Beberapa hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepuasan pasien masih cukup rendah terhadap kualitas pelayanan keperawatan dirumah sakit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat perbandingan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di ruang mamplam 1 dan mamplam 2 dengan ruang poliklinik penyakit dalam RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif comparative dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Teknik dalam penelitian ini adalah quota sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 154. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terpimpin. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisa data dengan menggunakan analisa univariat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik melalui uji independen t-test didapatkan p=0,342 yang menyatakan tidak ada perbedaan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap mamplam 1 dan mamplam 2 dengan poliklinik penyakit dalam RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014. Disarankan bagi rumah sakit agar meningkatkan kinerja perawat agar pasien lebih mendapatkan pelayanan keperawatan yang lebih baik. Hipertensi berperan dalam terjadinya perkembangan penyakit jantung serta penyakit berbahaya lainnya. Hipertrofi ventrikel kiri sering dianggap sebagai komplikasi dari hipertensi dalam jangka waktu lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lama hipertensi dengan pembesaran ventrikel kiri berdasarkan pemeriksaan EKG dan foto rontgen thorax. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan di Poli Jantung RSUDZA dengan jumlah sampel adalah sebesar 30 sampel. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah dengan cara accidental sampling dengan menggunakan analisa statistik chi square. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara lama hipertensi dengan terjadinya Hipertrofi Ventrikel Kiri (HVK) dengan nilai p = 0,02 untuk pemeriksaan EKG dan nilai p = 0,028 untuk pemeriksaan foto rontgen thorax. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada agroindustri Kembang Tanjong di Kecamatan Lembah Seulawah Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode studi kasus. Metode analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian agroindustri Kembang Tanjong layak untuk diusahakan dan memperoleh pendapatannya yaitu keripik sambal Rp 4.751.945, BEP volume produksinya 301,2 kg, BEP harga produksinya Rp 28.686, ROI 39 %, R/C 1,3 rupiah dan nilai tambah Rp 20.920/kg atau 74,7%,. Keripik ubi biasa Rp 1.536.945, BEP volume produksinya 538,5 kg, BEP harga produksinya Rp 22.438, ROI 11,4 % , R/C 1,11 rupiah, nilai tambah Rp 5.831/kg atau 46,6 % dan pendapatan tape ubi Rp 3.243.778, BEP volume produksinya 308,7 kg, BEP harga produksinya Rp 8.821, ROI 70 %, R/C 1,7, nilai tambah Rp 4.485/kg, atau 42,7 %.
