                <text>penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dan sikapsiswa menggunakan model pembeljaran kooperatif tipe STAD dan Jigsaw pada materi sistem Reproduksi Manusia. Metode penelitian adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain kontrol grup tes awal dan tes akhir. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada kelas  XI IPA 3 menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dan kelas XI IPA 1  menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Jigsaw di MAN I Takengon. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes hasil belajar dan angket. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan data kemampuan awal siswa (pretes), data kemampuan akhir siswa (postes), data peningkatan pemahaman konsep (N-Gain), dan data sikap siswa diukur dengan angket. Analisis data hasil belajar menggunakan uji-t dan sikap siswa dianalisis dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen STAD dan Jigsaw diperoleh t hitung -25,20 dan t tabel 1,65. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen STAD dan Jigsaw dan sikap siswa terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dan Jigsaw adalah bersikap positif.</text>

                <text>The Use of Vermicompost (Kascing) to Inhibit the development of Fusarium oxysporum on Tomato PlantsABSTRACT. Fusarium wilt disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici is the one of important disease on tomato plant. The use of fungicides can give a negative impact on this environment. Currently, control methods that are environmentally friendly began to be developed again, one of which the use of organic fertilizer vermicompost (kascing). The objective of research was to study effectiveness of kascing to control F. oxysporum on tomato plant. The experiment applied a completely randomized design with 4 replications. The dosage of vermicompost studied consisted of 6 levels, i.e.: 0 g, 50 g, 100 g, 150 g, 200g, and 250 g of vermicompost. The result showed that the dosage of vermicompost significantly affected of incubation period of F. oxysporum f.sp. licopersici, the height of plant oat 30 days after planting (DAT), percentage of the wilt plant, the length of xylem discoloration, and weight of fruits. The best dosage of vermicompost is 150 g polibag-1.</text>

                <text>The Inoculation of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Rice Straw Humic Substance Treatment in Maize (Zea mays L.) on UltisolABSTRACT. The pot experiment were carried out to study effect of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) inoculation and rice straw humic substance treatment on yield of maize on ultisol. The experiment was conducted to obtain optimum rate of AMF and rice straw humic substance, which will be used as a guide to determine various rate of treatment in field experiment. The experiment used randomized block design and treatments were replicated four times. The first factor were AMF: 0, 1, 2, and 3 ton ha-1 and the second factor were rice straw humic substance: 0, 0.25, 0.5 and 0.75 ton ha-1.                 <text>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh langsung secara simultan maupun secara parsial Kompensasi (K) dan Pengawasan Pimpinan (PP) terhadap Disiplin Pegawai (DP); melihat pengaruh  pengaruh Disiplin Pegawai terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (KP); melihat pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengawasan Pimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dan melihat pengaruh tidak langsung Kompensasi dan Pengawasan Pimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Disiplin Pegawai. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. sebanyak 71 orang di pilih dengan menggunakan metode Uji t, uji F dan Analisis Jalur (Path Analisys). Data hasil penelitian di uji dengan menggunakan peralatan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa: Kompensasi dan pengawasan terhadap Disiplin secara positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Jaya; Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Jaya; Kompensasi dan pengawasan terhadap Kinerja secara positif dan signifikan pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Jaya; dan Kompensasi dan Pengawasan akan berpengaruh secara langsung pada Kinerja hanya melalui Disiplin, maka Disiplin berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Implimentasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: Kinerja terhadap pegawai dapat meningkat lebih baik, disiplin sangat perlu diperhatikan oleh pegawai, karena itu disiplin, kompensasi dan pengawasan ini dapat berpengarih terhadap kinerja pada Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Aceh Jaya.                 <text>Pelabuhan Ulee-lheue merupakan pelabuhan penyeberangan di Provinsi Aceh yang menjadi salah satu akses paling penting menuju ke Pulau Weh. Pulau Weh juga merupakan salah satu objek wisata yang sangat menarik penduduk setempat, penduduk daerah lainnya, maupun penduduk mancanegara. Akibat pertumbuhan penumpang yang cukup pesat saat ini, maka pelabuhan penyeberangan Ulee-lheue perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap efektivitas pelayanannya. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah mengevaluasi  pelayanan pelabuhan Ulee-lheue  berdasarkan jumlah tarikan pengunjung, efektivitas pelayanan fasilitas saat ini terutama lapangan parkir dan loket pembelian tiket. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda dengan variabel terikat yaitu tarikan  penumpang pertahun, kemudian yang menjadi variabel bebas yaitu jumlah penduduk, PDRB, jumlah wisatawan, jumlah kendaraan yang berangkat dan jumlah barang yang diangkut. Sehingga dapat dipilih model tarikan pergerakan yang dapat diandalkan. Maka didapat model tarikan pergerakan pengunjung pelabuhan Ulee-lheue dalam bentuk   persamaan Y = 357,759 + 29,776 X2 + 1,595 X5 dengan nilai determinasi (R2) yang didapat yaitu 0,981 yakni tarikan pergerakan yang terjadi sebesar 98,1% ditentukan oleh variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam model dapat ditafsirkan untuk setiap peningkatan jumlah PDRB (X2) akan meningkatkan jumlah tarikan pergerakan sebesar 29,776 per tahun, dan  setiap peningkatan jumlah barang yang diangkut (X5) akan meningkatkan jumlah tarikan pergerakan sebesar 29,776 per tahun. Prediksi tempat parkir mobil pada pelabuhan Ulee-lheue hanya mampu menampung kendaraan dari pengunjung sampai pada tahun 2015, karena tingkat pergantian parkirnya (Turn over) menunjukkan angka 1,00 sehingga mulai terjadi masalah dengan kapasitas parkirnya. Sedangkan prediksi tempat parkir sepeda motor pada pelabuhan Ulee-lheue masih mampu menampung kendaraan  dari pengunjung sampai tahun 2023. Sedangkan untuk prediksi tempat penjualan tiket masih mampu melayani penumpang sampai pada tahun 2016.</text>

