Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara iklan kosmetik Wardah di televisi dengan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional, yang bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana variabel X (iklan kosmetik Wardah) berhubungan dengan variabel Y (minat beli konsumen). Teori pendukung yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain komunikasi pemasaran, iklan, media televisi dan konsep AIDDA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi Program Studi Diploma III Sekretari Fakultas Ekonomi Unsyiah. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane dengan presisi 10% dan tingkat kepercayaan 90% yakni menjadi 65 orang responden. Dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian digunakan tabel tunggal sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian digunakan statistik Pearson Product Moment. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi antara iklan kosmetik Wardah dengan minat beli konsumen sebesar 0,533 yang berarti menunjukkan hubungan yang cukup berarti. Ini diperkuat dengan diperoleh nilai thitung dengan ? = 0,05 pada uji 1 arah diketahui ttabel = 1,669 adalah 5,0005, maka diketahui uji signifikannya thitung = 5,0005 > ttabel = 1,669 maka Ha diterima atau korelasi dua variabel adalah signifikan. The result showed that the row spacing have significant effect on height of tomato tree at 10 and 55 DAP, amount of fruit and total weight of per tomato plant. Anggaran yang disediakan pada tahun 2010 untuk program JKA adalah sebanyak Rp. 241 milyar dan akhir tahun sisa 33 milyar kemudian pada tahun 2011 dana yang disediakan yaitu sebanyak Rp. 405 milyar.) Menteri Kesehatan Nafsiah Mboi menyebutkan Aceh masuk kedalam Daerah Bermasalah dengan Kesehatan (DBK)karena keterbatasan akses masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan standar sebaran tenaga kesehatan yang belum merata dan masalah lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan masyarakat dan menganalisis proses pelayanan JKA terhadap masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Aceh Besar Kecamatan Indrapuri Di Mukim Jruek. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif Deskriptif yaitu analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan, dan pengelolaan data yang diperoleh di tempat penelitian dilakukan dengan tahap editing,coding, dan tabulating. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1)Sebanyak 147 responden (73,5%)lebih sering berobat dengan adanya JKA, dimana program JKA ini sangat membantu mereka untuk berobat terutama penyakit parah yang mereka alami yang memerlukan biaya besar, namun dengan adanya JKA dapat membantu mengurangi beban masyarakat. The research design was factorial completely randomized design with ten replications. The first factor consisted of four Chrysanthemum cultivars namely Fiji White, Puma Putih, Fiji Dark and Stroika. The field experiment was conducted to study the growth characteristics, agronomy characteristics, and yield of upland rice on ultisols with various dosages of AMF inoculants on three tillage systems. The experiment was carried out Kampung Baru village, Bandar Lampung City from April until August 2005. The experiment used a spilt plot pattern in randomized block design. The main plot was soil tillage systems with consisted of three levels, those were intensive tillage, minimum tillage, and no tillage; and sub plot was AMF inoculants dosages with consisted of four levels, those were 0, 6.0, 13.0, and 19.50 ton ha-1. The result of experiment showed that tillage systems and AMF inoculants affected produces the highest yield for rice, and this yield depend on tillage systems. The highest yield of rice was 3,559.03 g 8m-2 obtained of optimum dosage 13 ton ha-1 AMF inoculants in minimum tillage.
