Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan berobat pasien TB paru di Poli DOTS Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zoeinal Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh pada tahun 2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 61 responden mengikuti penelitian ini pada rentang waktu Agustus 2013-Maret 2014 di Poli DOTS Paru RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Alat ukur penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Analisis statistik yang digunakan uji Chi-square. Data dianggap signifikan jika nilai p < 0,05. Pada hasil penelitian diperoleh sebagian besar responden pada penelitian ini berjenis kelamin laki-laki 35 orang (57,4%) dan didominasi usia dewasa tua (36-45 tahun) 21 orang (34,4%), serta paling banyak berkerja sebagai pegawai swasta 29 orang (47,5%). Responden sebagian besar memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik sebanyak 41 orang (67,2%) dan kepatuhan berobat yang tinggi sebanyak 31 orang (50,8%). Responden yang memiliki kepatuhan berobat yang tinggi cenderung memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik yaitu 27 orang (87,1%), kepatuhan berobat yang sedang cenderung memiliki dukungan keluarga yang baik yaitu 6 orang (66,7%) dan kepatuhan berobat yang rendah cenderung memiliki dukungan keluarga yang buruk yaitu sebanyak 13 orang (61,9%) dengan signifikansi p=0,0001. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with treatment adherence from patients with pulmonary TB in DOTS Polyclinic Regional General Hospital dr . Zoeinal Abidin (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh in 2014. This study was an analytic study with cross- sectional. A total of 61 respondents follow this study in the period August 2013-March 2014 at the DOTS Lung Polyclinic RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Sampling was undertaken by total sampling technique. Measuring instrument was a questionnaire. Statistical analysis was Chi-square test. Data were considered significant when p < 0.05. In the research results obtained by the majority of respondents in this study male gender 35 (57.4 %) and mostly older adult age (36-45 years) 21 people (34.4%), and most worked as private employees 29 people (47.5%).Most Respondents had good family support as many as 41 people (67.2%) and high treatment adherence by 31 people (50.8%). Respondents who had a high treatment adherence was likely to have a good family support that was 27 people ( 87.1 % ), moderat treatment adherence was likely to have a good family support that was 6 people (66.7%) and low treatment adherence was likely to have the support poor families as many as 13 people (61.9%) with a significance p = 0.0001. Konflik terjadi karena setiap individu atau kelompok berbeda dan masyarakat tidak saling menjaga hubungan interaksi dengan baik. Selain di lingkungan masyarakat, perbedaan juga terdapat di lingkungan universitas, perbedaan tersebut terjadi antara mahasiswa perantauan dengan mahasiswa lokal. Dari situ timbul pertanyaan, apakah perbedaan pada mahasiswa yang majemuk di universitas juga bisa menyebabkan konflik?, Atas dasar tersebut, penulis meneliti bagaimana interaksi yang terjadi antara mahasiswa yang majemuk, kemudian bentuk interaksi apa yang di gunakan dan adakah penghambat dan pendukung hubungan interaksi antara mahasiswa yang majemuk tersebut. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, Penelitian dilakukan kepada 120 orang sampel/responden mahasiswa perantauan di Unsyiah, data dikumpulkan dari hasil observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan literatur pustaka. Hasil penelitian yang pertama, mengenai keadaan interaksi yang terjadi antara mahasiswa perantauan dengan mahasiswa lokal Aceh, sudah berjalan dengan baik dan ideal sesuai nilai agama, moral, budaya serta aturan yang berlaku, meskipun terdapat berbagai perbedaan. Selanjutnya mengenai bentuk interaksi apa yang terjadi antara mahasiswa perantauan dengan mahasiswa lokal Aceh di Unsyiah adalah bentuk interaksi asosiatif dan disosiatif, namun bentuk interaksi yang umumnya terjadi adalah bentuk interaksi asosiatif, bentuk interaksi tersebut berasal dari teori interaksi sosial. Terakhir mengenai hal penghambat dan pendukung interaksi yang dirasakan mahasiswa perantauan yaitu, mayoritas mahasiswa perantauan tidak merasakan adanya hal-hal penghambat interaksi selama proses beradaptasi, mereka umumnya merasakan adanya hal-hal pendukung hubungan interaksi dengan mahasiswa lokal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran mutu pelayanan Keperawatan di BLUD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Banda Aceh tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah 96 sampel. Alat pengiimpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 22 pernyataan tenitang expectations dan 22 pemyataan tentang perceptions. Jzlasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran mutu pelayanan keperawatan di BLUD Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Meuraxa Banda Aceh tahun 2013 berada pada kategoni kurang puas (59,4%), yaitu bukti nyata pada kategori kurang puas (58,3%), kehandalan path kategori kurang puas (54,2%), ketanggapan pada kategori kurang puas (5 5,2%), jaminan pada kategori kurang puas (54,2%) dan empati pada kategori kurang puas (57,3%). Motivation aspects consist of working achievement, degree of complications on budgeting, degree of fairness on budgeting, and style of leadership.The samples comprice 100 employees selected by using simple random sampling. The data were collected by questionnaires, which have been tested both for its validity and for reliability. The Product Moment Correlation is used to test the validity of the data with the degree of significance 0.05 while the reliability is tested by using Alpha Cronbach technique.The result of this research shows that: (1) t test by partial degree of complication variable and degree of fairness variable has a significant correlation on effectiveness of program implementation. Style of leadership variable by partial also has significant correlation on effectiveness of program implementation, but working achievement variable has no significant correlation on effectiveness of program implementation.  (2) there is positive correlation between four independent variables and dependent variable. (3) coefficient correlation shows that correlation between dependent variables and independent variable is 0.465. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dalam bentuk data berkala tahun 1997-2012.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan penerimaan daerah sektor pariwisata sebagai variabel dependen dan empat variabel independen yaitu jumlah wisatawan, jumlah objek wisata, jumlah hotel, dan lama tinggal wisatawan.Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan secara simultan variabel jumlah wisatawan, objek wisata, jumlah hotel, dan lama tinggal wisatawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerimaan daerah sektor pariwisata Kota Banda Aceh dengan nilai R2 dan R masing-masing sebesar 0,984 dan 0,992.
