakis + serbuk gergaji berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman anthurium. Pemberian pupuk organik super bionic sebanyak 2 ml L-1 juga memberikan pertumbuhan yang baik bagi tanaman anthurium. Terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara komposisi media tanam dengan pupuk organik super bionic terhadap luas daun anthurium pada 60 dan 90 DAT. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of growing media composition and concentration of organic fertilizers superbionic on the growth of anthurium plants and the interactions between these factors. The research used Randomized Block Design 3x3 with 3 replications. Factor under study is a comparison planting medium composition by volume (1:1) consisting of three standards are: roasted rice husks fuel + fern, roasted rice husk + sawdust and fern + sawdust. Fertilizer concentration factor consists of 3 level of control, 2 and 4 ml L-1 water. Factors evaluated were leaf blade, leaf length, leaf width at each 30, 60, and 90 days after planting (DAT), and fresh weight per plant at 90 DAT. The results showed the best growth of anthurium plant found in the composition of the media treatment of fern + sawdust. Pada penelitian ini penulis menerapkan metode deteksi cacat tekstil berdasarkan koefisien wavelet dan Euclidean distance. Tahapannya dengan mengumpulkan sampel citra cacat dan tidak cacat kemudian disimpan ke dalam basis data, selanjutnya citra RGB diubah ke citra gray scale dan di dekomposisi dua level. Hasil dekomposisi level satu yaitu LL1, LH1, HL1, dan HH1. Sedangkan untuk dekomposisi level dua, bagian LL1 di dekomposisi lagi dan menghasilakan bagian baru yaitu LL2, LH2, HL2, dan HH2. Nilai koefisien LL2 dijadikan sebagai fitur untuk mengukur jarak kemiripan antara dua buah fitur menggunakan Euclidean distance. Pada tahap selanjutnya koefisien LL2 dari semua citra dijadikan histogram dan diukur jarak kemiripan antara dua buah histogram LL2. Pengukuran Euclidean distance telah mampu menghasilkan nilai jarak kemiripan antara citra masukan dengan citra basis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penggunaan koefisien LL2 sebagai fitur belum mampu untuk mendeteksi cacat tekstil. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja sistem dari fitur LL2 belum mampu bekerja secara optimal, sedangkan dari histogram LL2 telah mampu bekerja dengan optimal.
