Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah adalah suatu pola perilaku konsisten yang ditunjukkan oleh pemimpin dan diketahui pihak lain ketika pemimpin berusaha memengaruhi kegiatan-kegiatan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, meliputi: (1) Disiplin guru; (2) Komitmen guru; (3) Kemampuan guru dan (4) Tanggung jawab guru. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan pengawas di SD Negeri 7 Muara Dua Lhokseumawe. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru, adalah dengan gaya memberitahukan (telling), selain gaya telling, kepala sekolah juga menerapkan gaya situasional; (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan komitmen guru adalah dengan gaya selling (konsultatif) dengan mengarahkan guru untuk menyelesaikan tugasnya; (3) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru, yaitu dengan gaya partisipatif yang diterapkannya pada saat rapat-rapat internal dewan guru dan rapat-rapat lainnya; dan (4) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru, ialah dengan gaya delegatif yaitu melakukan sharing authority kepada anggota untuk melaksanakan tugas organisasi. Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2011-12-15 Description An account of the resource The research was conducted to determine the effect of Tiens Golden Harvest (TGH) fertilizer concentration and the varieties on growth and yield of Roselle, and also to examine the interaction between the two factors. The research was conducted in the Experimental field of Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam Banda Aceh, from June 2010 to November 2010. The material used was Roselle seed varieties, manure, TGH, using Factorial Randomized Block Design 4 x 2 in three replications. The first factor used was TGH fertilizer concentration (i.e. 0;5;10;15 ml/l) and the second factor was Roselle varieties (Sabdariffa and Altissima). So, we were conducted 8 combinations of treatments which were designed into 24 units of experiments. The concentration of TGH fertilizer significantly effect on plant height on 15 and 30 days after planting (DAP), the diameter of the base plant’s stem on 15 DAP, the number of calyx per plant and the weight of calyx without seeds per plant for 5 times harvest. The best growth and yield of Roselle plant result was found in using TGH 10 ml/l of water. After 5 times harvest, using 10 ml/l TGH we got 54.93 calyx/plant with 43.33 dry weights. Variety significantly effect on the plant length on 15 and 50 DAP, the diameter of the stem on 15 and 50 DAP, and Roselle calyx fresh weight for 5 times harvest. The growth and yield of Altissima variety on this experiment was better than Sabdariffa variety. For 5 times harvest of Altissima variety, the number of calyces per plant was 46.47, the fresh weight was 457.60 g and dry weight was 39.09 g. There was a significant interaction between TGH fertilizer concentration and Roselle varieties on the stem diameter 50 DAP and the fresh weight of calyx. The best growth and yield of Roselle showed on the application of 10 ml/l TGH fertilizer to Altissima variety, with total fresh weight calyx was 457 g. The objective of this work was to evaluate a procedure for somatic embryogenesis of cacao (Theobroma cacao L.) Aceh clones. Somatic embryogenesis was induced using floral tissue explants (petal, staminode, and anther) on North Aceh cacao genotype. No growth was observed on petal types of explants on low concentrations of picloram. Depending on the explants, the percentage of explants producing one or more embryos ranged from 3% to 75%, 5% to 80%, and 10% to 90% on media containing 3 mg/l, 4 mg/l, and 5 mg/l picloram respectively. Staminode explants produced 3 to 10 times more somatic embryos than petals, while anthers produced 2 to 5 times.  Secondary embryos were induced from the floral explants of the North Aceh cacao genotype that exhibited efficient primary embryogenesis. The revitalization effort was constrained by the unavailability of quality seedlings. Alternatively, cocoa seedlings can be made available through vegetative propagations or through tissue culture techniques. Based on those facts, we have studied the inducing of callus and somatic embryos of cacao clones that were adaptive and highly productive in Aceh. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design, consisted of two factors. The first factor was the cacao genotype, having red and green fruits skin. The second factor consisted of six combinations of growth regulators 2,4-D and kinetin. The results showed that genotype of explants origin from cocoa red flowers responded very well in the formation of callus and somatic embryo formation. There was a significant interaction between genotype and growth regulator combinations on the explants in the number of somatic embryos formed. The subjective of this study were to investigate several varieties and medium on the growth and the yield of cucumber. The research was conducted at the screen house Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University Darussalam – Banda Aceh from August to December 2008. Randomized completely block design with two factors was used on this experiment using three replications. The first factor was medium for hydroponic (i.e. sand, rice chaff charcoal, and sawdust), and the second factor was cucumber variety (i.e. Dinasty, Baby, and Venus). Each of unit experiment used 2 plants, and meaning that we used 54 plants for this experiment. The result showed that he medium significantly influenced the cucumber weight per plant, influenced the stem diameter on 45 days after planting (DAP), but not for other parameters (i.e. the plant height on 15, 30 and 45 DAP ; the stem diameters on 15 and 30 DAP ; the fruit length ; the fruit diameter and the amount of fruit per plant). The variety significantly influenced the fruit length and the cucumber weight per plant, however the variety not significantly influenced other parameters (i.e. the plant height on 15, 30, and 45 DAP; the stem diameter on 15, 30, and 45 DAP; the amount of fruit per plant; and the fruit diameter). The research was conducted at the Lamnyong river flood plain which is located at west sector of Komplek Pelajar Mahasiswa (KOPELMA) Darussalam – Banda Aceh from March to Mei 2009. The objective of this experiment was to obtain suitable medium for rapid multiplication of Pogotemon cablin Benth using tissue culture method. The research was conducted from January to June 2008 at the Tissue Culture Lab of Fakultas Pertanian Unsyiah, Banda Aceh. Leaves, petioles, and stems of Clone Tapak Tuan was used on this experiment as explants material, and induced them in the four kinds modified MS medium.
