Penyusunan tugas akhir ini menggunakan teori produktifitas alat berat dan jumlah alat-alat berat, lokasi dan jenis tanah. Komposisi alat yang dipakai akan mempengaruhi waktu dan biaya yang dibutuhkan dengan tujuan mencari hubungan antara biaya dan waktu yang optimum pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan timbunan pada pematangan lahan, pekerjaan timbunan bekerja pada jam kerja normal yaitu 8 jam dan 6 hari kerja serta metode perhitungan yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara trial, trial perhitungan produksi alat berat dengan mengambil tiga alternatif. Hasil perolehan waktu dan biaya optimum yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan timbunan tanah pada proyek Pengembangan Diklat Ilmu Pelayaran Rating School didapatkan pada alternatif ketiga yaitu 576 jam (72 hari) dengan jam kerja normal. The objective of this experiment were to evaluate effects of drought stress at vegetative stage on growth, yield and leaf proline content of hot pepper. Drought stress was conditioned by reduction watering of crop show wilt symptom 70% during the period of 21 – 54 days after planting (DAP). Result of the experiment indicated that drought stress reduced plant height, branch number, stem, diameter, root length, shoot, root, and biomass dry weight and fruit yield. Home Industry ikan lele asap ini sudah berkembang sejak tiga tahun terakhir. Masing-masing industri memproduksikan ikan lele asap untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi masyarakat. Permintaan ikan lele asap setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan. Tahun 2010 permintaan terhadap ikan lele asap sebesar 1,8 ton dan pada tahun 2011 meningkat menjadi 2,4 ton. Hal ini terjadi karena seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan meningkatnya selera masyarakat terhadap ikan lele asap. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Simpang Kiri Kota Subulussalam. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling), dengan pertimbangan kecamatan tersebut merupakan kecamatan yang memiliki usaha pengolahan ikan lele asap paling banyak dan jumlah produksi ikan lele asap yang besar. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengusaha atau pengrajin ikan asap. Ruang lingkup dari penelitian ini terbatas pada studi kelayakan aspek finansial Home Industry ikan lele asap. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis financial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha pengolahan ikan lele asap di Kecamatan Simpang Kiri Kota Subulussalam layak untuk dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai NPV > 0, yaitu Rp.43.161.682,- yang berarti peneriman yang diterima lebih besar dari biaya yang dikeluarkan. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menunjukkan bahwa kondisi usaha masih layak dijalankan baik dari segi financial. Diharapkan usaha ikan lele asap kedepannya mampu meningkatkan produksi serta memperluas pasar produk. The objective of this research was to evaluate the change of physical and chemical properties of peat soil of Jambo Aye Aceh Utara due to the depth of drainage treatments. The research was set according to randomized completely design with three replication. Pipes of alluminium with length of 100 cm and diameter of 30 cm was used to set the depth of drainage treatments. The depth of drainage treatments were: no-drainage, 20 cm, 40 cm, and 60 cm. The results showed the dept of drainage on peat soil affected some of physical and chemical properties of peat soil. From the physical properties point of view, the deeper of drainage was conducted, the more subsidence occurred, otherwise the higher bulk density was occurred. From the chemical properties point of view, the drainage more than 20 cm decreased pH, N-total, P-available, K-exchangeable, and Base Saturated, otherwise increased C-organic, Cation Exchangeable Capacity, and Al-exchangeable. It was recommended to use the drainage depth of 20 cm for controlling the change of some physical and chemical properties of peat soil. Konsep diri merupakan pandangan dan perasaan lansia tentang dirinya sendiri yang bersifat psikologis, sosial dan fisik. Dan secara sosial lansia cenderung berhenti dari kegiatan sosial atau menarik diri dari lingkungannya. Berdasarkan data dari BPS Aceh (2011) terdapat 270,1 ribu jiwa lansia di provinsi Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan konsep diri lanjut usia di Desa Lambaro Sukon Kecamatan Darussalam Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif: deskriptif korelatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 54 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 37 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 17-20 Desember 2013. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara terpimpin. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji chi-square. Jika p-value < ? (0,05) maka Ho ditolak. Jika p-value > ? (0,05) maka Ho diterima. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan antar faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dengan konsep diri lansia di Desa Lambaro Sukon Kecamatan Darussalam Aceh Besar tahun 2013, ada hubungan faktor tingkat perkembangan dan kematangan dengan (p-value 0,002). Ada hubungan faktor dukungan keluarga dengan (p-value 0,003). Ada hubungan faktor penyakit dengan (p-value 0,006) Ada hubungan faktor budaya dengan (p-value 0,002).
