Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa Peran kepemimpinan dan manajemen berbasis sekolah berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru dan pengawas sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, namun secara individual kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan pengawas sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah, sedangkan manajemen berbasis sekolah tidak berpengaruh. Copulation occurred when imagoes age 13-14 days. The length and wide size of eggs were 5.90±0.56 and 1.95±0.20 mm. The length larvae of instar 1, 2, and 3 were 4.05±0.37, 6.00±0.53, and 9.05±0.55 mm. While the width were 0.95±0.16, 1.35±0.24, and 1.85±0.24 mm. The measure of length and width of pupa were 8.75±0.49 and 1.80±0.26 mm. While the length and width size of male was 8.35±0.58 mm and 1.90±0.21 mm and the female was 9.75±0.54 mm and 2.20±0.26 mm. In life table showed that the net of reproduction rate (Ro) = 11.02. While the intrincic rate of reproduction (r) was 0.070 and Tc was 34.30. It means that the beetle had survival rate was 34.30%. Consequently, this has resulted in the indiscriminate collection of the taproot from the wild, leading to fears of extinction among conservationists. Agrobacterium rhizogenes is a naturally occurring soil bacterium that infects injured plants and causes a massive proliferation of roots, known as hairy roots. The objective of this study is to determine the transformation efficiency of 2 different strains of Agrobacterium rhizogenes on somatic embryos of Eurycoma longifolia using transient GUS expression as an indicator of successful transformation. Somatic embryos cultured in vitro for 4 to 5 weeks were used as explants and were pre-cultured for 2 days in full strength MS medium containing 0.5 mg/L IBA added with 1% PVP and 2mg/L DTT. The explants were transformed using Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains AR12 and AR14. GUS assay was carried out 1 week after transformation and observed. Observations indicate that AR12 is more effective in transforming somatic embryos of Eurycoma longifolia compared to AR14. Microcrystals and rod clusters grew from mixtures in formulation 14, 20, 21 and 38 of HR2-121 and formulation 14, 16, 32 and 45 of HR2-122. Adapun model yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan metode OLS (Ordinary Least Square). Hasil yang didapat yaitu, keinginan membayar harga tanh di sekitar pusat perbelanjaan yaitu senilai Rp 1.052.356,- sedangkan faktor-faktor yang sangat kuat mempengaruhi kesediaan responden untuk membeli tanah disekitar pusat perbelanjaan adalah pendapatan. Sedangkan pendidikan, aksesibilitas, fasilitas dan kenyamanan hanya menjadi pilihan pada sebagian masyarakat. To achieve these objectives, this study used descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The procedures of data analysis were data reduction data display and data verification. The subjects of this study were the principal, vice-principals and teachers. The results showed that: (1) the teachers’ pedagogical competence in lesson planning was done by preparing a lesson plan draft, but some teachers did not bring the lesson plan during the learning process so that the learning objectives were not maximally achieved; (2) the teachers’ pedagogical competence in the learning process was done by comprehending and solidifying the understanding on a number of learning materials contained in textbooks. Whereas in the learning process, there were for classroom management and undisciplined use of time: and (3) the teachers’ pedagogical competence in improving student motivation was done by providing opportunities for students to be actively involved in the use of information and coomunication technology facilities in the achievementof learning goals, communicating effectively with learners, and conducting reflectieve action to improve the quality of learning.Keywords: Pedagogical competence and learning motivationAbstrak: Peneli­tian ini bertujuan untuk kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam perencanaan pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran, dan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. This study was conducted in Banda Aceh Municipality, Aceh Province to report the pathological changes in liver of Aceh cattle infected with Fasciola gigantica. In this study, livers of male aceh cattles were collected from slaughter area when Qurban in Idul Adha during two years (2011 to 2012). A total of 15 aceh cattle livers were examined. Establishment of F. gigantica were observed, and pathological changes of liver were identified. The result showed that out of 15 male Aceh cattle livers 6 (40%) were found infected with F. gigantica. The common pathological changes found in this study were the hepatic damage, and the bile ducts were changes in size and shape with the dilated lumen. The bile ducts were found filled with blackish brown exudate, which contained adult F. gigantica. In conclusion, fascioliasis is greatly responsible for hepatic damage, and currently expanding as an important veterinary public health problem. The advantages of vaccination are that it reduces the risk of infection, and concurrently reduces morbidity, mortality and shedding of virus. The goal of the present study was to evaluate efficacy of Avian Influenza commercial vaccine based on humoral immunity responses of laying hens. Totally, 20 breakel silver layer hens were used in this research. The laying hens were vaccinated using Avian Influenza commercial vaccine (H5N1). Blood samples were collected from the axilaris vein (left or rigt) one time at prevaccination and repeated three times with an interval of one month at postvaccination. Antibody titres were examined using Hemaglutination Inhibition (HI). The result showed that Avian Influenza commercial vaccine (H5N1) was a good protection because the vaccine was able to trigger protective humoral immunity of laying hens indicated by increasing of antibody titre in serum of vaccinated laying hens during three months. A study was carried out to partial characterize enzyme from exretory/secretory of A. galli L3 stage based on influence of inhibitor. A. galli L3 were recovered from intestines of 100 heads chickens 7 days after oesophagus inoculation with 6000 L2. L3 recovered in this manner were cultured (5 – 10 ml-1) in flasks containing rosswell park memorial institute (RPMI) 1640 media, pH 6.8, without phenol red. Cultures were incubated at 370C in 5% CO2 and culture fluid was collected after 3 days in culture. Excretory/secretory was prepared from metabolic product of L3 released in culture medium. The enzyme activity was assayed against casein 2%. The amount of concentration was determined from the absorbance at 595 nm. Inhibitor sensitivity on enzyme activity was studied in phenil methanyl methane sulfonyl fluoride (PMSF) 0,5 and 1 mM.    The result showed that enzyme activity of A. galli larvae was inhibited by PMSF 0.5 and 1 mM, which enzyme activity remainded 1,8 and 0%, respectively. Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2013-11-30 Description An account of the resource This study was aimed at finding out the histopathological changes of chicken intestines that were naturally infected by Ascaridia galli. Ten intestines were obtained from wet market in Banda Aceh then measured in length and divided into three sections: duodenum, jejunum and ileum, of which histologicslides were made. The number of Ascaridia galli founded in the lumen and ingesta were counted. Parameter picture of histopathologycal changes were analized descriptively based on desquamation, hiperplasia, and villi fussion occure. Duodenum, jejunum and ileum infected by A. galli showed istopathological changes of villi the cover of desquamation, hyperplasia and fusion. Demage level of the small intestine chicken was largely determined by the number of infecting by A. galli.
