Faktor yang diteliti yaitu jarak tanam (20 cm x 60 cm, 30 cm x 60 cm dan 40 cm x 60 cm) dan jumlah benih per lubang  (1, 2,dan 3 benih per lubang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jarak tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat buah per tanaman, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang buah.  Buah per tanaman terberat dan terpanjang diperoleh pada jarak tanam 40 cm x 60 cm. Jumlah benih per lubang berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap diameter buah dan berat buah per tanaman, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang batang utama umur 15 HST dan jumlah buah per tanaman. Diameter buah terbesar dan buah per tanaman terberat dijumpai pada penggunaan 1 benih per lubang,  sedangkan   jumlah buah per tanaman terbanyak diperoleh pada penggunaan 3 benih per lubang. Terdapat interaksi yang tidak nyata antara jarak tanam dan jumlah benih per lubang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil mentimun. Plant Growth and Yield of Cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) in Response to Different Spacing and Seed Numbers per HoleABSTRACT. The study was aimed at determining the right spacing and seed numbers per hole on growth and yield of cucumber plants and investigating interactions between the two factors. The study was conducted at the Experiment Station of Agriculture Faculty of Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh from October to December 2009. Experiment was arranged in a factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) 3 x 3 with three replications. Factors studied were plant spacing (20 cm x 60 cm, 30 cm x60 cm, and 40 cm x 60 cm) and seed numbers per hole (1, 2, and 3 seeds per hole). Results showed that plant spacing exerted a highly significant effect on fruit weight per plant and a significant effect on fruit length. The best fruit weight and length were obtained at a spacing of  40 cm x 60 cm. Seed numbers exerted highly significant effects on fruit diameter and fruit weight per plant and significant effects on main stem length at age 15 days after planting and fruit numbers per plant. The best fruit diameter and fruit weight per plant were found at 1 seed  per hole, while the best fruit numbers per plant was obtained at 3 seeds per hole. Rebah semai yang disebabkan oleh R. solani merupakan salah satu penyakit yang sering kali menyerang pesemaian tembakau. Penambahan kascing kedalam media semai tembakau telah terbukti mampu menekan intensitas serangan patogen tersebut. Damping off disease caused by R. solani is a major tobacco seedling disease. Vermicompost has been studied extensively and proven its ability to suppress damping off disease intensity caused by the pathogen. The research was aimed to determine the optimum of application time of vermicompost to reduce the disease intensity on tobacco (N. tabacum). The experiment was conducted at plant field experiment of agriculture faculty from May to November 2010. The experiment was arranged in the randomized complete block design using 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments consist of vermicompost application of 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks before seedling. The result showed that vermicompost application time had no effect on disease intensity of R. solani on tobacco seedling. Polsek Krueng Barona Jaya memiliki catatan kriminal yang dibuat untuk merekam sejarah kriminal residivis yang ada dalam wilayah hukumnya sehingga memudahkan Polsek saat melakukan pemantauan, pencegahan, dan penindakan terjadinya peristiwa kriminal. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dapat menghambat proses pendataan dan penyimpanan catatan kriminal selama ini contohnya pembuatan catatan dengan cara konvensional sehingga waktu dan tenaga yang dikeluarkan oleh petugas polisi menjadi tidak efisien. Berdasarkan sistem pencatatan kriminal yang lama, maka tugas akhir ini menawarkan solusi yaitu pemanfaatan aplikasi perangkat lunak untuk mengelola catatan kriminal secara terkomputerisasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan user. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan user, maka dilakukan perancangan dengan menggunakan metode contextual design. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian dengan metode heuristic evaluation untuk mendapatkan permasalahan yang mungkin ditemui user saat menggunakan aplikasi. Aplikasi diubah sesuai dengan pengujian yang telah dilakukan. Setelah mengubah aplikasi, selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian dengan metode usability testing yang melibatkan calon pemakai untuk mengetahui kesulitan user saat menggunakan aplikasi. Selanjutnya aplikasi akan diperbaiki kembali sesuai dengan hasil pengujian. Pada tahap terakhir, aplikasi di deploy dengan harapan proses pencatatan dan penyimpanan data kriminal pada Polsek Krueng Barona Jaya menjadi lebih efesien dan efektif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Kuta Baro yang berjumlah 16 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar soal, lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran dan angket respon siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar melalui model pembelajaran tipe Time Token. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian (1) Persentase ketuntasan individual terjadi peningkatan dari siklus pertama 75 persen dan siklus kedua 93,75 persen. