Dalam pelaksanaan pemilukada tahun 2012 di Gayo Lues telah terjadi perubahan dinamika politik yang cukup dramatis dilihat dari fakta yang terjadi dilapangan, khususnya pasca pelaksanaan pemilukada dengan melahirkan konsep baru dalam peta politik saat ini.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan tentang persepsi masyarakat atas pelaksanaan pemilukada di Gayo Lues serta dampaknya terhadap perubahan dinamika politik yang sedang berlangsung, untuk mengetahuipandangan masyarakat Gayo Lues terhadap peran lembaga-lembaga penyelengara pemilukada dalam menjalankan tugasnya, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemerintah dengan masyarakat setelah pelaksanaan pemilukada tahun 2012 selesai dilaksanakan.Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan konsep analisis deskriftif. Konsep ini digunakan untuk mengambarkan data yang sudah diperoleh melalui proses analisis mendalam dan selanjutnya diakomodasikan dalam bentuk bahasa secara berurut atau dalam bentuk naratif. Lokasi penelitiannya di Kabupaten Gayo Lues. Pengambilan data dari penelitian ini adalah dari wawancara langsung dengan pihak KIP, anggota legislatif, tokoh politik, tokoh masyarakat dan pelajar yang memiliki hak pilih di Kabupaten Gayo Lues.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat Gayo Lues terhadap pelaksanaan pemilukada tahun 2012 secara politik sedikit menyimpang dari nilai-nilai demokrasi yang seharusnya, ditandai dengan perubahan prilaku politik masyarakat dari politik santun menjadi anarkis.Kurang demokratisnya pelaksanaan pemilukda Gayo Lues tahun 2012 juga disebabkan oleh tidak profesionalnya penyelengara pemilukada dalam menjalankan tugasnya yang berdampak terhadap sikap politik masyarakat secara umum, yang ditandai dengan kurang harmonisnya hubungan pemerintah dengan masyarakat paska pemilukada terlaksana.Disarankan kepada pemerintah dan elit-elit politik di Gayo Lues agar bisa memberikan pendidikan politik yang baik bagi masyarakat. Bagi Komisi Independen Pemilihan (KIP) agar dapat membenahi kualitas SDM dan tahapan teknis penyelenggaraannya. This study was conducted to determine the fatty acids profile and medium changes fatty acids on coconut fresh and coconut milk. The fatty acids content of coconut fresh and coconut milk of saturated fatty acids (120.88- 84%) consist of C6:0, C8:0, C10:0, C12:0, C14:0, C16:0, C18:0. The monounsaturated fatty acids present was palmitoleic acid (C6:1c9) and oleic acid (C18:1n9) amounting to 15.7-16.2%, respectively. Bacterial cellulose (nata de coco) has been used as source of cellulose in CMC (Carboximethyl Cellulose) production. This research has been conducted to study the optimum formulation of CMC production from nata de coco. Factorial Randomized Completely Design was employed with two factors that were concentration of NaOH (10%, 15%, and 20%) and amount of NaMCA (10g, 3g and 16g). The result showed that concentration of NaOH and amount NaMCA significantly affected moisture content, degree of eterification (DE), yield, and viscosity. The combination of NaMCA at 16 g and NaOH at 15% produced the best treatment with characteristics: 10,12% of moisture content, 0,9 of degree of eterifiication, 40,40% of yield and 25,41 of viscosity. Garam yang diproduksi tidak dapat dijual setiap harinya meskipun produksi garam yang dihasilkan melimpah. Hal ini membuat petani mengeluh dalam bekerja sebagai petani garam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah : (1). Mendiskripsikan tataniaga garam yang terjadi di Desa Cebrek, (2) Mendiskripsikan tingkat jaringan sosial yang terjadi pada sesama pelaku tataniaga garam.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Cebrek, Kecamatan Simpang Tiga, Kabupaten Pidie. Bentuk penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sesuai data yang dibutuhkan. Jumlah informan yang diteliti berjumlah 25 orang. Terdiri dari 20 orang petani garam, 2 orang pedagang perantara, 2 orang pengumpul dan 1 orang pedagan besar .Data primer diperoleh melalu wawancara dengan informan yang mengetahui secara luas tentang jaringan sosial dan tataniaga yang terjadi pada sesama pelaku tataniaga. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui dari berbagai sumber dokumentasi, buku, artikel, dan dari media massa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi 4 pola jaringan tataniaga pada sesama pelaku tataniaga di Desa Cebrek.Disamping itu, jaringan sosial yang terjadi diantara sesama pelaku tataniaga berbeda beda. Dan hal itu mempengaruhi proses terjadinya tataniaga yang terjadi diantara pelaku tataniaga garam. Meskipun berbeda beda, kegiatan tataniaga tetap berlangsung dengan baik.Disamping itu, diharapkan kepada pemerintah agar dapat membuat satu tempat penampungan garam, agar petani garam di Desa Cebrek tidak kesulitan dalam menjual garamnya. Pemerintah juga diharapkan agar dapat memberikan bantuan kepada petani garam yang berada di Desa Cebrek. Bantuan yang sangat diperlukan oleh petani garam ialah berupa kayu bakar.
