An experimental unit consisted of data acquisition, the heat exchanger shell and tube were used to improve heat transfer. The fluid heat pipe was designed in longitudinal fin and radial fin. Paraffin wax was used as a thermal storage medium. The characteristics of heat transfer from fluid to paraffin wax is investigated in different heat flux conditions. The experimental results show that the heat transfer characteristics show similarities to the heat exchanger tubes. In the preheating process, it is dominated by conduction, but at the melting temperature of the heat transfer, it is dominated by convection. The use of longitudinal finned pipe has been able to increase the heat transfer rate. The literacy rate, enrollment rate of primary and secondary schools were utilised to measure the development of education sector as the dependent variable, while public spending on the education sector and per-capita income were used as the independent variables.  This study covers 23 districts/cities in Aceh province over a period of years 2008-2012. Based on the Random Effect Model of panel data analysis, the study documented that the government spending on eduaction and percapita income positively and significantly impacted the literacy rate. However, the government spending on the education sector did not significantly influence the enrollment rate of primary school, junior high school, and senior high school. Although the percapita income have no significant impact to the primary school enrollment rate and junior high school, but it has an effect on the enrollment rate of senior high school. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Geografi melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI; (2) Untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran Geografi dalam Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI; (3) Untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI; dan (4) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang baik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X IPS II SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh yang terdiri dari 24 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes (pre-test dan pos-test) untuk hasil belajar siswa, menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas guru dan siswa, lembar pengamatan keterampilan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, dan angket respon siswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) Persentase ketuntasan secara individual meningkat, pada siklus I terdapat 17 siswa yang tuntas secara individual dan 7 siswa yang tidak tuntas, pada siklus II terdapat 22 siswa yang tuntas secara individual dan 2 siswa yang tidak tuntas dari 24 orang siswa. Persentase ketuntasan klasikal meningkat dari 60% pada siklus I menjadi 90% pada siklus ke II; (2) Aktivitas guru dan siswa meningkat menjadi sesuai dengan persentase waktu ideal; (3) Keterampilan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI meningkat dari sedang (2,5) menjadi baik (3,5) dan (4) Respon siswa adalah 92,% dari 24 siswa dapat memperjelas pemahaman terhadap materi yang dipelajari melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI. Oil palm empty fruit bunch fiber as a filler reduces in sizes 63, 75, 90, and 106 µm.  Oil palm empty fruit bunch fiber were mixed with in 10 mL MAPE 8% (in xylene) solution up evenly. The variation composition ratio of HDPE in filler is : (80: 20, 70:30 60:40, 50:50). The good results showed that composite boards are tested viable filler and matrix ratio 30%:70%, 3.969 to 12.243 Mpa of tensile strength, the value of the melting point (Tm) of 400.05 to 497, 07oC for thermal properties, FT-IR analysis results indicate that the groups contained in the matrix and the filler is still present in the composite board products.The SEM photograph tests showed that the best products are the smallest filler size is 63 µm, and 4943.4 J/m2 ofImpact strength test obtained.
