Buah tomat dikerat dengan alat ‘slicing machine’. Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 5 ulangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi turunan di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Barona Jaya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Barona Jaya, sedangkan yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA-2. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one shot case study. Pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan tes hasil belajar yang terdiri dari 5 soal essay setelah pembelajaran berlangsung. Selanjutnya, pengolahan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t satu pihak (uji pihak kanan) pada taraf signifikan ?=0,05 dan derajat kebebasan dk = 21. Pada uji-t diperoleh t_hitung=6,97 lebih besar dari t_tabel=1.72, yaitu 6,97>1,72 ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Krueng Barona Jaya yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS pada materi turunan dapat mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Crop productivity is strongly influenced from the seed which will produce plants vigor and healthy. Efforts to get a healthy cacao seedling and various treatments which required strong support in creating an optimal environment to grow. One of these efforts is to use the potential of soil microorganisms endemic in growing media through the application of bio-activator (microorganisms) of land. This study aims to determine how and concentration of appropriate gifts in order to obtain good growth of cocoa seedlings and to determine whether there is linkage between these two factors tested. The design used was randomized block design with factorial pattern. 3x3 and 3 replications, so there are 27 units experiment. There are two factors studied, namely the factor for granting the solution of EM-4 (C) consist of 3 levels, and concentration factor of EM-4 (K) consisting of 3 levels. The result showed that the influence of the method of solution of EM-4 is only significant effect on high-added cocoa seedling age of 60 and 70 DAT. The way of EM-4 is best through the soil only. While on the other variables had no significant effect. While the EM-4 solution concentration significantly affected the height increment of seedling of cocoa age of 70 DAT. The best concentration of EM-4 was 5 ml/l of water. In addition to higher seed, the concentration tested did not significantly effect other variables. There was no significant interaction between the route of administration with a concentration of EM-4 for all variables observed the growth of cocoa seedling. Tsunami caused soil degradation and plant productivity. Inoculation of arbuscule mycorrhizae fungi (AMF) and manure were the methods which are able to improve soil quality. Soil biology properties was a parameter that can be used to assess the quality of a land. The objective of this study were to evaluate some properties of soil biology in the tsunami-affected land influence by AMF and manure. This experiment was conducted to Randomized Block Design with three replications. The results showed that the treatment affecting some soil biology properties was inoculation of AMF. This inoculation had highly significant effect on phosphate solubilizing microorganisms, significant effect on total microbial population, fungi, bacteria, and celulolytic microorganisms, whereas their activity were not affected significantly. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa Unsyiah termasuk salah satu kelompok yang rentan terhadap bencana. Beberapa kerentanan tersebut antara lain adalah bertempat tinggal di wilayah rawan gempa, kurangnya akses informasi mengenai gempa bumi, kurangnya keterampilan dalam tanggap bencana dan belum adanya standar operasional prosedur kebencanaan yang memadai di kampus. Untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana, mahasiswa diharapkan memiliki persepsi risiko terhadap bencana. Persepsi risiko adalah proses penilaian subjektif individu dalam menginterpretasikan informasi mengenai risiko bencana dan seberapa khawatir individu dengan dampak atau konsekuensi yang ditimbulkan dari bencana tersebut. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi risiko dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana pada mahasiswa Unsyiah. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu terdapat hubungan antara persepsi risiko dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana pada mahasiswa Unsyiah. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Unsyiah yang telah mendapatkan atau sedang mengambil matakuliah tentang kebencanaan. Total subjek penelitian sebanyak 283 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner Kesiapsiagaan Bencana dan Skala Persepsi Risiko. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi Spearman dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,025 dengan tingkat signifikansi = 0,670, p = 0,670, (p >0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi risiko dengan kesiapsiagaan bencana pada mahasiswa Unsyiah. Artinya, semakin tinggi persepsi risiko tidak diikuti dengan tingginya kesiapsiagaan bencana. Sebaliknya, semakin rendahnya persepsi risiko juga tidak diikuti dengan rendahnya kesiapsiagaan bencana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi CATK untuk setiap dosis pemupukan P berkorelasi secara nyata dengan status tanah TMN, pH, muatan negatif, jerapan dan ketersediaan P. TMN berkorelasi positif dengan pH dan muatan negatif. Muatan negatif secara nyata berkorelasi negatif dengan jerapan P, dan berkorelasi positif dengan P tersedia. Modification of PZS of Soil With Variable Charge by Application of Coal Fly Ash-Chicken Manure MixtureABSTRACT. The objective of current research was to study the effect of coal fly ash-chicken manure mixture (FA-CM) on the changes on the soil PZC status and its impact on P sorption and availability in Ultisols. Two treatments - FA-CM mixture (w/w of 1:1) at the rate of 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 ton ha-1, and P fertilization at the rate of 0, 87, 174, 261 and 348 kg P2O5 ha-1 were tested.  These treatments were arranged according to Factorial Completely Random Design with three replicates. The results showed that the application of FA-CM for each dosages of P fertilizer correlated significantly with the status of soils PZC, pH, negative charge, P sorption and P-available. PZC has possitive correlation with pH and negative charge. Negative charge has a significantly negative correlation with P sorption, and posssitively correlation with P-available.
