Wetlands represent an important natural resource which supports natural biodiversity. Topography and geomorphology play a major role for the development of wetlands and are decisive factors for modeling wetlands extension. The importance of identifying wetlands, can be used as a basis for determining the development priorities that will be based on technical and socioeconomic aspects The objective of this research was to predict the spatial extent of potential wetlands in Brittany, France from a topographic index calibrated on a set of 10 detailed soil maps. In identifying potential wetlands, it based on soil hydromorph which conducted by method 4 criteria. The following four stages of analysis were respectively categorized: identification hidromorphy, calculation topographic index, calculation of threshold, and validation. A threshold method was conducted between soil maps and topographic index to indicate the similarity condition. We use for threshold and validation a new way using 120 combination of soil maps. The result of topographic index was 4.7 and it was applied for all Brittany. The sample used in this study is teacher SMA Negeri 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh which totaled 39 people. Methods This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. The Census is used as a sampling technique. This technique is used to make the whole population as the sample for this study. Hierarchical analysis methods Linear Modeling ( HLM ) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The experiment was conducted to study the effect of expired time and use of various organic matter extract on viability and vigor water melon seed. The experiment was conducted in completely randomized design with two factors and three replication. Factors of expired time: 3, 6 and 9 months. Factor of organic matter extract: coconut extract, mature tomato extract, juvenile corn extract, and mature banana extract. The results indicated that expired time was significantly different on viability and vigor water melon seed. The best expired time treatment for viability and vigor water melon seed 3 months. Organic matter extract was significantly different on viability and vigor water melon seed. The best organic matter extract treatment for viability and vigor water melon seed was mature tomato extract. The conversion of rural land to urban land usually increases erosion, discharge and volume of storm runoff in watershed. It also causes other problem that effect soil and water. An urban or urbanizing watershed is one in which impervious surface cover or will soon cover a considerable area. Impervious surface includes roads, side walk, parking lots and building. Natural flow paths in the watershed may be replaced or supplemented by paved gutters, storm sewers or other elements of artificial drainage. Hydrologic studies to determine runoff and peak discharge should ideally be base on long-term stationary stream flow records for the area, such records are seldom available for small drainage areas. Even were they are available, accurate statistical analysis of them is usually impossible because of the conversion of land to urban uses during period of record. It therefore is necessary to estimate peak discharge with hydrologic models based on measurable watershed characteristics. Only through understanding of these characteristic and experience in using these models can be make sound judgments on how to alter model parameter to reflect changing watershed conditions.
