Annual data from the period 2007 to 2013 of the 15 listed companies on the main board in the Indonesian Stock Exchange were analysed using the multiple regression. The study documented that the financial leverage, profitability, and institutional ownerships influenced simultaneously influence dividend pay-out policy. The results also show that there is a positive relationship between profitability and institutional ownerships with dividend pay-out and negative association between financial leverage and asset growths with dividend pay-out. These findings imply that dividend policy is not an easy decision to make, management should consider the integration of business strategies including financial and investment decisions.Keywords:Dividend pay-out, leverage, profitability, asset growths, institutional ownerships, government owned companies, Indonesia. Data berasal dari laporan tahunan 15 BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2007 sampai dengan 2013. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini mencatat bahwa leverage keuangan, profitabilitas, pertumbuhan asset dan kepemilikan institusional secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kebijakan bayar dividen tunai. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara profitabilitas dan kepemilikan institusional dengan dividen tunai dan hubungan negatif antara leverage keuangan dan pertumbuhan aset dengan dividen tunai. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa kebijakan dividen bukanlah keputusan mudah yang diambil oleh manajemen. Alat yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah MTU-5A buatan Phonix Geophysic, Canada, dengan range frekuensi yang digunakan yaitu mulai dari 1.02-320 Hz. Pengukuran dilakukan pada 2 lintasan yang memotong jalur Patahan Sumatera, Lintasan pertama (Lintasan Cb) sepanjang 89 Km dan Lintasan kedua (Lintasan Db) 120 Km. Data yang diukur berupa dua komponen medan lisrik dan tiga komponen medan magnetik, kemudian data yang didapat diubah menjadi nilai resistivitas semu dan fase. Berdasarkan nilai resistivitas semu dan fase yang didapat dijadikan sebagai input untuk pemodelan dengan menggunakan code MT2DInv. Berdasarkan model yang diperoleh maka dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa keberadaan patahan Sumatera Segmen Aceh dan Segmen Seulimuem dapat dipetakan. Geometri patahan umumnya dicirikan oleh zona resistivitas rendah, Pada Lintasan Cb zona resistivitas rendah berbentuk agak vertikal pada jarak 40 km (titik Cb5) diduga sebagai Segmen Aceh dan pada jarak 80 km (titik C5M) sebagai Segmen Seulimuem. Sedangkan pada Lintasan Db keberadaan lokasi patahan diduga berada pada jarak 60-80 km (titik D5).Kata kunci: Magnetotellurik, Resistivitas rendah, Pemodelan 2D, Patahan.ABSTRACTIt has been performed an electrical conductivity research on Sumatran Fault of Aceh Segment based on the 2D magnetotelluric (MT) data interpretation. The instrument for acquisition data was MTU-SA from Phoenix Geophysics, Canada with work frequency about 1.02 until 320 Hz. The two lines of profile measurement were almost perpendicular with the presumed geological strike direction of Sumatran Fault. The first line (Cb line) was 89 kilometers long and the second line (Db line) along 120 kilometers. The measurements data were two components of electric fields and three components of magnetic fields, afterwards, the data were transferred became the value of the apparent resistivies and phases. The apparent resistivity and phase values therefore become modeling input by using MT2DInv code. The models were descript and mapped of the presence of Sumatran Fault (Aceh and Seulimuem segments). The fault geometry was generally characterized by low resistivity zone. On the Cb line, the low resistivity zone were tend to vertically shaped in 40 kilometers of distance (Cb5 point), estimated as Aceh segment and in 80 kilometers (C5M) as Seulimuem segment. A pre-processor software GAMBIT was employed to set up the configuration, discretisation, and boundary conditions of the cyclone.  A commercial CFD code FLUENT 6.3 was employed to simulate the flow field and particle dynamics in the cyclone. The optimization study was performed under either a constant gas inlet flow rate of 0.075 m3/s or a constant inlet gas velocity of 18 m/s. A response surface methodology with three levels (-1, 0, and +1) was employed as the experimental design. Independent variables to be optimized include the ratio of inlet gas width to diameter of the cyclone, W/D, the ratio of conical length to diameter, Lc/D and the ratio outlet diameter to cyclone diameter De/D. The response variables of collection efficiency and pressure drop were correlated in the forms of quadratic polynomial equations. The simultaneous optimization of the response variables has been implemented using a desirability function (DF) approach, computed with the aid of Design Expert software.  The results of investigation showed that at constant flow rate, the following optimum ratios of W/D =0,28, Lc/D =1,5,  and De/D =0,52 were obtained to give a collection efficiency of 90% and a pressure drop of 155 Pa. At the constant inlet gas velocity, the following optimum ratios of W/D =0,25, Lc/D =1,5,  and De/D =0,57 were obtained to give a collection efficiency of 90% and a pressure drop of 190 Pa. This findings indicate that gas inlet treatment at either constant flow rate or constant inlet gas velocity does not produce significant difference on the collection efficiency, but does give significant influence on the pressure drop. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif secara umum digunakan oleh peneliti ini tentang aktivitas guru bidang studi IPA dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran Lesson Study kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian tentang penerapan Lesson Study yang dilakukan oleh guru bidang studi IPA SMA Negeri 11 Banda Aceh dengan mengidentifikasikan suatu masalah pembelajaran yang dialami oleh guru IPA dan memilih topik yang akan dijadikan bahan implementasi, merancang skenario pembelajaran secara bersama-sama. Membagikan lembar observasi pembelajaran kepada para pengamat sebelum pembelajaran dimulai.
