If 2^k-1 is a prime then 2^(k-1) (2^k-1) is perfect. Conversely, every even perfect numbers must be of the form 2^(k-1) (2^k-1), where 2^k-1 is a prime. Thus to find even perfect numbers is equivalent to find the integers k for which 2^k-1 is prime. The numbers of the form 2^k-1 called Mersenne numbers and is denoted by M_k. We will show that M_k is prime if and only if the equation 2xy+x+y = M_(k-1) has no solution in positive integers x and y. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bimbingan yang diberikan orang tua dalam upaya pencegahan dan penyelesaian masalah siswa yang berasal dari MAN Rukoh Darussalam, Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa/i kelas XI berjumlah 75 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode questioner (angket) dengan metode skala likert. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat sebagian besar bimbingan orang tua dalam upaya mencegah dan menyelesaikan masalah siswa berwujud dalam dukungan emosi 52,0%, penghargaan 80,0%, dukungan fisik 58,7%, dukungan informasi 56,0% serta dukungan waktu 60,0% pada MAN Rukoh Darussalam, Banda Aceh. Dari hasil penelitian ini di harapkan orang tua dapat terus memberikan bimbingan yang terbaik bagi anak (remaja) khususnya dalam hal mencegah dan menyelesaikan masalah siswa. Produksi bahan bakar minyak yang berasal dari bahan bakar fosil semakin hari semakin menurun. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu alternatif sumber energi yang dapat diperbaharui dalam menggantikan bahan bakar fosil, salah satunya adalah mengkonversikan biomas menjadi biooil. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan limbah padat sawit, yaitu batang dan tandan kosong sawit dengan ukuran partikel 2-6 dan 6-10 mesh. Proses yang digunakan untuk mengkonversikan limbah padat sawit pada penelitian ini yaitu slow pyrolysis. Proses ini dilakukan pada reaktor pipa stainless steel dengan diameter 3,81 cm dan panjang 60 cm, pada kisaran temperatur 450-600oC yang dialiri gas nitrogen. Hasil yield tertinggi dicapai pada suhu 500oC dengan diameter partikel 2-6 mesh. Produk bio-oil dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan GC HP 5890 II.
