Dried leaves of C. alata (850 g) were macerated into n-hexane to obtain a dark green crude extract (31.79 g). The n-hexane crude extract was then subjected to vacuum liquid chromatography (VLC) and eluted with n-hexane and ethyl acetate to give 4 sub-fractions, namely fraction A (7.7251 g), fraction B (1.9419 g), fraction C (1.3565 g) and fraction D (1.4737 g) respectively. Based on phytochemical analysis, both n-hexane crude extract and chromatographic sub-fractions contained steroids as their secondary metabolite constituent. The negative impact of sub-optimization of green open space in the form of declining urban comfort, reduced capacity and carrying capacity of the region which is characterized by the increasing pollution, declining water quality of the soil, increasing the temperature of the city, as well as the decrease in oxygen or air quality in urban areas clean. In order to maintain and improve environmental quality in the city of Banda Aceh, it is necessary to maintain and develop the green space. This descriptive study aimed to determine the broad minimum standards and the adequacy of the required green space in the city of Banda Aceh area based approach and the need for oxygen. Primary data obtained through observation, field surveys, interviews and analysis of maps of Banda Aceh, while the secondary data obtained through the study of literature and of the various agencies associated with this analysis. Data analysis was based on an area of green open space needs be done according to Law No. 26 Year 2007 and based on the need for oxygen using a modified formula Gerakis by Wisesa (1998). The aimof this study was to evaluate the condition of coral reefs and macro invertebrates at Ujong Pancu, Aceh Besar District The study was carried out from April to May 152012. Coral coverage was observed by using Point Intercept Trancect method and Visual census technique for macro invertebrates. There was 50% of hard coral coverage recorded in three observation locations. The predominant genus was Acropora with a percentage of  more than 50% at all locations. The abundance of macro invertebrateswas ranged from 3.75 to 7.75 ind/transect. The most abundant macro invertebrates was Diadema setosum with percentage of more than 40% at each location. The diversity index (H’) of coral reefs and macro invertebrates were ranged from 0.74 - 1.36 and 0.98 – 1.5, respectively. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa lebih dari 50% tutupan karang keras pada ketiga stasiun pengamatan. Genus yang paling mendominasi pada ketiga stasiun adalah Acropora dengan persentase lebih dari 20% pada setiap stasiun pengamatan. Kelimpahan makro avertebrata berkisar antara 3,75 hingga 7,75 ind/transek. Kelimpahan makro invertebrata terbesar adalah Diadema setosum dengan persentase lebih dari 40% pada setiap stasiun pengamatan. A a survey is conducted by using quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches with sample selection refers to the consideration of the sampling area. Eight regencies/cities, namely Subulussalam/Singkil  district and South Aceh's western coastal areas, Aceh Besar, Pidie, North Aceh and East Aceh's eastern coastal region and the Southeast Aceh Regency and Central Aceh for the central region. Data obtained through documentation and interviews were analyzed using the descriptive statistics (percentage tabulations, graphs and charts) as well as a comparative analysis of narrative logic. The results showed that, majority of sexual abuse victims are children and young women aged under 18 years old, still a student, the socioeconomic status of the family was in the middle to lower. While the perpetrators including men who come from different backgrounds in terms of ages, education, occupation, socioeconomic status, and place of residence. Forms of sexual abuse cases were rape and sexual abuse, in addition to the act of sodomy in a minority of cases. The cause of sexual harassment is a lack of parental supervision of children, the declining morality of the offender and economic factors. Psychological impact experienced by victims of sexual harassment is that they tend to be aloof, socially isolated people, expelled from school, self-blame, and prolonged trauma. The study recommends that forms of prevention and mitigation of sexual abuse should be implemented. Intrusi adalah salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan meningkatnya ukuran salinitas air, terutama di daerah laguna yang berada dekat dengan pesisir pantai. Salinitas yang tinggi menyebabkan pendayagunaan daerah laguna sebagai tambak oleh masyarakat tidak dapat dilakukan. Lingkungan laguna dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, diantaranya inflow air laut dan air tawar yang masuk melalui pasang surut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pasang surut terhadap intrusi air laut dengan lokasi penelitian berada di tiga titik di Laguna Gigieng, Desa Kajhu dan Alue Naga Kecamatan Baitussalam, Aceh Besar. Titik A, B, dan C masing-masing terletak sejauh 335 meter, 2,9 km, dan 0,9 km dari muara laguna. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pengukuran langsung parameter yang menjadi objek pengamatan. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan dua buah alat, salinity meter untuk mengukur derajat salinitas dengan satuan permil dan water level recorder dengan satuan meter. Pencatatan data masing-masing lokasi dilakukan pada waktu dan lama pengukuran yang berbeda. Setelah pengukuran selesai dilakukan, data mentah yang diperoleh dari ketiga lokasi akan melalui proses pengolahan dengan metode DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) dan filtering dengan metode Low Pass Filter (LPF). Metode LPF digunakan untuk memisahkan data berfrekuensi tinggi dari data mentah sehingga dapat diperoleh data berfrekuensi rendah yang bebas dari noise (gangguan data). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasang surut berpengaruh terhadap intrusi air laut di laguna yang ditunjukkan oleh tingginya rerata derajat salinitas yang mencapai maksimum 32,94 o/oo dan salinitas minimum 19,04o/oo. Keadaan ini telah menyerupai salinitas air laut (>17 o/oo) dan tidak sesuai dengan standardisasi derajat salinitas air tambak yang berada pada rentang 0o/oo sampai 17o/oo. Untuk mengembalikan kualitas air tambak di daerah laguna dapat dengan mengupayakan peningkatan inflow air tawar dan memperkecil inflow air laut ke laguna.Kata kunci : pasang surut, intrusi, laguna, DFT, LPF, filtering.