                <text>Matematika merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang diajarkan dilembaga formal, dimana matematika bukan hanya sebagai ilmu hitung, tetapi juga merupakan penunjang bagi ilmu-ilmu yang lain. Hasil belajar siswa dalam pelajaran matematika masih rendah. Indikasi rendahnya hasil belajar itu akibat dari proses belajar yang yang masih berpusat pada guru, siswa hanya menerima apa yang disampaikan oleh guru tanpa mengetahui makna apa yang telah dipelajari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share (TPS) pada materi Bilangan Bulat di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, untuk mengetahui keaktifan siswa pada proses pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi Bilangan Bulat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share (TPS) pada materi Bilangan Bulat di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, untuk mengetahui ketuntasan  hasil belajar siswa melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share (TPS) pada materi Bilangan Bulat di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian adalah salah satu guru matematika di SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh yang mengajar di kelas VII, yaitu kelas VII-6. Data penelitian berupa keterampilan guru  menerapkan model kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi Bilangan Bulat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, aktifitas siswa pada proses pembelajaran menerapkan model kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi Bilangan Bulat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, respon siswa terhadap penggunaan model kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi Bilangan Bulat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh, ketuntasan belajar siswa  melalui penggunaan model kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi Bilangan Bulat di kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Banda Aceh.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar obsevasi keterampilan guru menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TPS,  lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, angket respon siswa, dan tes hasil belajar yang terdiri dari uraian soal untuk mengetahui ketuntasan belajar siswa. Analisis pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif. Hasil pengolahan data telah meunjukkan bahwa (i) keterampilan guru menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi Bilangan Bulat  adalah terampil, (ii) aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran adalah tidak aktif, (iii) respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi Bilangan Bulat adalah positif, (iv) hasil belajar secara klasikal adalah tuntas.</text>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelompokkan berbagai jenis pisang (Musa spp.) yang terdapat di Kabupaten Aceh Besar berdasarkan karakter morfologi vegetatif dari berbagai plasma nutfah pisang. Pengamatan meliputi karakter kuantitatif dan karakter kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aksesi pisang dapat dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok berdasarkan tinggi batang semu. Kelompok pertama, kategori batang semu pendek, terdapat  4 aksesi, selanjutnya kategori batang semu sedang, terdapat 9 aksesi dan terakhir kategori batang semu tinggi, terdapat 7 aksesi. Sedangkan berdasarkan 28 karakter kualitatif, terbentuk dendogram yang mengelompokkan aksesi pisang pada 3 kelompok. Kelompok pertama yaitu pisang Bu I, Talon, Nangka, Ayam, Gantang, Mah Sabang, Banten, Mas Aceh, Klat Barat, Lidi, Abin, dan Kapai. Kelompok kedua yaitu pisang Swasa dan Buu. Kelompok ketiga yaitu pisang Wak, Kepok dan Bhem. Berdasarkan karakter tipe lekuk kanal petiol, warna batang semu dasar dan tipe bercak maka kelompok pertama dan kedua diklasifikasikan memiliki genom dominan A (berasal dari Musa acuminata), sedangkan kelompok ketiga memiliki genom dominan B (berasal dari Musa balbisiana). Grouping Based on Vegetative Morphological Character of Banana Germplasm from Aceh Besar DistrictABSTRACT. This study aims to grouping the diversity of banana (Musa spp.) from Aceh Besar District based on vegetative morphological characters of banana germplasm. Observations included quantitative and qualitative characters. Grouping based on pseudostem height were divided into three groups. The first group, short pseudostem, is 4 accessions. The second group, medium pseudostem, are 9 of accession. Last, the third group, high pseudostem, are 7 accessions. While based on 28 qualitative characters, formed dendogram classifying banana accessions into 3 groups. Based on the character type of petoile canal, predominant underlying color of pseudostem and blotches of petiole base, the first and second groups are classified into the group that have dominant genome A (derived from Musa acuminata), while the third group has dominant genome B (derived from Musa balbisiana).</text>
