Keduabelah pihak sepakat pelaksanaan pengadaan bangunan perumahan dengan ketentuan 2:1 (dua banding satu), artinya dua bagian untuk pihak developer dan satu bagian untuk pihak pemilik tanah sesuai dengan perjanjian, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya terjadi wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak developer dimana adanya keterlambatan pembangunan beberapa unit rumah yang diperuntukan untuk pihak pemilik tanah.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara pelaksanaan perjanjian pengadaan bangunan perumahan, faktor-faktor yang mengakibatkan terjadinya wanprestasi dan penyelesaian wanprestasi dalam perjanjian pengadaan bangunan perumahan dengan sistem bagi hasil pada pembangunan perumahan Bayu Regency di Aceh Besar.Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh dari penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data skunder dan penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan perjanjian pengadaan bangunan perumahan dengan sistem bagi hasil pada pembangunan perumahan tidak berjalan sesuai dengan perjanjian yaitu adanya beberapa unit bangunan rumah yang masih dalam tahap penyelesaian yang diperuntukan untuk pihak pemilik tanah. Faktor terjadinya wanprestasi disebabkan oleh faktor cuaca (force majeur) dan kelalaian pihak developer dalam menentukan subpenyedia jasa konstruksi. Upaya yang ditempuh dalam penyelesaian wanprestasi yaitu melalui teguran yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pihak pemilik tanah dan melalui musyawarah yang bertujuan agar pelaksanaan pembangunan dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai perjanjian.Disarankan kepada masing-masing pihak pemilik tanah melakukan pengawasan serta melakukan teguran secara tegas jika terdapat pengadaan bangunan rumah yang tidak sesuai dengan perjanjian. Pihak developer lebih berhati-hati dalam menentukan subpenyedia jasa konstruksi agar tidak terjadi kegagalan bangunan di kemudian hari. Keduabelah pihak dalam menentukan isi perjanjian harus sesuai dengan kesanggupannya supaya tidak dinyatakan wanprestasi di kemudian hari. The objective of this study were to investigate several varieties and liquid organic fertilizer on the growth at the yield of peanut of the tsunami affected area and also to identify the interaction between the two factors. The research was conducted at the Lamnyong river flood plain which is located at west sector of Komplek Pelajar Mahasiswa (KOPELMA) Darussalam – Banda Aceh from March to Mei 2009. Randomized completely block design with two factor was used on this experiment using three replications. The first factor was peanut variety (i.e. Singa, Kuala Batee and Tangse), and the second factors was Super Bionik fertilizer concentrations (i.e. 0 cc; 0.9 cc; 1,8 cc /225cc). The variety significantly influenced the plants height on 45 days after planting, the amount of ginofore, the plant wet weight, and 100 seed weight, however the variety not significantly influenced other parameters (i.e. the amount of the branches at 45 days after planting, the total pods, and the amount of full pod). The result showed that Super Bionic concentrations not significantly influenced all parameters observed, and no interactions between the variety and the fertilizer concentration occurred on the parameters observed. The methode of this research is balance panel data. Population of this research are the nonmanufacture and financial companies that have complete information for all variable tested. Taufan Alwi Description An account of the resource The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of free cash flow, cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets toward dividend payout ratio. The sample which used was secondary data from The Indonesian Stock Exchange, is an annual report listing the banking companies 2009-2012. Samples were taken by purposive sampling and which meet the criteria is 37 annual report of banking companies. The analysis technique which used was multiple linear regressions using SPSS 21. This study uses two variables such as dependent variable and independent variable. The dependent variable is dividend payout ratio and the independent variables are free cash flow, cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets. The result of this study on simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the variable free cash flow, cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets significant positive effect toward dividend payout ratio.
