The sample selection is done by applying simple random sampling method. Data are proceed by using unbalanced panel data. Total samples of 2010 are 82 companies, of 2011 are 86 companies, and of 2012 are 86 companies. To annalyzed the data this study uses multiple linear regression.The results show that (1) the simultaneous growth opportunities, net working capital, and financial leverage have effect on cash holdings. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Data di proses dengan menggunakan unbalanced panel data. Total sampel tahun 2010 sebanyak 82 perusahaan, tahun 2011 sebanyak 86 perusahaan, dan tahun 2012 sebanyak 86 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) peluang pertumbuhan, modal kerja bersih, dan financial leverage secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap cash holding. Experimental design used was a factorial randomized block design with three replications. The treatments consisted of plant spacing (30 x 15, 30 x 30 and 30 cm x 45 cm) and manure doses (0, 10 and 20 tons manure ha-1). The results showed that a mixture of manure and urea significantly affect the C-organic, N-total and P-available in the soil. The average increase in soil organic C classified as low categories, medium N-total and low P-available. There was significant interaction effect between plant spacing and mixture of manure and urea on Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) in the soil, so it rises to very high category. Mixture of manure and urea significantly affect grain yield. The average grain yield 6.26 tonnes ha-1 which gained in doses of 10 tons ha-1 manure and urea mixture.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan jarak tanam yang terbaik, dosis pupuk kandang terhadap sifat kimia tanah dan hasil padi sawah. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dengan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri atas jarak tanam (30 x 15, 30 x 30 dan 30 cm x 45 cm) dan dosis pupuk kandang (0, 10 dan 20  ton  pupuk kandang ha-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa campuran pupuk kandang dan urea berpengaruh nyata terhadap C-organik, N-total dan P-tersedia tanah. Rata-rata peningkatan C-organik tanah tergolong kategori rendah, N-total sedang, dan P-tersedia tanah rendah. Terjadi pengaruh interaksi yang nyata antara jarak tanam dan campuran pupuk kandang dan urea terhadap Kapasitas Tukar Kation (KTK) tanah, sehingga meningkat sampai kategori sangat tinggi. Campuran pupuk kandang dan urea nyata mempengaruhi hasil gabah. Rata-rata hasil gabah 6,26 ton ha-1 yang terjadi pada takaran 10 ton ha-1 pupuk kandang dan campuran urea. Dengan kata lain 62 % siswa , nilai akhir belajar berada di bawah KKM. Oleh karena itu dalam menerapkan kurikulum, guru Pendidikan Agama Islam harus mampu menggunakan pendekatan, metode yang variatif dan sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran yang diberikan. Adapun salah satu model pembelajaran yang diduga mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI adalah pendekatan kooperatif metode STAD (Students Team Achievement Divisions). Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mempelajari materi perilaku tercela melalui penerapan pendekatan kooperatif tipe STAD pada siswa kelas VIII-2 SMP Negeri I Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK yang terdiri dari dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 x pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas kelas VIII-2 SMP Negeri I Ingin Jaya Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 19 orang yang terdiri dari 7 orang laki-laki dan 12. Adapun instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, observasi, dan diskusi.Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran selama siklus I mencapai nilai rata-rata 66,2, Aktivitas guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar pada siklus I berada pada kategori cukup dengan skor 55 atau 78,5 %. Sedangkan skor idealnya adalah 70. Hal ini terjadi karena lebih banyak berdiri di depan kelas dan kurang memberikan pengarahan kepada siswa bagaimana melakukan pembelajaran secara kooperatif. Hasil belajar terhadap materi pembelajaran dari skor ideal 100, skor perolehan rata-rata hanya mencapai 63 atau 63,1%. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dalam PBM selama siklus II mencapai nilai rata-rata  74,3, Hasil observasi aktivitas guru dalam PBM pada siklus kedua tergolong sedang. Hal ini berarti mengalami perbaikan dari siklus pertama. Dari skor ideal 70 nilai yang diperoleh adalah 68 atau 97,1%. Tidak hanya bertahan hidup saja, mikroorganisme tersebut dapat berpindah ke kulit pasien sewaktu pemeriksaan dilakukan sehingga dapat menyebabkan infeksi nosokomial. Oleh karena itu pemeliharaan stetoskop secara baik dapat mengurangi tingkat kontaminasi pada diafragma stetoskop. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pemeliharaan stetoskop terhadap tingkat kontaminasi pada diafragma stetoskop di RSUD Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2015. Sampel berjumlah 86 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling. Pemeliharaan stetoskop diperoleh melalui kuesioner kemudian diafragma stetoskop responden dilakukan swab dengan kapas lidi steril yang dibasahi oleh normal saline, kemudian hasil swab dibawa ke laboratorium untuk di kultur dan dihitung koloninya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan interval kepercayaan 90% dan nilai ? = 0,1. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 50 responden dengan pemeliharaan stetoskop buruk memiliki tingkat kontaminasi yang tinggi dan 31 responden yang melakukan pemeliharaan stetoskop secara baik memiliki tingkat kontaminasi rendah. Hasil yang didapatkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pemeliharaan stetoskop dengan tingkat kontaminasi bakteri pada diafragma stetoskop ( p-value = 0,001) dan RP 8,3 ).
