Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sintesa material TLD dari bahan SiO2:Al dan menguji pengaruh dari konsentrasi doping Al terhadap struktur kristal, morfologi permukaan, dan sifat optik dari material tersebut. Konsentrasi Al divariasikan dari 0% mol, 0.1% mol, dan 2% mol. Hasil dari pencampuran dimasukkan ke dalam cetakan berbentuk cakram yang tebalnya 1 mm dan diameter 2 cm dan 8 mm. Sampel gel kering yang diperoleh selanjutnya di sintering pada suhu 350??, 500??, dan 830??. Kemudian sampel SiO2:Al di karakterisasi dengan menggunakan XRD, SEM/EDS, dan spektrometer UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur SiO2 yang berbentuk amorf, namun setelah didoping dengan Al2O3 strukturnya menjadi kristalbolik. Ukuran Kristal SiO2:Al terbesar adalah 9.24 nm. Morfologi permukaan SiO2:Al, dengan pendopingan Al yang dihasilkan homogen. Celah pita energi terkecil 2.86 eV untuk SiO2 yang didoping Al. Berdasarkan karakteristik dari bahan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, silika doping aluminium dapat digunakan sebagai TLD.Kata Kunci : SiO2:Al, Sol gel, struktur Kristal, ukuran Kristal, morfologi permukaan, celah pita optik.?ABSTRACTSynthesis of aluminum doped silica (SiO2:Al) as a TLD material using sol gel method have seen investigated. The aim of this study is to synthesize material of TLD SiO2:Al and examine the effects of Al doped concentration on the crystal structure, surface morphology, and optical properties of these materials. Concentration of Al was varied from 0% mol, 0.1% mol, and 2% mol. The results of the solution was poured into the disc-shape mould which its thickness of 1 mm and its diameter of 2 cm and 8 mm. The samples of dried gel were then sintering at the 350??, 500??, and 830??. Then, the SiO2:Al samples were characterized by using XRD, SEM/EDX, and UV-Vis spectrometer. The results showed that the SiO2 sample has amorphous structure, but after doped with Al2O3 the structure become cristabolite. The greatest crystal size of SiO2:Al is 9.24 nm. The morphology of surface of SiO2:Al, homogeneous found for sample was Al2O3 doped. The smallest band gap energy 2.86 eV was doped Al for SiO2. The main problem on ultisol was low of soil nutrient containt, that was caused of Ultisol chemical properties less. The research aim to study the effect kinds of organic matter as bokasi from to improved Ultisol chemical properties. The research was used Factorial Randomized Block Design, there were kinds of bokasi and fertilizer dosages. Kinds of bokasi were sawdust bokasi, rice straw bokasi and stem of soil palm bokasi. Applied fertilizer dosages were 10, 15, and 20 ton ha-1. There were 9 treatment combination with 3 replications, so that there were 27 experimental unit and the research consist of 2 experiment series. The first series was analysis of chemical properties and the second series was applied in maize growth observation. The research result show that was kinds of bokasi giving the effect to Ultisol chemical properties. Using of rice straw bokasi were giving the highest effect and then sawdust bokasi and the less one was stem of soil palm bokasi. Difference dosage treatment was giving the significant effect to ultisol chemical properties. Using of 20 ton ha-1 was giving the highest effect of Ultisol chemical properties. Kinds of bokasi was giving the significant effect to plant height, dry weight of up plant. Interaction between kinds of bokasi and dosages treatment were not giving the significant effect to all observation because the observation was short time. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor motivasi mantan komantan GAM mencalonkan diri menjadi anggota DPRK Bireuen, pemahaman mantan kombatan GAM yang mencalonkan diri menjadi anggota DPRK Bireuen terhadap tugas pokok dan fungsi DPR dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap mantan kombatan GAM yang mencalonkan diri menjadi anggota DPRK Bireuen.Data penelitian dalam skripsi ini diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan yaitu untuk memperoleh data sekunder dengan cara mengkaji buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Sedangakan, penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancarai informan dan responden.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor motivasi mantan kombatan GAM terbagi atas dua yaitu : pertama faktor internal yang terdiri atas kesejahteraan mantan kombatan GAM, mensejahterakan masyarakat, melakukan perubahan, faktor eksternal terdiri atas perdamaian, elektabilitas, tranformasi perjuangan. Pemahaman mantan kombatan GAM yang mencalonkan diri menjadi anggota DPRK Bireuen kurang memahami terhadap tugas pokok dan fungsi Dewan perwakilan rakyat. Mahasiswa juga membutuhkan media cetak Koran Serambi Indonesia yang dibaca setiap harinya untuk mendapatkan perkembangan politik yang ada.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberitaan media cetak Serambi Indonesia terhadap partisipasi politik mahasiswa FISIP UNSYIAH pada Pemilukada Aceh 2012 dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besarkah pengaruh pemberitaannya.Data-data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder dengan cara membaca buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan, dan bahan bacaan lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Selanjutnya penelitian lapangan untuk memperoleh data primer yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner kepada responden serta wawancara dengan informan.Dari hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan kepada 220 sampel responden dengan menggunakan program SPSS bahwa nilai sig. 0,000 < ?0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberitaan surat kabar Serambi Indonesia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi mahasiswa FISIP UNSYIAH pada Pemilukada Aceh 2012. Study of population rate and infestation time of larvae of L. indicate on peanut yield was conducted in Experimental Farm of Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh. Factorial completely randomized design was applied. The first factor was population rate of L. indicata, consisting of four levels i.e. 0, 1, 3, and 6 larvae per plant. The second factor was infestation time of L. indicata larvae, consisting of four levels i.e. at time of 14, 21, 28, 35 day after planting. Each treatment was repeated three times. Variable observed were infestation intensity of L. indicata, the number of pods, the number of grain per plant, and dried grain weight per plant. The result showed that there was significant interaction between population rate and infestation time on infestation intensity of L. indicata. Population rate of 1 larvae per plant and infestation time of 35 day after planting was effective to lessen infestation intensity up to 4,88 percents. Population rate of 1 larvae per plant caused the highest number of pod, grain, and dried grain weight per plant compared to those of the population rate of 3 and 6 larvae per plant. On the contratry, the infestation time of 14 days after planting caused the lowest number of pod, grain, and dried grain weight per plant compared to that infestation time 35 day after planting. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan November 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 6 filum yang terdiri dari Arthropoda (10 spesies), Chordata (6 spesies), Protozoa (3 spesies), Platyhelminthes (1 spesies), Rotifera (1 spesies), dan Moluska (3 spesies). Kelimpahan zooplankton tertinggi diperoleh pada malam hari kedalaman 0 meter dengan jumlah 5025 ind/l, dan terendah diperoleh pada siang hari kedalaman 15 meter dengan jumlah 3851 ind/l. Indeks keanekaragaman zooplankton berkisar antara 0,39-1,49 siang hari dan 0,43-0,85 malam hari. Indeks keseragaman zooplankton berkisar antara 0,04-0,37 siang hari dan 0,02-0,09 malam hari.
