Empat strain telah diuji potensinya untuk menghasilkan lipase yaitu PLS A, PLS 75, PLS 76 dan PLS 80. PLS 80 mampu menghasilkan lipase setelah diinkubasi pada suhu 70oC selama 24 jam, pH 9 dalam media produksi agar yang mengandung minyak zaitun, tween 80 dan rhodamin B. Aktivitas maksimum lipase tercapai pada jam ke-16 inkubasi, pH 9, suhu 70oC dengan kecepatan pengadukan 150 rpm. Aktivitas yang diperoleh sebesar 18,05 U/mL. PLS 80 merupakan mikroorganisme Gram negatif. Analisis morfologi sel menggunakan SEM menunjukkan PLS 80 berbentuk batang yang panjang yang merupakan ciri Geobacillus sp. Pohon filogenetik dibentuk untuk mengetahui kekerabatannya dengan mikroorganisme lain berdasarkan hasil sekuensing gen 16S rRNA. PLS 80 memiliki kemiripan 99% dan terletak dalam cabang yang sama dengan G. kaustophillus strain Da2. This study intends to identify the crop growth rate and yield of potato at the application earthworms castings and inoculants arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM). Using randomized block design with dual factorial. First factor was the application the earthworm castings with four levels of treatment, that are 0, 100, 200, and 300 gram casting per plants-1, respectively. Second was inoculants arbuscular mycorrhizae with four levels too, they are 0, 2.5, 5, and 7.5 gram per plant-1. Application of earthworm castings was conducted three days before planting, while mycorrhizae was performed at the time of cultivation. Crop growth rate increased with augmented age from 38-68 days after planting (dap) and then declined at 78-88 dap. The highest rate (0,0055 gr cm-2 day-1) occurred at the treatment by 300 g plant-1 and inoculants with AM 7.5 g plant-1 at age of 67 dap. The application of the organic fertilizer (earthworm castings) 300 g per plant-1 and AM inoculants 5 g plant-1give the highest productivity. Knowledge can be one of the factors that influence behavior. Child behavior in dental treatment is a response to the stimulus child during treatment and habits that carried the child everyday. The aim of this study was to know about prevalences of Children Knowledge and Behavior in Dental Treatment at RSGM Unsyiah Banda Aceh. The research method was descriptive. The subjects were 62 people. The results showed that a low knowledge of pediatric patients were 4 people (6.5%), subjects with moderate knowledge were 14 people (22.6%), and subjects with high knowledge were 44 people (71.0%). As for the behavioral observations showed that there was no one subject with very negative behavior, subjects with negative behavior were 6 people (9.7%), subjects with a positive behavior were 26 people (41.9%), and subjects with very positive behavior were 30 persons (48.4%). Besarnya limpasan permukaan dan laju erosi Sub DAS Krueng Jreu (SDKJ) Aceh Besar telah diprediksikan dengan menggunakan model hidrologi SWAT. Dalam penelitian ini juga disimulasikan dampak perubahan curah hujan dan tata guna lahan terhadap limpasan permukaan dan laju erosi. Perubahan curah hujan yang disimulasikan adalah peningkatan curah hujan sebesar 5, 10, 15 dan 20% sedangkan untuk perubahan tata guna lahan disimulasikan dengan cara mengkonversikan 5, 10, 15 dan 20% lahan kosong dalam SDKJ menjadi areal perkebunan kelapa sawit. Kalibrasi model dilakukan dengan membandingkan debit simulasi dengan debit hasil pencatatan pada stasiun debit. Hasil kalibrasi menunjukkan bahwa model SWAT memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam memprediksikan limpasan permukaan dengan nilai parameter kinerja ENS = 0.71; R2 = 0.77 dan PBIAS = 6.30. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa besarnya erosi yang terjadi sangat tergantung pada besarnya aliran permukaan, semakin tinggi aliran permukaan maka semakin tinggi laju erosi. Peningkatan 1% curah hujan akan meningkatkan 2.4% limpasan permukaan dan 2.3% laju erosi. The yield of surface runoff and erosion from Krueng Jreu Subwatershed (SDKJ) Aceh Besar were predicted using SWAT model. In this study, impact of precipitation and land use change on surface runoff and erosion were also investigated. Change in precipitation was simulated by increasing 5, 10, 15, and 20% of precipitation while change in land use was simulated by converting 5, 10, 15, and 20% of existing short grass area into palm oil plantation. Model calibration was performed by comparing simulated and observed discharge. Calibration result suggested that model has good performance with ENS = 0.71; R2 = 0.77 and PBIAS = 6.30. Erosion rate highly depends on surface runoff, the more surface runoff the higher rate of erosion. Increasing 1% of precipitation produced an increase in 2.4% of surface runoff and 2.3% of erosion rate. Converting 1% of short grass area into palm oil plantation caused a decrease in surface runoff and erosion rate by 0.2% and 0.6%, respectively. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 7 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 6 kelas sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah kelas XI IPA5 yang berjumlah sebanyak 32 siswa dengan kemampuan rata-rata sedang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes 10 butir soal, LKS, LOS, dan angket. Berdasarkan tes akhir yang dilaksanakan didapat keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 85 dan kriteria sangat baik lebih dari 50%. Hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil tes dan hasil LKS diperoleh nilai rata-rata 76,185 dengan tingkat ketuntusan 59.375%. Hal ini berarti hasil belajar meningkat pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan setelah diterapkan perlakuan metode discovery-inquiry. Aktivitas siswa dari LOS mendapat skor rata-rata 3,36 yang dilakukan selama kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Selanjutnya tanggapan siswa berdasarkan angket yang dibagikan yaitu positif terhadap penerapan metode discovery-inquiry pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan bata abu sekam (husk ash) menunjukkan bahwa bata abu sekam tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat kekuatan bata menurut SNI-030348-1989 dan NI-10,1978:6.Nilai kuat tekan bata abu sekam tunggal yang dikeringkan tidak terlindung sebesar 11,57kg/cm2. Tetapi nilai kuat tekan bata abu sekam tunggal yang dikeringkan di dalam ruangan terlindung turun33,4% menjadi 8,67kg/cm2.Nilai kuat tekan bata abu sekam berpasangan yang dikeringkan tidak terlindung sebesar 10,59kg/cm2.
