Prestasi belajar diungkapkan dengan nilai yang dapat diproleh siswa selama mengikuti proses belajar. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat hubungan antara prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VII MTsS Lam Ujong Aceh Besar dengan nilai ujian nasional SD/MI?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar matematika kelas VII MTsS Lam Ujong Aceh Besar dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara prestasi belajar matematika kelas VII MTsS Lam Ujong Aceh Besar dengan nilai ujian nasional siswa pada saat SD/MI. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII MTsS Lam Ujong Aceh Besar yang menjadi sampel diambil 75 siswa secara random sampling. Data diproleh dengan menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik uji-t, berdasarkan perhitungan pada taraf signifikan ? = 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Tingkat prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VII MTsS Lam ujong tahun ajaran 2012/2013 belum tuntas dengan nilai ketuntasan ? 70.