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal juga terjadi peningkatan dari siklus pertama 70 persen dan siklus kedua 90 persen; (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa mencerminkan pembelajaran Time Token, hal ini terlihat pada aktivitas guru saat memberikan setiap kupon berbicara dengan waktu 30 detik dan setiap siswa diberi sejumlah nilai sesuai waktu keadaan; (3) Keterampilan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooprtatif tipe Time Token meningkat dari katagori baik menjadi sangat baik; (4) Respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Time Token adalah 94 persen dari 16 siswa berpendapat bahwa belajar melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Time Token dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi pasar, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa materi pasar pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Time Token. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan produksi 30 varietas padi lokal Aceh terhadap sistem budidaya padi aerob dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara intermitten selama fase pertumbuhan vegetatif. Respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi dipelajari dengan mengamati karakter morfo-agronomis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas sangat mempengaruhi tinggi tanaman. Tinggi tanaman padi varietas lokal ternyata sangat bervariasi antar satu varietas dengan varietas lainnya. Varietas Pade Pangku, Sikuneng, Rom Mokot, Sepuluo, Pade Mas, dan Sigupai merupakan kelompok varietas yang paling tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan juga bahwa varietas sangat mempengaruhi jumlah anakan varietas padi lokal Aceh. Varietas Pandrah, Asi Puteh, Sigudang, Bo Santeut, Pade Mirah, Pade P66,  Sanbei, Aweuh, Acong, Bo 100, Salah Mayang Ru, dan Sipirok merupakan varietas-varietas yang memiliki jumlah anakan yang tinggi. Sedangkan tanaman yang paling cepat berbunga terdapat pada varietas Pade P66, Sigudang, dan Pade Das. Sementara varietas yang paling lama mengeluarkan bunga terdapat pada varietas Rangkop Mirah. Varietas berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap hasil tanaman per pot. Perbedaan varietas menghasilkan berat gabah per pot yang sangat bervariasi. Hasil tanaman per pot terberat dijumpai pada varietas Pade Manggeng, Aweuh, Sigupai, Bo Santeut, Sikuneng, dan Pade Mas. Respon pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman padi varietas lokal Aceh lebih baik dibandingkan padi varietas Nasional apabila dibudidayakan dengan sistem padi aerob.The Response of Local Acehnese Germplasm of Rice to Growth and Production in Aerobic ConditionABSTRACT. The purpose of this research is to study responds of 30 variety of Acehnese local rice to aerobic cultivation method with intermitten approach during vegetative phase of rice plant. Morpho-agronomic characters were observed to evaluate the responds of the varieties. Results of study showed that variety was significantly affected plant height, and indicated wide variation among varieties for the plant height. Pade Pangku, Sikuneng, Rom Mokot, Sepuluo, Pade Mas, and Sigupai were the varieties that have taller plant height than others. The factor of variety also significantly affected number of tillers. Variety of Pandrah, Asi Puteh, Sigudang, Bo Santeut, Pade Mirah, Pade P66,  Sanbei, Aweuh, Acong, Bo 100, Salah Mayang Ru, and Sipirok were the varieties that have bigger number of tillers. Some varieties, PadeP66, Sigudang, and Pade Das produced flower earlier than others. Rangkop Mirah variety was the longest time to initiate it flower. We also found that variety significantly affected yield of rice per pot. Pade Manggeng, Aweuh, Sigupai, Bo Santeut, Sikuneng, and Pade Mas were the varieties that have higher yield of rice per pot compared than others. When the varieties cultivated in aerobic condition, the responds of Acehnese local variety was better than national superior variety. With Used in Tsunami SoilABSTRACT. Remediation of former tsunamis can be made with organic and inorganic fertilizer. Efforts to improve tsunami land using organic ingredients, to create a land that is good for plant growth is by maintaining a balanced plant nutrient availability. This can be done by the way of inorganic fertilizer. Most needed nutrients plants in large numbers and balanced is the elements nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) how far the effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth of lettuce and elemental content of NPK in soil and plant remains problems that need to be tested. The experimental design used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD) 4 x 2 factorial with three replications. There were two factors studied, namely manure doses (K) and NPK fertilizer doses Pearl (M). Increased plant growth and nutrient content of lettuce N, P, and K in soil and plants due to organic and inorganic fertilizer application is highly dependent on the those administered. Fertilizer combinations that produce the best growth of lettuce plant was obtained in combination with organic fertilizer 30 ton ha-1 with the addition of inorganic NPK fertilizer 1000 kg ha-1, particularly in the first planting, and has decreased in the second planting. Residues of organic and inorganic fertilizer application also affected growth and nutrient uptake, but the effect is lower than the effect at the beginning of giving fertilizer.
