Based onPermenkes 492/Menkes/Per/IV/2010 about the Regulations of Drinking WaterQuality, the content of Escherichia coli in a 100 ml sample is zero. The researchaimed to know the differences in the content of Escherichia coli in refill drinkingwater which were analized by Most probable number method and Membranefilter method. The research used observation method with descriptive analyticdesign which is carried out on 28 samples of drinking water refill depot in citycenter and downtown area. The data were analyzed by t-test and Anova usingSPSS version 16. The results showed that there is a significant difference betweenthe membrane filter method and most probable number method. Anova testshowed no significant difference between the downtown area and the city centereither to the monitored or unmonitored region. The average of Escherichia colicontent observed using membrane filter method was 4,46 CFU/100 ml samplewhile the content with most probable number method was 2,64 MPN Escherichiacoli/100 ml sample. Menurunnya kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada lansia mengakibatkan berbagai dampak seperti berkurangnya kinerja mengunyah, terjadinya gangguan komunikasi dan kurang percaya diri. Faktor perilaku memegang peranan penting dalam mempengaruhi status kesehatan gigi dan mulut seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang perilaku lansia dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 65 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 65 orang terdapat 16 orang berperilaku baik dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut, 45 orang berperilaku sedang dan 4 orang berperilaku buruk dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku lansia dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh termasuk sedang yaitu sebanyak 45 orang (69,2%). Patient with anemia in Aceh Province 2007 as 82.794 and be found LBW from 109.183 pregnant women. This research is a deskriptive analytic study with cross sectional design where the objective of researchers to look at relationships and characteristic of anemia pregnant women with LBW in the dr. Zainoel Abidin hospital Banda Aceh. The population of this research was pregnant women who gave birth in the delivery room and selected by samples Accidental Sampling in pregnant women with gestational age > 36-40 weeks from January to February which amount to 47 samples. The analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis was with Chi-Square Test and Fisher Exact Test. The results showed that 12.8% of pregnant women gave birth LBW babies. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was no association between anemia (p = 0.317), parity (p = 0.085), education (p = 0.241) and occupation (p = 0.343) with LBW. Whereas age (p = 0.00, PR = 10.7, 95% CI = 3.14 to 36.7, ? = 0,05) there is a relationship with LBW. Pregnant women are advised to consult regularly and to consume iron tablets to preventing anemia and LBW babies. Suggestion for dr. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan untuk commuter adalah aksesibilitas fasilitas publik dan kenyamanan (amenities). Fasilitas umum di Kota Jantho juga dimiliki di luar Jantho sehingga para commuter berpendapat bahwa tidak ada keuntungan lebih yang bisa di dapat apabila tinggal di Jantho, hal tersebut membuat mereka untuk lebih memilih ulang-alik dari tempat tinggal ke tempat bekerja yaitu Kota Jantho. Jarak dari tempat tinggal ke Kota Jantho dianggap bukan suatu permasalahan karena responden sudah terbiasa menjalani commuter dalam waktu yang cukup lama yaitu 1-15 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh salep ekstrak buah tomat terhadap penyembuhan luka skin loss pada tikus wistar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen laboratorium dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terbagi dalam 4 kelompok yaitu 3 kelompok perlakuan dan 1 kelompok kontrol negatif. Masing-masing kelompok diulang 4 kali. Kelompok perlakuan terdiri dari salep ekstrak buah tomat dalam vaselin dengan konsentrasi 75%, 50% dan 25%. Kelompok kontrol negatif diberikan salep vaselin. Luka dibedah sampai ke lapisan subkutis dibuat dengan panjang dan lebar 1 cm pada bagian punggung dengan anastesi lidokain. Setiap kelompok diberikan perlakuan 2 kali sehari. Penyembuhan luka diobservasi setiap hari secara makroskopis dengan parameter peradangan akut (hiperemis), eksudat, hematoma dan krusta. Data dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Varian (ANAVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ).
