Model yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan simultan dengan metode 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) digunakan untuk menganalisis masing-masing fungsi persamaan di dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upah minimum provinsi berdampak pada peningkatan inflasi dan penawaran tenaga kerja dan berdampak pada penurunan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh. Secara ekonomi, hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa untuk masing-masing variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi inflasi, upah minimum provinsi, penawaran dan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh belum semua sesuai dengan tanda (sign) koefisien yang diharapkan dan di setiap persamaan hanya variabel jumlah penduduk yang berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap penawaran tenaga kerja, sedangkan variabel-variabel lain tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap variabel endogennya. Namun, secara pengujian serempak untuk fungsi persamaan inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara nyata, sedangkan fungsi persamaan upah minimum provinsi, penawaran tenaga kerja dan permintaan tenaga kerja di Provinsi Aceh memiliki pengaruh secara nyata.Kata Kunci : Inflasi, Upah Minimum Provinsi, Penawaran Tenaga Kerja, Permintaan Tenaga Kerja. IMPACT OF MINIMUM WAGE ENHANCEMENT OF THE PROVINCE OF INFLATION AND MARKET IN ACEH PROVINCENura Syahriani / Agribusiness UnsyiahABSTRACTThis research was conducted in the province of Aceh. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and labor demand in the Province during the period from 1998 to 2012. The data used in this study is secondary data time series obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Aceh, Department of Labor and Population Mobility Aceh, Department of Trade and Industry Aceh and Aceh Pertamina. The model used is the model of simultaneous equations by the method of 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) is used to analyze the function of each equation in this study. The results showed that the provincial minimum wage impact on inflation and the increase in labor supply and the impact on the demand for labor in the province. Economically, the regression results indicate that for each of the variables that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and demand in the province of Aceh has not been all in accordance with the sign the expected coefficients and variables in each equation only population significant effect on labor supply, whereas the other variables did not significantly affect the endogenous variables. Untuk menikah ada 2 hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu kesiapan fisik dan kesiapan mental. Kesiapan fisik seseorang dilihat dari faktor ekonomi, sedangkan kesiapan mental dilihat dari faktor usia. Akan timbul permasalahan jika pernikahan dilakukan di usia yang sangat muda yaitu menikah dini yang secara fisik dan mental memang belum siap. Pernikahan dini cenderung terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat desa yang telah berlangsung sejak dulu dan masih bertahan sampai sekarang. Bagi masyarakat sekarang pernikahan usia dini terjadi karena faktor ekonomi semata, faktor keinginan sendiri dan keinginan orang tua (terpaksa). Faktor ini yang banyak terjadi di Kecamatan Seunagan Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Penelitian menggunakan teori Fungsionalisme Struktural yang dikembangkan oleh A.R. Radcliffe-Brown yang mengemukakan bahwa berbagai aspek perilaku sosial, bukanlah berkembang untuk memuaskan kebutuhan individual, tapi justru timbul untuk mempertahankan struktur sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Seunagan Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis penelitian yang di lakukan adalah penelitian lapangan(field research) yaitu penelitian langsung yang dilakukan di Kecamatan Seunagan Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Data used in the descriptive analysis of data scoring is shown in tabular form.The results showed domination of asset for poor households still rely on agricultural land as the main assets. Proportion of household poverty level affinity groups in the village at the beginning of the program at Gaseh Sayang classified in the category of the poor, in 2012 reached 60 percent are in the category of prosperous, less prosperous 13.33 percent and 26.67 percent only enter the category of the poor. Seunebok Simpang village at the beginning of the program is actually 60 per cent included in the category of less prosperous, and 40 percent of categories prosperous.
