The research was conducted to study the interaction water deficiency level and soybean varieties to capacity of the plant growth, product and prolin content. The experiment as factorial experiment in a completely randomized design was applied. The first treatment factors were three level varieties soybean: Kipas putih, Wilis, and Singgalang. The second factor were four level water deficiency: no water deficiency along the growth period, water deficiency along early vegetative growth period, water deficiency along early active of vegetative growth period, water deficiency along flowering, and forming and seed filling period, and water deficiency along seed maturity period. The results showed the water deficiency along each growth period decreased the growth and production. In contrast the water deficiency increases the plant prolin content. The water deficiency along flowering, forming and seed filling period decreased number of pod of all variety. The variety Kipas Putih decreased about 42.49% were compared to the same criteria with no water deficiency in all growth period where water given in normal amount along the through growth period. Herbicide might be use for desicant to increase soybean seed quality at rainy season, however not all herbicide can be used as dessicant. Seed with a better quality will growth faster than weed will, they will form leafy coronet that shaded the weed and be able to compete against to the weed. The experiment was conducted during rainy season at PT Syngeta-Cikampek, West Java, started from November 2003 to March 2004. This experiment that was the second experiment was arranged in two-factor randomized block design with two replications. The first factor was the 21 seeds generated from dessicacy test in experiment 1; the second factor was the invasion status of weed that consist of weed invated and weed free. The observed responses includes the weed’s characteristics that consist of dominant value ratio and the soybean’s response that consist of the height of the plant, the length of the root, the weight of 100 seed. The data was analyzed by Percentage Change Test, Least Significant Increase (LSI) Test, Stres Tolerant Index (STI) Test and continued by Directed STI, The result shows that the seed generated from paraquat herbicide dessicacy at dose of 0.4 kg a.a ha-1 applicated at R2 are more superior than other seed treated by any oyher treatment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh resep standar dari kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang dan mengetahui daya terima konsumen terhadap kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Teknik Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan yaitu uji pengamatan (Sensory Evaluation) yang dilakukan oleh 7 orang dosen PKK FKIP Unsyiah sebagai narasumber, uji penerimaan (Acceptability Test) di uji cobakan kepada 15 orang mahasiswa Tata Boga, 5 orang mahasiswa Tata Busana, 5 orang mahasiswa di kalangan Unsyiah dan 5 orang karyawati prodi PKK. Dari hasil uji pengamatan oleh narasumber, dinyatakan kerupuk sagu tanpa penambahan daging ikan parang-parang/resep kontrol pada perlakuan (Kp07) memiliki warna coklat muda, aroma harum, tekstur renyah dan rasa yang gurih sedangkan kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang pada perlakuan (Kp92) memiliki warna yang lebih coklat (teh susu), aroma sangat harum, tekstur renyah dan rasa yang gurih. Dari hasil uji penerimaan konsumen terhadap warna kerupuk sagu memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,77 sedangkan kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,67, dari hasil uji penerimaan konsumen terhadap penerimaan aroma kerupuk sagu memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,77 sedangkan kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,6 selanjutnya hasil uji penerimaan konsumen terhadap tekstur kerupuk sagu memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,77 sedangkan kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,9 dan hasil uji penerimaan konsumen terhadap penerimaan rasa kerupuk sagu memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4 sedangkan kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,73. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh tingkat penerimaan konsumen terhadap kerupuk sagu dengan penambahan daging ikan parang-parang dengan kerupuk sagu tanpa penambahan daging ikan parang-parang.
