This research was conducted by survey method. The results showed that operator’s objective load of operator 1 showed heartbeat per minutes when he plough flat and sloping land, when he moved his hand tractor from one part to other  fields were 111 heartbeats/minute, 123 heartbeat/minute and 125 heartbeat per minute respectively. Operator 2 working in the same works include 114 heartbeats/minute, 120 heartbeats/minute and 120 heartbeats/minute. Operator’s subjective load on operator 1 showed musculoskeletal system lamentation  on flat land  plough that were 50% less painful, and 28,57% painful when he moved the hand tractor on with percentage of lamentation were 53.57% less painful, 32.14 painful, and 3.57% very painful. On the other hand, he showed the percentage of lamentation on slopping land were 60.71 less painful, 50% painful. The research also found that the operators showed musculoskeletal system lamentation, that were 10.71% less painful and 21,43% painful and 25% very painful. Crop productivity is strongly influenced from the seed which will produce plants vigor and healthy. Efforts to get a healthy cacao seedling and various treatments which required strong support in creating an optimal environment to grow. One of these efforts is to use the potential of soil microorganisms endemic in growing media through the application of bio-activator (microorganisms) of land. This study aims to determine how and concentration of appropriate gifts in order to obtain good growth of cocoa seedlings and to determine whether there is linkage between these two factors tested. The design used was randomized block design with factorial pattern. 3x3 and 3 replications, so there are 27 units experiment. There are two factors studied, namely the factor for granting the solution of EM-4 (C) consist of 3 levels, and concentration factor of EM-4 (K) consisting of 3 levels. The result showed that the influence of the method of solution of EM-4 is only significant effect on high-added cocoa seedling age of 60 and 70 DAT. The way of EM-4 is best through the soil only. While on the other variables had no significant effect. While the EM-4 solution concentration significantly affected the height increment of seedling of cocoa age of 70 DAT. The best concentration of EM-4 was 5 ml/l of water. In addition to higher seed, the concentration tested did not significantly effect other variables. There was no significant interaction between the route of administration with a concentration of EM-4 for all variables observed the growth of cocoa seedling. Auditor switching is displacement behavior by a company auditor as a result of auditor rotation mandatory.The research type used in this research is veriificative research or hypothesis testing research. Data collecting used in this research is purposive sampling and balanced panel data. The data type used is secondary data gotten from the capital market reference center at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A total sample in this research is 590 companies from the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the year 2007-2011. The hypothesis tasted in this research is using logistic regression analysis in SPSS 20 software.The result of this research show that the audit opinion, fee audit, client size,reputation auditor and change of management simultaneously influence toward auditor switching. Parcially, fee audit, reputation auditor and change of management has influence toward auditor switching. Pergantian auditor merupakan perilaku perpindahan auditor yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan akibat adanya kewajiban rotasi auditor. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah verificative (hypothesis testing) research. Metode pengumpulan data (sampling method) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dan balanced panel data. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari pusat referensi pasar modal di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Total sampel yang di peroleh pada penelitian ini adalah 590 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 2007-2011. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik (logistic regression) pada aplikasi program SPSS 20.Hasil penelititian menunjukkan bahwa opini audit, fee audit,ukuran klien, reputasi auditor, dan pergantian manajemen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pergantian auditor. Secara parsial, fee audit, reputasi auditor dan pergantian manajemen berpengaruh terhadap pergantian auditor.
