Permasalahan yang timbul pada tugas akhir ini yaitu bagaimana merencanakan waktu dan biaya penggunaan alat berat. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa biaya dan waktu penggunaan alat berat serta penjadwalannya sesuai sumber daya ada. Batasan ruang lingkup perencanaan pada proyek Pembangunan Jalan Sp. Jalan Nasional Cot Bak Setui Kabupaten Aceh Besar ini terdiri dari pekerjaan galian biasa, penyiapan badan jalan, timbunan biasa, timbunan pilihan, pekerjaan lapis pondasi kelas B, pekerjaan lapis pondasi kelas A, pekerjaan lapis resap pengikat, dan pekerjaan pengaspalan. Pelaksanaan proyek ini menggunakan alat berat antara lain adalah wheel loader, dump truck, motor grader, vibrator roller, tandem roller, water tank, compressor, pneumatic tire roller, asphalt sprayer, asphalt finisher dan excavator. Penjadwalan pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode LSM (Linear Scheduling Methode) yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik, dimana sumbu x mewakili waktu dan sumbu y mewakili jarak. Penjadwalan dilakukan setelah didapat produktivitas dan durasi dari masing-masing pekerjaan, setelah itu akan didapat waktu mulai dan selesainya masing-masing pekerjaan, dari hasil analisa didapat waktu pekerjaan sebagai berikut: pada pekerjaan galian biasa didapat waktu pekerjaan selama 6 hari, pada pekerjaan penyiapan badan jalan selama 2 hari, pekerjaaan timbunan biasa selama 10 hari, pekerjaan timbunan pilihan selama 5 hari, pada pekerjaan Lapis pondasi agregat klas B dan iibahu jalan selama 4 hari, pekerjaaniiiiLapis pondasi agregat klas A iiselama 3 hari, pekerjaan lapis resap pengikat selama 1 hari dan pekerjaan pengaspalan selama 2 hari. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling pada lansia di Panti dan propotional Sampling di rumah, sampel berjumlah 106 lansia. Analisis hasil penelitian meliputi analisa univariat dan bivariat yang menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan strategi problem focused coping dan emotional focused coping (p=0,001), dan tidak ada hubungan strategi religius coping dengan lansia yang tinggal di rumah dan panti (p>0.05). disarankan perlu dilakukan berbagai intervensi penyuluhan mekanisme koping dan pada lansia di panti untuk meningkatkan strategi koping dan kualitas hidup yang baik pada lansia yang tinggal di panti dan di rumah.Kata Kunci:Strategi Koping, lansia, tempat tinggal.
