Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dalam bentuk data berkala tahun 1997-2012.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan penerimaan daerah sektor pariwisata sebagai variabel dependen dan empat variabel independen yaitu jumlah wisatawan, jumlah objek wisata, jumlah hotel, dan lama tinggal wisatawan.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan secara simultan variabel jumlah wisatawan, objek wisata, jumlah hotel, dan lama tinggal wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan daerah sektor pariwisata Kota Banda Aceh dengan nilai R2 dan R masing-masing sebesar 0,984 dan 0,992. Oleh karena itu, kemajuan teknologi informasi harus mampu menyediakan layanan yang memenuhi harapan pengguna baik dari segi kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Salah satu perubahan utama dibidang pertukaran informasi adalah penggunaan teknologi wireless, termasuk di dalamnya konfigurasi jaringan yang digunakan. Selain harus berfungsi secara optimal, kinerja juga perlu diperhatikan. Pada penelitian ini, kinerja teknologi Wireless Distribution System (WDS) dengan konfigurasi jaringan point to multi point yang menggunakan access point (AP) 802.11g. Tahapannya adalah dengan membangun model jaringan WDS menggunakan 4 AP yang saling terhubung satu sama lain, kemudian menguji kinerja jaringan jaringan WDS tersebut pada sisi server. Dari analisis dapat diperoleh hasil bahwa penggunaan jaringan WDS menunjukkan penurunan throughput pada WDS-1 terhadap WDS-2 sebesar 1,23% dan WDS-2 terhadap WDS-3 sebesar 11,88% dan WDS-1 terhadap WDS-3 sebesar 12,97%. Sedangkan nilai pada jitter terus meningkat dimana masih diambang batas yang diizinkan, begitu juga dengan nilai pada packet loss nilai nya terus meningkat mulai dari WDS-1, WDS-2 dan WDS-3 dengan kategori sangat bagus. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 169 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 135 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) dari software AMOS 22.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kausalitas antar variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi dan kriteria Goodness of Fit yaitu Chi Square = (41,622), Significancy Probability = (0,062), RMSEA = (0,059), GFI = (0,815), AGFI = (0,777), CMJN/DF = (1,470), TLI = ( 0,967), CFIA = (0,927). As defoliation was believed to cause plants experiencing both positive and/or negative effects on its growth performance, thus among the aim of this study is to monitor the emergence of foliar buds in respond with vary level of defoliation intensities. The seedlings were grown singly in polybags up to four leaf stage as. Grown seedlings were randomly subjected under four different defoliation intensities: control (un-defoliated), 25%, 50%, and 100% in which 10 replicates of seedling for each treatment. Experiment was ceased at the 6th month after establishment of plants grew. Results shown that, the effect of defoliation on the production of foliar buds was significantly difference between the treatments (P< 0.05). As compared with 25%, 50% and 100% defoliation, un-defoliated plants showed the highest amount of foliar buds production which is 14 buds. While, there were no differences amount of foliar buds production between 25% and 50% defoliation with 5 foliar buds per plants. Emergence of foliar buds was reportedly lowest in 100% defoliation plant when there were no sign of buds emergence. Results concluded that, the subjected plants of control, 25% and 50% leaves defoliation treatments, were able to performed tolerance effect relative to the induced stressor. Apart from that, experiment revealed that the 100% defoliation has probability of detrimental effect on growth and reproduction of Mimosa seedling as it hindrance the germination of foliar buds. The results showed that, the impact order of the influence factors was liquid/solid ratio > distilling time > NaCl concentration, and optimized extraction conditions were as follows, liquid to material ratio 15:1, soaking time 1 h, 4% NaCl, steam distilling time 3 h. The yield of essential oil was up to 4.48% under these conditions.
