Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 7 orang guru mata pelajaran ekonomi dan 171 siswa pada SMP di Kecamatan Panga. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 7 orang guru mata pelajaran ekonomi dan 105 siswa pengambilan sampel di peroleh secara stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik library research dan field research, dengan analisis regresi dan korelasi beserta uji t. Hasil analisis data bahwa: Kompentensi profesional guru mata pelajaran ekonomi pada SMP di Kecamatan Panga termasuk dalam kategori baik, hal tersebut memberi arti bahwa semua guru sudah menguasai materi ajar dengan baik dilihat dari jawaban soal kompetensi di atas 50% dan tingkat prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMP ini memiliki tingkat prestasi belajar yang baik, hal tersebut dilihat dari sebagian besar siswa telah menunjukkan keberhasilan mereka dalam mencapai nilai raport semester pertama tahun ajaran 2013/2014 diatas nilai KKM. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional guru (X) dengan prestasi belajar siswa (Y). Hal tersebut dilihat dari nilai t_hitung > t_tabel dengan tingkat nilai t_hitung sebesar 2,05 sedangkan t_tabel 2,02. Jadi 2,05 > 2,02 dengan r hitung sebesar r =0,68 dengan persentase sebesar 46 % yang termasuk dalam katagori yang tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kompetensi profesional guru memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada SMP di Kecamatan Panga. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kompetensi profesional guru lebih dimaksimalkan dan prestasi belajar yang sudah baik tersebut dapat dipertahankan dan di tingkatkan, yang tidak terlepas dari adanya pengawasan pihak sekolah. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk melihat ketuntasan belajar siswa melalui penerapan modelpembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams-Games-Tournament (TGT) pada materi bangunruang di kelas VIII4 MTsN Tungkob Aceh Besar. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian iniadalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTsN Tungkob Aceh Besar, adapun yang menjadisampel penelitian adalah kelas VIII4 berjumlah 36 siswa. Analisis data kuantitatifdilakukan dengan menggunakan uji-t satu pihak dengan taraf signifikandan derajat kebebasan dk = 35. Dari hasil uji normalitas didapat data bersifatdistribusi normal sehingga uji-t bisa dilakukan. Pada uji-t diperolehlebih besar dari , yaitu 5,73 1,70 ini menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak. The objective of this experiment were to evaluate effects of drought stress at vegetative stage on growth, yield and leaf proline content of hot pepper. Drought stress was conditioned by reduction watering of crop show wilt symptom 70% during the period of 21 – 54 days after planting (DAP). Result of the experiment indicated that drought stress reduced plant height, branch number, stem, diameter, root length, shoot, root, and biomass dry weight and fruit yield. Sensivity index calculated based on biomass of five hot pepper cultivars showed that Prabu, laris, dan jati laba were the medium tolerance to drought stress. There was no drought tolerance cultivar if the sensivity index was calculated based on fruit yield. The entisol productivity can be increased by using the organic matter as the organic fertilizer for example the waste oil palm (especially the empty fruit bunches of the oil palm) and the manure. Beside this, the Entisol productivity can be increased with used the biofertilizer for example Rhiphosant. Using the organic fertilizer and the biofertilizer also effect the microorganism population and activity in the rhizosphere. The objective of this research as to evaluate the microbial population and activity in the rhizosphere of the soybean as affected the organic matter and the biofertilizer on Entisol. This research was set up according to Factorial Randomized Block Design, there were the organic matter and the biofertilizer. Kind of the organic matter no the organic matter. the was oil palm, the manure, and the was oil palm + manures. Kind of the biofertilizer were without the biofertilizer and with the. There were 8 trial combinations with 3 replications so there were 24 experimental units. The parameters observed were the microorganism population and activity at 45 Days After Planting (DAP); The population of the total microorganism, bacteria, fungi, phosphate solubilizing microorganisms, rhizobium, and microorganism activity. Result of this study show that the first and the second factor were not significant to all parameters. Interaction between the organic matter with the biofertilizer only effected significantly to the fungi population. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi adaptasi psikososial adalah stres. Munculnya stres maupun tekanan mental pada penderita kanker payudara dapat menciptakan perubahan psikososial, sehingga individu dapat melalui perubahan dalam kehidupannya dan berusaha beradaptasi untuk menanggulanginya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan stres dengan adaptasi psikososial pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2014. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif korelatif, dengan desain cross sectional study. Sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 55 orang. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah Depression Anxiety Stres Scale (DASS) dan kuesioner adaptasi psikososial. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan stres pada pasien kanker payudara pada kategori ringan (50,9%), sedang (18,2%), berat (30,9%), sedangkan adaptasi psikososial pada pasien kanker payuadara pada kategori adaptif (54,5%), dan kategori maladaptif (45,5%). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan tidak adanya hubungan stres dengan adaptasi psikososial (p-value 0,085). Ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara stres dengan adaptasi psikososial pada pasien kanker payudara di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2014. Diharapkan kepada Poliklinik agar terus memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien terutama terkait informasi yang mendukung untuk meningkatkan adaptasi psikososial.
