Masing-masing predator dari setiap tahap perkembangan diberi mangsa pada kondisi dengan pilihan dan tanpa pilihan stadia mangsa, selama 24 jam. Pada uji tanpa pilihan, seluruh instar predator secara nyata (P<0,001) lebih banyak memangsa nimfa instar I. Begitu pula pada uji pilihan bebas, nimfa kutu putih instar I lebih banyak yang dimangsa oleh setiap predator dibandingkan nimfa instar lainnya (P<0,001). Tingkat pemangsaan yang lebih tinggi diperlihatkan oleh larva predator instar III dan IV. Kemampuan mangsa menurun setelah larva predator berubah menjadi imago. Pada uji pilihan bebas, tidak ada imago betina kutu putih papaya yang dimangsa predator. Hasil pengamatan tambahan mengungkapkan bahwa predator C. coeruleus dapat memangsa telur-telur yang dibungkus dalam ovisak. Dengan memilih lebih banyak mangsa yang lebih muda, predator diduga dapat menekan biaya penanganan dan metabolisme akan mangsa. Sehingga eneri yang diperoleh dari pemangsaan menjadi lebih besar. This study aimed to study predation C. coeruleus on the infestation papaya white P. marginatus. Each predators of each developmental stage were prey to the conditions with and without a choice selection of stadia prey, for 24 hours. In the test without the option, the entire instar predators significantly (P <0.001) more prey instar nymphs I. Similarly, in free choice test, I instar nymphs more white flea many were wiped out by predators than any other instar nymphs (P <0.001). Higher level of predation exhibited by predator instar larvae III and IV. The ability of predators to prey decreased after the larvae turn into imago. In free choice test, there are no female imago white lice are eaten by predators papaya. Additional observations revealed that the predator C.coeruleus may prey on the eggs are encased in ovisak. By choosing younger prey, predators could be expected to recude the cost of handling and metabolism will be prey. So that the energy gained from predation is greater. In order to control P. marginatus by C. coeruleus, the predators will be effective in suppressing the prey population aged youth. In an ovisak density per plant, plant death occurs within 30 days after infestation, while the density of 4 plants ovisak deaths occurred within 10 days after infestation. One predator (instar larval IV) is not able to stop the destruction and death of plants. This research aims to explain the Jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on Crimes Against Humanity; how are the mechanisms to bring the actors to the justice; and obstacles faced by the ICC further to implement its authority to the non-member state in particular Myanmar.In order to compile data in the research, library research is applied to get secondary data, through reading, citing and analyzing data that are related to object of research. Then, according to the Rome Statutethere are several mechanims that have been made by the ICC for bringing the perpetrators to the justiceincludedby regarding to the principle of Complementarity and the Universal Jurisdiction, Surrender the perpetrator, and the Option of the Procedure of the Triggerring Mechanism.The legal actions including sanction, advocacy, monitoring and reporting, promoting, investigating, doing cooperation and making recommendations are something need to be concerned. The obstacles faced by the ICC are the one of limitions to the jurisdiction over non-member states and the lack of coordination both member states and non-member states so it impacts on the implementation which make the perpetrators who commit these crime can not be responsible forwards to the court.The ICC is the one way to settle crimes against humanity. In the case of Myanmar, it is recommended that the ICC need to apply its authority to punish the actors behind this. Clear regulation and heavy punishment have to be applied over the perpetrators in Myanmar. Resolving ethnic conflicts and protecting the human rights and freedoms is something needed urgently. Faktor jenis tanaman inang terdiri dari: kudzu, kedelai, dan jagung. Sedangkan faktor sumber inokulum terdiri dari: spora asal rhizosfer kudju, spora asal rhizosfer kedelai, dan spora asal rhizosfer jagung. Peubah yang diamati adalah: derajat infeksi mikoriza dan serapan P tanaman. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara jenis tanaman inang dengan jenis sumber inokulum terhadap infektivitas dan efektivitas mikoriza. This research aims to study the types of host plants and source of inoculum is best in the manufacture of mycorrhizal biofertilizer. The study was conducted at the home screen Unsyiah Faculty of Agriculture, Soil Biology Laboratory at USU College of Agriculture and Soil Chemistry Laboratory at the Faculty of Agriculture Unsyiah since July 2011 to November 2011. This research used randomized completely block design (RCBD) factorial with two factors and three replications. Factors studied are several types of host plants and some types of sources of inoculum. Variety of host factors consist: kudzu, soybean, and corn and factors source of inoculum consisted of: spore origin rhizosfer kudju, rhizosfer spores from soybean, and spores rhizosfer origin of maize. Variables observed in this study is the degree of mycorrhizal infection, plant P uptake. From the research results obtained can be concluded that there is interaction between host plant species with the type of source of inoculum of mycorrhizal infectivity and effectiveness. The best treatment of the parameters of the degree of mycorrhizal infection (infectivity of mycorrhizal) and plant P uptake (mycorrhizal effectiveness) is a combination of host plant kudzu to the source of spore inoculum origin rhizosfer kudzu. The objective of this experiment was to study effect of various planting media compotition and Seprint leaves fertilizer concentration on oil palm seedling growth. The experiment used block randomized design with factorial pattern 3 x 3 and 3 replicants. There were two factors that studied. First factor was planting media compotition (K1 = 1 : 3; K2 = 1 : 2; K3 = 1 : 1). Second factor was seprint leaves fertilizer concentrations (S1 = 2 ml/I water; S2 = 3 ml/I water; S3 = 4 ml/I water). The result showed that the best oil palm seedling growth on planting media compotition 1:3 (cow manure : soil). The best result of oil palm seedling growth was sprint leaves fertilizer concentration 2 ml/I water. There was not interaction between planting media compotition and sprint leaves fertilizer concentration on all oil palm seedling growth variables that were studied.
