Data yang digunakan adalah berupa data time series dari tahun 1990-2012 dengan model analisis Vector Autoregressive (VAR). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji stasioneritas, dengan menggunakan metode Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF). Pengujian keseimbangan jangka panjang antar variabel dengan menggunakan kointagrasi Johansen.Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PMDN dipengaruhi oleh tiga variabel yaitu PDB, suku bunga, dan PMDN itu sendiri. Pengaruh ke tiga variabel tersebut bersifat dinamis, perubuhan-perubahan yang terjadi satu tahun sebelumnya pada ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap PMDN pada periode sekarang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PDB dan PMDN tidak memiliki hubungan kausalitas, PDB memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap PMDN sementara PMDN tidak memengaruhi PDB. Suku bunga memberikan dampak negatif terhadap PMDN namun tidak signifikan. PMDN juga memberikan dampak positif secara dinamis terhadap PMDN itu sendiri namun tidak signifikan. Untuk meningkatkan PMDN, pemerintah harus melakukan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat memacu pertumbuhan PDB, sehingga akan meningkatkan jumlah PMDN. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemberian kredit pada bank umum di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah uang beredar akan meningkatkan pemberian kredit. Namun harus berhati-hati terhadap pengaturan jumlah uang beredar agar tidak menyebabkan inflasi. Diharapkan kepada penelitian selanjutnya untuk menambah runtun waktu dan variabel lain. Banyak bakteri yang sangat mudah mengalami resisten terhadap banyak antibiotik, salah satunya adalah Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Bakteri ini memiliki kemampuan mengembangkan resistensi adaptif yang sangat cepat sehingga diperlukan penemuan alami yang digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah infeksi oleh bakteri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol kulit manggis (Garnicia mangostana Linn.) terhadap Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Kulit manggis diekstraksikan dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol 96% secara maserasi tiga kali. Penelitian ini menggunakan 6 kelompok perlakuan terdiri atas ekstrak etanol kulit manggis dengan konsentrasi 400 mg/ml, 500 mg/ml, 600 mg/ml, 700 mg/ml, 800 mg/ml dan kontrol negatif yaitu larutan Carboxyl Methyl Cellulose (CMC) 1%. Uji aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode difusi cakram Kirby-Bauer. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol kulit manggis memiliki aktivitas antibakteri melalui pembentukan zona bening pada semua konsentrasi uji dengan rata-rata diameter zona hambat berturut-turut adalah 8,25 mm, 8,75 mm, 9,5 mm, 10,25 mm dan 11,75 mm. Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil/BNT (p > 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak kulit buah manggis memiliki aktivitas antibakteri yang bermakna terhadap Pseudomonas aeruginosa dan semakin besar konsentrasi ekstrak yang diberikan maka semakin besar diameter zona hambat yang terbentuk. The research type used in this research is verificative research or hypothesis testing research. By using census method and panel data, there are 8 ESOP companies and 8 Non-ESOP componies observations fulfilling the population criteria.The data type used is secondary data gotten from the capital market reference center at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
