Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara mandiri jenis tanah mempengaruhi nilai pH, P-tersedia dan KTK,   jenis tanah dengan tingkat kesuburan tanah rendah yaitu tanah Ultisols Buket Rata. Pemberian dosis FMA mampu meningkatkan nilai pH, p-tersedia dan KTK dibandingkan tanpa pemberian FMA. Interaksi antara jenis tanah dengan dosis FMA berpengaruh terhadap N-total tanah. Tanah Inceptisols Reuleut dengan pemberian dosis FMA 20 g pot-1, Andisols Saree dengan pemberian dosis FMA 40 g pot-1  mampu meningkatkan N-total tanah. The Effect of Soil Type and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Doses on Soybean of  Soil Chemical PropertiesABSTRACT. The aim of this research was to investigate the effect of soil type and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi doses on soybean plants of  soil chemical properties.  The research was conducted in  Keutapang village Syamtallira Aron  subdistrit  Aceh  Utara from April  to  October  2013.  The  experimental  design  was  factorial randomized completely block design. The first factor was soil types: Ultisols from Buket Rata, Inceptisols from Reuleut  and Andisols from Saree. The second factor was  AMF doses consisted of six levels: 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50  g  per pot. Variables measured were pH value, total-N, available P, and CEC soil at the age of soybean plants  45 days after planting. The results showed that soil type gave significantly effect to pH value, available P and CEC soil. We also found that soil type with low soil fertility levels are Ultisols from Buket Rata. FMA dosing increased the pH value, available P and CEC compared to without giving FMA. There was a significant interaction between soil types with FMA doses on soil total nitrogen. Inceptisols from Reuleut with FMA dosing 20 g per pot and Andisols from Saree with FMA dosing 40 g per pot is able to increased the soil total nitrogen. Dentin dapat mengalami erosi akibat asam endogen dan eksogen. Gaya mekanis pada penyikatan gigi juga dapat menyebabkan abrasi pada dentin. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS) adalah surfaktan anionik yang terkandung di dalam pasta gigi dan dapat merusak struktur dentin dengan berpenetrasi ke dalam kristal hidroksiapatit. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis topografi dentin setelah penyikatan dengan Sodium Lauryl Sulfate 1% pada berbagai durasi waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Atomic Force Microscopy untuk menganalisis topografi permukaan dentin setelah diberikan perlakuan. Enam gigi premolar dipotong pada area mahkota dekat CEJ kemudian dipoles dan dikelompokkan ke dalam kelompok kontrol negatif (-), kontrol positif (+) dan kelompok yang disikat dengan SLS 1% dengan durasi 3 menit, 5 menit, 8 menit dan 10 menit. Perlakuan diulang selama 7 hari. Nilai kekasaran permukaan dentin dianalisis menggunakan uji One-way ANOVA dan uji Post-Hoc LSD sedangkan diameter tubulus dentin dianalisis menggunakan uji non parametrik Kruskal-Wallis dan uji U Mann-Whitney. Gambaran AFM memperlihatkan perbedaan antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyikatan menggunakan SLS dapat meningkatkan kekasaran permukaan, memperkecil diameter tubulus dentin, menurunkan tinggi dentin intertubuler dan memperlebar jarak dentin intertubuler. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyikatan gigi menggunakan SLS dapat memperparah abrasi pada permukaan dentin. Dalam budidaya tersebut diperlukan air irigasi untuk mempertahankan lengas tanah juga unsure hara untuk kelangsungan hidup tanaman dan perolehan hasil. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Stasiun Percobaan Tanggul (Desa Tawar), Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan Propinsi Kalimantan Selatan pada musim kering 2007. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akurasi pemupukan dan penggunaan air melalui sistem fertigasi dalam mengembangan tanaman cabai pada lahan kering lebak. Dosis pemupukan ditentukan oleh nilai Konduktivitas Elektrik (KE) dan derajat pH yang dirancang secara otomatis pada setiap fase pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan perlakuan dosis pemupukan NPK yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Peubah yang diamati adalah: keseragaman distribusi tetesan, pertumbuhan tanaman (tinggi, jumlah cabang, dan diameter kelopak) dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseragaman distribusi tetesan bernilai >90%. Distribusi jatuh bukaan pada 3 pada 7.08 l h-1 dan Kl 1.19 mS cm-2 menunjukkan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generative terbaik dengan meningkatkan tinggi 22.17 cm, bobot per tanaman 8.82 kg dan hasil sebesar 7.05 t ha-1.Utilization of Machine Fertigation Type APH-03 for Chili in Fresh Water Swamp LandABSTRACT. Horticulture farming system especially vegetables need optimum soil moisture to full fill its water requirement. Maintaining its water content and nutrient for growing need irrigation system. Application of fertilizer and water in same time that named fertigation system is one of technology that introduced. The research was conducted at experimental station of Tanggul (Tawar village), Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, South Kalimantan Province at dry season 2007. The object of research was to study the accuracy of fertilizer and water utilization through fertigation system for developing chili crop in dry season at fresh water swamp land. Fertilizer dosage was determine by Electrical Conductivity (EC) value and pH degree and automatically arranged with growing step of chili. Experimental design was randomized complete block design with three replication. The treatment was dosage NPK fertilizer. Parameter that observed was the distribution uniformity (DU), crop growth (height, number of branch and crown diameter) and yield. The result of research showed that distribution uniformity with value >90%. Drop distribution of aperture 3 as 7.08 l h-1 and EC 1.19 mS cm-2 showed better vegetative and generative growth with increase of height 22.17 cm, weight per bed as 8.82 kg and yield as 7.05 t ha-1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan konsumsi garam tradisional desa Cebrek sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI.3556.2010) dan menganalisis karakteristik air laut dalam tambak yang digunakandi desa ini. Metoede yang digunakan yaitu gravimetri, titrimetri dan spektrofometri. Hasil yang didapatkan, garam tradisional desa Cebrek belum sesuai dengan persyaratan SNI.3556.2010. karenagaram mengandung nilai kadar air yang tinggi, tetapi nilai kadar NaCl dan kadar KIO3 yang lebih rendah dari yang ditetapkan oleh SNI. Tidak didapatkan cemaran logam berat, seperti Pb, Cd, Hg dan As dalam sampel ini, sedangkan kadar Fe diperoleh mencapai 5,81 mg/kg sampel. This research aims to examine reliability of traditional salt consumption in Cebrek village based on Indonesian National Standard (SNI.3556.2010), as well as to analyze seawater characteristics in ponds used by community in this village. The methods used weregravymetry, titrymetry and spectrophotometry. The result showed that traditional salt used in Cebrek village has not fulfilled SNI.3556.2010 criteria due to Higher water content, low contect of NaCl and KIO3. There is no heavy metal such as Pb, Cd, Hg and As in this sample, out Fe content reached 5.81 mg/kg on each sample. Saat ini keterwakilan perempuan di lembaga legislatif masih sangat rendah. Hal ini mengakibatkan perempuan mengalami diskriminasi dan kepentingan perempuan sering terabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan partisipasi politik perempuan dan strategi perempuan dalam meningkatkan keterwakilan di lembaga legislatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Kota Banda Aceh. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka, observasi dan wawancara mendalam(indepth interview). Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah24 orang yang terdiridari9 orang dari aktivis/lembagaperempuan, 1 orang dari Badan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (BP3A) Aceh, 2 orang dari Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Keluarga Berencana (PPKB) Kota Banda Aceh, 1 orang dari Komisi Independen Pemilihan (KIP) Kota Banda Aceh, 1 orang dari partai politik, 5 orang dari calon legislatifperempuandan5 orang dari perempuan biasa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pertama, partisipasi perempuan dalam pemilu legislatif meningkat dari 137 orang perempuan pada tahun 2009 menjadi 185 orang calon legislatif perempuan pada pemilu 2014. Kedua, dalam rangka meningkatkan keterwakilan perempuan di lembaga legislatif, lembaga/aktivis perempuan melakukan program berkaitan dengan Pengarus Utamaan Gender (PUG). Program tersebut mencakup pelatihan kepemimpinan perempuan, pelatihan meningkatkan peran serta dan kesetaraan gender dalam pembangunan, pelatihan public speaking dan workshop pengambilan keputusan bagi perempuan. Para calon legislatif perempuan juga melakukan bermacam usaha yakni dengan jalur pendekatan dengan masyarakat seperti melibatkan diri dalam kegiatan organisasi dan kegiatan lainnya di masyarakat. Intensitas cahaya rendah akibat adanya naungan merupakan salah satu kendala utama dalam pengembangan tanaman pangan sebagai tanaman sela pada areal perkebunan. Pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap karakter agronomi tanaman pangan pada kondisi naungan sangat membantu dalam pengelolaan tanaman pangan sebagai tanaman sela secara produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penampilan agronomi beberapa varietas kacang hijau pada tingkat naungan berbeda. Perlakuan disusun secara faktorial dalam rancangan acak kelompok dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama berupa naungan dengan dua taraf, yaitu 0% dan 50%. Faktor kedua berupa varietas kacang hijau yang meliputi Merpati, Parkit, Walet, Jelatik, Betet, Kenari, dan Perkutut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa naungan 50% secara nyata menurunkan jumlah daun, akumulasi bahan kering, hasil biji dan indeks panen. Pada kondisi naungan 0% dan 50%, jumlah polong, jumlah biji dan indeks panen secara nyata tetap berkolerasi positif dengan hasil biji tanaman kacang hijau. Tampaknya, jumlah polong, jumlah biji, dan indeks panen juga menjadi karakter agronomi penentu hasil kacang hijau pada kondisi naungan.
